Hi I'm Gemma I'm using my husbands account. Firstly a massive thank you to Lula ann bridal. It was the first bridal store I visited, I only had four months to go to to wedding and I felt very nervous. Michelle was fantastic she really put me at ease and I ended up buying the first dress I tried on. I had the dress fitted and adjustment made up stairs in the alterations store. They were fantastic and I couldn't have been happier with my dress I've had so many compliments on it, I would 100% recommend them.

The girls assisting me during my appointment had the 1 dress i had my eye on ready waiting for me at my app time. They made me feel amazing and didn’t feel anxious or awkward like i normally do in situations where people look at me. I felt beyond confident and felt beautiful, and found “the one” with the dress i went in to try. I traveled all the way from Aberdeen, Scotland to Birmingham to seey dress as it was the closest shop near Aberdeen in the colour i wanted. My partner is from Birmingham so seem like it’s meant to be. All the girls are amazing and I can’t thank them enough 🫶🏼🖤

I loved my experience here, Rosie was lovely and made me feel comfortable and confident after finding the dress shopping process quite overwhelming. Every staff member has been really welcoming and they all do their best to help find the right dress and make the bride to be feel special. Highly recommended!

I went to Lula Ann bridal in May with my mum and my sister a I was a bit nervous as we went the outlet route due to a tighter budget but the ladies at Lula Ann were really welcoming and still made the experience special. There was a wide range of designs and I was able to try on quite a few dresses before finally finding the one.

I had a couple of visits to Lula Ann. The team were really lovely, I felt really listened to and like nothing was too much to ask. They have a really broad range of dresses across different price ranges and, even though I visited the outlet store, they still made me feel really special. I found my dream dress during my first ever trip to a bridal shop and I cannot recommend them enough.

This was my first ever experience trying any dresses on and coming to this shop. I was welcomed with open arms a smiley face and lots of genuine love and support. I visited Lula Ann bridal yesterday, it being my first time trying on wedding dresses I was very nervous and unsure what to expect. The staff were amazing from the moment we all walked through the door. They listened to what I wanted and made sure I was not forced into anything I did not want by my bridal party. I fell in love with a dress they recommended and said yes to the dress.

I found my perfect dress on my first visits.
I felt like a princess on my wedding day my dress was perfect. I decided not to have a veil at first but then on my very last fitting a week before my wedding I decided I wanted one and was able to purchase one straight away.

From the moment I walked in to Lula Ann I had such a good feeling. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and supportive and Rosie was just so brilliant with me and my bridal party. All the dresses were gorgeous and I found my dream dress which I absolutely adore. The material was so lovely, it didn’t feel heavy and I didn’t want to take it off! I had so many compliments on my dress. I never felt pressured or rushed, Rosie knew exactly what dresses matched my vision and also allowed me to try lots of other dresses. The Prosecco went down a treat too and added to what was a wonderful and stress free dress shopping experience. I really couldn’t have asked for anything more, thank you to Rosie and everyone at Lula Ann Bridal! xx

Visiting your first wedding dress shop can be quite overwhelming. Rails upon rails of beautiful dresses with only an idea of what your dream dress will look like.
