Communication is amazing, they made me & my bridesmaids feel so cared for but the cherry on top - the dresses. SPECTACULAR. I have been trekking around nearly every low to high end bridal store in London at this rate, and was beginning to lose hope that no one out there understood my princess ballgown dreams! However, Martin and the team at Isabell Kristensen were not only welcoming and lovely, but had a talent for listening to my ideas/concerns whilst also injecting beautiful enthusiasm and creativity that I would never have been able to think of myself! We've not even started making the dress yet and it was honestly the most fun I’ve had so far in the wedding dress journey! The range of dresses and materials I got to look at were all beautiful and I cannot wait to start the journey into making my bespoke gown.

I came to Isabell Kristensen on Friday morning with my sister to discuss the design of a bespoke wedding dress. Martin and the team were unbelievably kind, and attentive and listened to all our ideas with enthusiasm (and there were many opinionated ideas!). I am so excited to watch her dress develop and am now budgeting for my made of honour dress to be made by Martin too!

As an experienced mother on the wedding dress trail I have never been so enthused and excited about tulle and chiffon and lace and bodices than with our wonderful appointment with Martin at Isabell Kristensen. My daughter tracked him down from seeing their shop in Monaco to Beauchamp place and wow what an Aladdins cave of couture magic. He is the most delightful, charming family man with an energy and enthusiasm for his craft that really excites. We were a little jaded after trawling around london designers and nothing really hit the spot with my beautiful daughter who has been dreaming of being a princess bride since she was 4 !!!! He totally got her emotions and ideas and for 2 hours brought out so many fantastic ideas, fabrics, embellishment all ignited by his expertise and passion. I just had the most amazing experience with Isabell Kristensen for my wedding and reception dresses! From start to finish, the service was incredible. They really captured everything I wanted, even when I made a last-minute change to the fabric.

Working with Martin was such a joy. He was super quick to respond to my WhatsApp messages and showed me all sorts of design options. I always felt welcomed during our appointments, and he was really flexible with scheduling, which I appreciated. Plus, he let me bring my lap dog along - such a sweet and rare gesture in London!

I’m really so incredibly pleased with my mother-of-the bride custom dress! It is stunning. They pushed me to consider other dress shapes than I usually purchase off the rack, and the result was something with much more drama, better fit with a perfectly cinched waistline, and richer fabric. I also travel extensively around the globe, and they accommodated my schedule even as it put them under serious time constraints.

I have joined my friend with her dress trial. I thought the team was wonderful and caring. They listened to my friend’s specifications and worked hard to design a dress that suits her. I would like to specifically mention Silvia, Tanya and Martin for their professionalism and care.
