I was really happy with Totally You and, most importantly, Corrina made me feel the most beautiful I have ever felt on my wedding day. She was lovely to work with and made the whole experience feel relaxed and special.

One of the main reasons I chose a team rather than an individual HMUA was the reassurance of knowing there would be support if anything unexpected happened. This proved invaluable when my bridesmaids' hair stylist, booked through the team, became unwell the day before the wedding and Totally You were able to step in and cover with an alternative stylist at very short notice.

My only minor issue was that, following a website change, I wasn't receiving emails in the lead-up to the wedding. This meant I was chased a couple of times for payments that I hadn't realised were due, as my email address had been entered incorrectly. However, this was a small administrative issue and didn't detract from the overall experience.

I would happily recommend Totally You, and I am so grateful to Corrina for making me feel so confident and beautiful on such an important day

We used Totally You for my bridal hair and makeup and my bridesmaids hair and makeup and it did not disappoint. We were able to all have trials and as the bride it really helped me to get excited as to what the girls would all look like! The studio is a lovely space for trials and the girls were amazing on the day, considering how unorganised we were our end! Thank you so much we all looked amazing!

I wanted a loose boho updo for my wedding day, so I looked through the stylists and their work and chosen a stylist that would be a able to create the look as was wanting. I contacted the salon and I was told that this particular stylist was unavailable, but the manager recommended another stylist that she could guarantee that she would be competent and that the manager herself would overlook her work on my trial.
Once I arrived at the salon which was over an hour a way I was greatest by a young stylist. No manager in sight. She asked what I wanted and I showed pictures and talked through it and she then began to work on my hair. At over a £100 for a trail you would expect a decent standard. All the way through my appointment I had to ask her to correct parts of my hair. I wanted a relaxed look but this was just messy, like I had thrown it up myself. The manager returned and gVe a few pointers and by the end I was happy. The day of the wedding came and the same stylist came to do my hair. I was so so dissapointed with what she done, but it was too late to do anything else. I had hair extensions in for thickness and they were showing and in general my hair looked stringy and messy, not soft and loose as i wanted. I had to get a friend to touch up my hair as best as she could, because the stylist just didn't have a clue. For nearly £400 including trial I would not recommend this company.

Claire and Bev we’re both absolutely amazing, they made my wedding day so much easier. Nothing was too much hassle for them both. All of our hair looked amazing and we had so many compliments! Would 100% recommend x

My hair and make up was amazing I couldn’t have asked for any better.

My hair did not move all day and my make up stayed fresh I didn’t even have to top it up!

If I could rate more than 5* I would!! Claire and the team were incredible from start to finish, I can not find a single fault! Claire done my bridal hair and make up for my wedding and I have never felt more beautiful in my life. I have comments all day about how flawless my skin look and how incredible my hair looked! Georgina and Bev also done an incredible job in making my bridesmaids and both my mum and the grooms mum feel beautiful! They went above and beyond, even helping with all the last minute rush and clean up ahead of the ceremony. They done everything possible to put me at ease in the morning and I can’t thank them all enough. The communication from start to finish was excellent and Ellis was there on email whenever I needed her! I can’t say enough positive words or recommend Claire Jane’s Totally Flawless enough!!

I was lucky enough to have Helen Heatherwick work with us for my wedding in June. I couldn't be more grateful for her patience, help, kindness and ability to grasp what I wanted for the day. She put me completely at ease at the trial, and understood the brief perfectly - "Me, but on a really good day". She also showed me that sometimes less is more when it comes to foundation and I will be forever grateful for that! Helen was such a calming influence on the day, and checked in with me to make sure all was ok. She noticed when I was feeling more nervous, and I so appreciated that! Olivia and Bev from Totally Flawless were also amazing in being so speedy and understanding what I wanted in the bridesmaid hair and make up. They were even able to adapt and slip in an extra hair which was so kind of them! A shout out to Ellis too for being so great throughout the process from booking to the big day. I couldn't recommend Totally Flawless enough!

Totally Flawless were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I chose Helen to do hair and makeup for my wedding. I had a trial hair and makeup session first. Helen really listened to my ideas and gave me natural looking makeup and a messy bun with a plait and they were exactly how I imagined they would be. On the big day Helen brought Olivia with her as there were several people in my bridal party. Both Helen and Olivia were relaxed, friendly and helpful and at the end of the session we all looked amazing! Helen even helped do up the tiny buttons on the back of my dress as my wedding party were struggling. Everyone at the wedding commented on how beautiful we all looked. I couldn't have picked better people to do our hair and makeup.

Huge thank you to Nisha for my Bridal hair & make up, and my mums mother of the bride hair & make up. We had a trial in July at the gorgeous Totally Flawless studio in Basingstoke - a very cool place to work out what we wanted for the day. Then the morning of the wedding, getting ready at my parents house, was so peaceful. Nisha made us feel totally calm and at ease, and listened to any tweaks we wanted make. Both of us are quite self conscious and nervous about having our hair and make up done so to actually enjoy the experience for us was a big deal.

I couldn’t have been happier with my lovely team from totally flawless. I had so many compliments on the day and I’ve honestly never seen my skin look so glowing before. They also did an amazing job of doing my mum and my five bridesmaid’s make up and hair as well. They all wanted something different from glam to more natural and everyone was so so happy with the result. The whole experience was such a nice relaxed and fun start to the day. Bev did my trial and my hair and makeup on the day. She was so attentive, listening to exactly what I did and didn't like and helped create a look that I got endless compliments for on the day! She really helped me feel calm on the wedding morning and even put on a 90s playlist for us to enjoy as background music!

Andra made my bridesmaids look even more gorgeous than usual. She created a unique hairstyle for each of them just based on a few photos of what they liked and the end result was beautiful.
