Louise did my hair and makeup for my wedding day, as well as looking after my mum and mother-in-law, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. From our first trial to the morning of the wedding, she was incredibly communicative, professional, patient, and so kind. She has such a calm, grounding presence that made the whole experience so relaxing – exactly what every bride needs on the big day!

I didn’t have a clear idea of what I wanted at first, but Louise helped me find a look that felt completely “me” and perfectly complemented my style and dress. Her work is absolutely impeccable — my makeup and hair were flawless and lasted beautifully all day and night. My mum and mother-in-law were also thrilled with their looks.

Louise was very attentive to my various allergies - checking up on her products in advance and informing me on which ones she thought could be used/ couldn't be used. She was easy to work with - I could tell her briefly what I was after and she would deliver. She was knowledgeable on what hairstyles/makeup styles would suit my features.

Louise did my hair and makeup for my wedding in August - it lasted the whole day and showed up incredibly well in photos. She transformed my fine hair into an elegant, voluminous updo. She is efficient, punctual, professional and warm. She has a wealth of experience with weddings and other events. Her style is modern and versatile. I had some last minute requests from my family and she was ready to accommodate. I would definitely recommend Louise.

Excellent HMUA experience! Louise made myself and my 3 bridesmaids look and feel absolutely amazing. I chose to go with her because her portfolio showed a broad range of experience including specifically with East/Southeast Asian features, and she was willing to travel all the way to us in Devon from her London location! She responded quickly to emails and texts, and was punctual to both the trial and the wedding day. She was open to my ideas and feedback, and changed the style accordingly between trial and actual day. She was friendly and put us at ease, while remaining professional and calm through the wedding morning chaos. She worked quickly but did not make us feel rushed, and was flexible with last-minute schedule changes. She even took the most amazing behind-the-scenes photos (even better than our professional photographer! ;)) She was such a reliable and helpful presence throughout the wedding morning and I can't recommend her enough!

Louise is super lovely, really accommodating and quick to respond. The trial was relaxed and I didn’t feel rushed and I was really pleased with my hair and makeup on the day, after being slightly apprehensive as I decided to go for a different hairstyle to what I’d trialled. Nothing felt like too much trouble and she also offered to help do the corset on my dress after I mentioned it was a corset dress when figuring out timings for the big day. All in all, really pleased and would recommend!
