Olivia is absolutely incredible! She was so responsive, understanding, and easy to get along with throughout the entire process of preparing for my big day. From the trial session, we clicked instantly—there were endless conversations and laughter that made me feel completely comfortable.
On the wedding day, we had quite a few people to get ready, and Olivia thoughtfully arranged for an assistant to make sure everything ran smoothly. Everyone’s hair and makeup turned out exactly as they wanted, and beyond that, Olivia supported me through the little pre-wedding meltdowns, even helping with my dress and jewellery. She truly went above and beyond.
