Amelia at MB Artistry is an award-winning professional with over 18 years of experience to her name. Ahead of your wedding, Amelia offers hair and makeup trials for you and your entire entourage. Using your ideas as the inspiration, Amelia and her team can get to work in accomplishing all of your envisioned looks. From luxury hair updos and styling to full-glam makeup applications. On the day of your celebration, Amelia and her team can come to your location and carry out all of your preparations leaving you to relax with loved ones.

What is included in the wedding package?
My makeup and hair packages for the bride include the trial, a thorough skincare consultation, face chart, all administration, lashes and a bridal top up kit to help touch up on the day
How far in advance should I contact you?
i take bookings up to two years in advance, most brides book within 18 - 12 months, im happy to help with any requests including shorter notice bookings, please get. in touch for more information
Do you work at homes?

What is the charge for travelling?
Travel is included in some packages please enquire for further information and pricing

How many people can you beautify for one wedding?
I have a team of people who can assist me when a larger party calls for more help, they are all trained by myself to the highest standards, upto 15 bridal party members
Can you provide your beauty services for pre-wedding and post-wedding photography?

Cash at my salon, in person prior to the date,
Bank transfer and card facility for booking and balances at the trial

Amazing & friendly make up artist
As an older bride (42) I wasn’t going to bother with a make up artist and just do it myself but I am so glad I didn’t! Amelia was perfect for my day, a calming and lovely person to be around on what can be a stressful morning. Christened to what we all wanted for our make up and made us all look perfect on the day with the right make up whilst also following what we wanted. Amelia is knowledgeable and so helpful. We also had our fake tans done by Amelia. Everyone at the wedding commented on the make up and how healthy we looked. Thank you Amelia for helping to make our wedding stress free and beautiful! I would 100% recommend and use again!

After a recommendation of Amelia, I am so glad I booked with her. I have never felt so beautiful and Amelia played a HUGE part in this.
From the moment of first contact, I felt like I’ve always known Amelia. She made me feel so comfortable in the salon on my trial and listened to all my ideas. The creation on our wedding day was more than I could have imagined and had so many compliments. People were amazed at how relaxed the updo was yet so sophisticated and in place.
Any queries were answered via email or social media and no questions felt silly.

Amelia was the most amazing, calming, professional stylist. She is honest and comes up with amazing ideas. Amelia made me feel like the only person in the room. She is the bridesmaid you didn’t know you needed.

Can’t thank you enough
After struggling to find a hair and makeup artist, I had a recommendation for Amelia from another artist not available and I’ve been nothing but thankful since. From my first interaction with Amelia, she has been professional, friendly and organised. I loved that Amelia suggested a consultation to begin with to ensure she was the right fit and I knew from then on. I met her for my trial and she was so lovely and took onboard feedback given to make my wedding day look next level. I have and probably will never feel as beautiful as I did on that day. Not only did she do makeup and hair that lasted all day but she was on hand to organise and structure my morning, get me into my dress and reassure me that I could have the hair piece I wanted with my veil and not look too much. Wish I had more photos of myself from the day haha! Thank you, thank you, thank you Amelia x

The best mua!

Incredibly talented and exceptional hair and make up artist
I saw pictures of Amelia's work on our venues social media page and I knew I wanted her to do my hair and make up for my wedding day. I really liked the fact that Amelia offers both hair and make up as a package which saved a lot of worry and stress booking two separate artists. She does them both to the highest standard and the end result was absolutely stunning. It was exactly what I wanted. I looked and felt like a Disney princess. All the bridesmaids’ hair looked beautiful and my mom and maid of honour also loved their hair and make up. Amelia's assistant, Lauren was also amazing!

Friendly welcoming
Overwhelmed. I felt so relaxed on my wedding day when Amelia took over my hair and makeup. Girlie giggles and pamper. Both hair and makeup out standing. This girl knows her profession. Even on an old bride like me I looked 20 years younger. Totally recommend and will see Amelia again for other special occasions for makeup and hair. Just love her xxxx
