My bridesmaids and I felt amazing and our make up lasted all day and all night xx

Saffron was always going to be my first choice of doing my make up for my wedding… it was more than I could have ever of imagined. Even when I went to wash it off at 1am it was still perfect.
She helped with the whole timings of the day and even when my daughter started to cry she fixed her make up.
She was quick to respond to messages. Can’t thank her enough for the morning of my wedding. And also gave makeup touch up bags which came in handy.

I’ve known Saffron since 2012 back when I worked as a Makeup Artist myself. Her work has always been flawless, so when I got engaged, I was thrilled that she was available for my big day. Although I could have done the makeup myself, I wanted to feel pampered and trusted that her work would be nothing short of perfection.

During the trial Saffron made me feel so comfortable and understood exactly the look I was going for. On the wedding day, she was calm, professional, and an absolute joy to have around, which truly helped ease my nerves. The makeup she did for me and my bridesmaids was flawless, long-lasting, and looked stunning both in person and in photos. We received endless compliments throughout the day!

Saffron went above and beyond, she helped me get into my dress, ran around to make sure everything was perfect, and provided us with touch-up kits to use throughout the day.

I first met Saffron when she came into the shop I used to work in and I admired her own makeup. We got talking and it become apparent she was a MAU so I asked for a business card as I had recently booked my wedding.
I went home that evening and browsed Saffron’s work on her Instagram and Facebook accounts, I was really impressed with her skill so messaged her and booked her for our wedding on 19/10/24.
Leading up to my wedding I have visited Saffron for two special occasion makeup appointments plus my bridal trial. All three have left me highly impressed with her professional application and approach to her work.
At no time at all have I ever doubted my judgement in booking her.
On my big day Saffron arrived on time and as-well as my own makeup, applied to my two adult bridesmaid, mother in law and two young children.
She made us all feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble.
She provided each of us with a little drawstring bag containing mini touchups to keep us looking fresh throughout the day and evening.
Saffron stayed and actually helped me into my wedding dress which is a moment I’ll never forget, it’s something she didn’t need to do but being the beautiful human being she is it was no trouble for her.
My makeup was expertly and precisely applied, I felt a million dollars walking down the aisle and received so many compliments on how beautiful my makeup looked, it lasted throughout the course of the day with only touch up required being that of lipstick and powder.
It’s true that a wedding day is up there with a woman’s most important day of her life and it meant a lot that I felt and looked my best.
I have fond a new friend in Saffron as-well as MAU and I will continue to visit her for all special events in my life as I’m rubbish at my own makeup.

I cannot recommend Saffron enough! From the very first trial, she made me feel so comfortable and truly listened to what I wanted for both my formal wedding and my big day. She created a beautifully natural look for the formal event and then an absolutely stunning look for my wedding day—both exactly what I envisioned!

Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she was so attentive to my preferences, making sure I felt confident and radiant. Not only was her makeup artistry flawless, but her ability to work with different skin tones was truly impressive. She nailed every single look for my bridal party, which included Black, mixed, and white skin tones—a rare and valuable talent!

My bridesmaids, who had never liked professional makeup before, were so happy by how amazing they looked and would also highly recommend her.

Saffron waas an absolute gem to have on the wedding morning. Her calm, friendly presence kept everyone relaxed, and she was an incredible communicator throughout the whole process.

Saffron is kind and reliable. She immediately put me and my bridal party at ease. I actually came across Saffron as she did my makeup when I was a bridesmaid for a friend. I knew then, I had to have her for my own wedding. I now regularly book in with Saffron for event/occasion makeup. On the day of our wedding she came fully equipped from Stevenage to Down Hall. She was on time, professional and friendly. The little make-up kits you get to top-up throughout the day are really helpful. Saffron also gave me tips on additional products to purchase to be able to top-up on the day - this was handy as it was quite a warm day.
The timings were excellent, we had time to spare! It was a relaxed morning where I felt in safe, capable hands. Saffron was also available to help me get in my wedding dress and to support us with anything else too - nothing was too much trouble.

Everyone commented on how wonderful we all looked and there were comments on how our make-up stayed throughout the whole day/evening.

I would 100% recommend Saffron - you're missing out if you don't.

My bridal trail was nerve wracking but Saffron made me feel so at ease and listened to what I was after. She made me feel special. She was so kind and know and she made me look incredible. I thoroughly enjoyed my trial. On our wedding morning, she managed to do 7 of my bridesmaids and I and worked tirelessly to make us looking gorgeous! She was lovely, friendly, hardworking and so calming. I cannot fault her and I will be using her again in the future but not for another wedding for me!

Saffron did my wedding in May 2024, knew instantly she was the make up artist for me when I went for my trial! So professional, knowledgeable and a genuinely lovely person who made me and my bridesmaid feel so comfortable letting me know every strp she was doing. I also couldn't fault her, she listened to what everyone wanted and we all looked incredible plus giving general advice and products to buy. Wouldn't hesitate to book her again!

Saffron is so lovely and friendly! I used her for my bridal makeup in April. I knew from the day I had the trial I was in good hands. She listens to what you want and talks you through each stage of the process and what products she is using. She is also very quick to reply and organised with when payment is due etc which helps a lot with anxiety leading up to the wedding. Myself, my mum and my bridesmaids were so happy with our look and the makeup lasted all day! Only small touch ups needed with touch up kit kindly provided. Not only did Saffron do my makeup but she helped me get into my wedding dress with special gloves which was such a lovely gesture. She really cares about you as person and it felt like having a friend there! Saffron was amazing from start to finish, she made me feel at ease from our first conversation and having never had my makeup professionally done before she answered all my questions and made sure I was happy and comfortable with the process. From my trial I knew I had made the right decision and I felt amazing in the makeup she had done. Saffron checked in regularly up until the date and was on time and professional throughout, myself and my bridal party were over the moon with her work and all felt so beautiful on the wedding day, she went above and beyond and helped in any way she could to make sure I was ready to walk down the aisle (including buckling my shoes)!
