Louise was absolutely delightful from start to finish, and she did both my hair and make up on the day! She was really kind and helpful in giving recommendations and suggestions. We did two trials before the day as I changed my mind on my hair and she was super happy to do so. Louise was really calming the morning of and saw that the nerves and tears were about to get to me at one point and snapped me out of it! Louise and her assistant were highly professional and efficient both in advance of the big day and on the day. The quality of her work and products was fantastic.
She delivered very natural looking makeup as per my request that stayed on all day and came out very well on photos.
Her cheerful approach helped to reduce stress on the day.

Louise was amazing at making me feel calm and comfortable on my big day. She was organised and planned out the whole morning while still being flexible and ensuring everyone had their hair and makeup done to their liking.

Louise was incredible throughout the whole process. I had already met Louise when I was a bridesmaid for a friend and loved her style so there was no doubt in my mind for my wedding. The trial was so lovely and she was so attentive to all the small details and bringing everything you had imagined to life. On the day - she was absolutely incredible. The hair and makeup was stunning on everybody but she was even more than that. Louise kept us on track, laughing and having an amazing time all morning. She stepped in as photographer once we were all dressed and captured some of the most amazing photos for us. We are so grateful to her and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

Despite being apprehensive, Louise was attentive in listening to my ideas and the look I wanted to go for on my wedding day. She was professional and flexible. She was able to deal well with Asian hair and skin. Despite a hiccup on the day, Louise stayed calm and reassuring and was able to adapt to the situation. Louise also brought an Assistant Mollie along to help on the day, who was also great. My family and I were happy with our looks on the day. My hair and make up lasted the whole day too and barely a hair out of place.

Louise was absolutely amazing! I don’t tend to wear a lot of make up and so was nervous about having it done for the day but Louise was so patient and offered a lot of her time with 2 x trials to make sure I was happy with the overall look. Louise is great fun and a great makeup artist. As someone who knows little about make-up and doesn't wear that much, Louise was great at taking me step by step and building it up so I could change anything as we went along - and so I got exactly what I wanted! I had the pleasure of having Louise as my hair and makeup artist for my civil wedding and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the very beginning, her communication was excellent and we went ahead to organise a makeup trial.

Louise was punctual on the day, which helped everything run smoothly compared to my Hindu wedding makeup artist who arrived 45 minutes late!

Louise was kind, friendly and easy to chat with, which made the getting-ready process really enjoyable. The final result was exactly what I’d hoped for.

I'm so happy to have chosen Louise for my wedding make-up and hair! From the beginning she's been reachable and has answered all my questions, making me feel comfortable. She also gave me good advice to make my bun look amazing.

She was punctual on the day and talked to me all the way through the morning, even helped me with my dress and the flowers. My family was very busy helping with the little ones and she went above and beyond to avoid any stress.

I would recommend Louise 100%. My make up and hair was perfect and stayed until the evening, even after many tears! I was worried my eyes were going to turn black but on the contrary! The make-up stayed and I only had to retouch my lips!
