Louise was absolutely delightful from start to finish, and she did both my hair and make up on the day! She was really kind and helpful in giving recommendations and suggestions. We did two trials before the day as I changed my mind on my hair and she was super happy to do so. Louise was really calming the morning of and saw that the nerves and tears were about to get to me at one point and snapped me out of it! Despite being apprehensive, Louise was attentive in listening to my ideas and the look I wanted to go for on my wedding day. She was professional and flexible. She was able to deal well with Asian hair and skin. Despite a hiccup on the day, Louise stayed calm and reassuring and was able to adapt to the situation. Louise also brought an Assistant Mollie along to help on the day, who was also great. My family and I were happy with our looks on the day. My hair and make up lasted the whole day too and barely a hair out of place.

I don’t tend to wear a lot of make up and so was nervous about having it done for the day but Louise was so patient and offered a lot of her time with 2 x trials to make sure I was happy with the overall look. As someone who knows little about make-up and doesn't wear that much, Louise was great at taking me step by step and building it up so I could change anything as we went along - and so I got exactly what I wanted! She was punctual on the day and talked to me all the way through the morning, even helped me with my dress and the flowers. My family was very busy helping with the little ones and she went above and beyond to avoid any stress.
