Beauty, Hair & Make Up in Cambridge

I have never felt so beautiful, but still so myself. Izzy listened to exactly what I wanted, nothing was too much trouble and she put me at ease, even when I was feeling nervy as the ceremony approached! She is so friendly & warm and makes it feel like you're simply chatting with a friend. She was also very flexible, able to accommodate the trial around my busy schedule and incredibly easy going. I warned her I have very sensitive skin, and she took so much care to make sure all the products she used would agree with my skin. She was so attentive, asking how I usually do my make up in order to make sure I still felt like myself. I genuinely can't recommend her enough.

The experience with Ieva was fantastic from start to finish. Her work was exceptional (both hair and make up) and she made the process extremely smooth. She showed flexibility with last minute requests. 100% recommended.

Amineh is the best person to spend the morning of your Wedding with. She is fun and bubbly, which really helps to calm your nerves. Amineh's attention to detail is amazing - she will ensure that you look perfect ready for your big day. Amineh is amazing at listening to your ideas and is comfortable offering ideas from her vast experience to help you decide on your wedding look. Thank you lovely x

Kirstie did hair and makeup for me and my bridesmaids on my wedding day. The hair and makeup were all gorgeous and she helped to create a lovely relaxed environment on the morning of the wedding - thank you Kirstie!

Charli was absolutely incredible, she did myself and my friends makeup for a wedding. Charli listened to both of our requests - one minimal look the other glam but not too heavy for a wedding guest. - makeup chameleon tasks! She. Absolutely. Smashed. It. Out. The. Park. Stayed on all night, perfect colour match. Thank you 🤍

I booked Becky for my wedding trial last week. I had been let down by a previous makeup artist last minute. She was really quick to respond and set up a date for a trial. She turned up on time with her enormous makeup set and chair and got to work on my face. She transformed me into something I was very happy with- not too glam- I still want to look like me- but flawless. I was overall very impressed with her and would recommend her to anyone! I look forward to my wedding day so she can make me beautiful again!

Yuki is an absolute gem to work with - someone who is professional with lots of experience, and willing to share/brainstorm ideas with her brides. From our email correspondence, to our hair trial, to the many changes that I've had to make leading up to the wedding day, and Yuki being one of the first people I saw the morning of my wedding, I'm so glad Yuki has remained extremely helpful throughout what could've been a very stressful wedding planning process. Yuki was also very personable and connected well with each of my bridesmaids! Yuki is reasonable, makes good suggestions, and even helped me find an additional makeup/hair artist that she knows could do 'Asian hair' so I didn't have to scramble and look everyone on the web. Technically, Yuki should still be on mat-leave, but I was really grateful for her being by my side on the day. I never thought I would look good with an 'up bun' but Yuki has changed that for me - my photos look great thanks to her! I would not hesitate to contact Yuki again for future events! Thanks so much, arigato Yuki! :)

The make-up look Nichola created on the day and at my trial was perfect, it was natural and glowy which is exactly what I wanted! It also stayed put all day and a number of our guests mentioned how I looked the same at 11:30pm as I had done at 11:30am (even after spending all evening partying away on the dancefloor!) She made sure to talk through with each of my Bridesmaids as to what they wanted and what might work best! They all loved the looks she created and felt so happy with them all day! She also did my mums make-up, who is usually unsure around other people doing her make-up, but she absolutely loved it and her exact words the next morning were "Where on earth did you find Nichola, she's amazing!". Nichola is the most bubbly, fun person that everyone needs on the morning of their wedding, she definitely bought the energy at 7:30am and I would recommend her to anyone looking for that soft, romantic wedding day look!
