This testimonial was entered by Chloe-Eleanor MUA on 22 January 2020

I'm not one for many words, but Chloe was absolutely amazing, she is not only fantastic at her job, she was fun and friendly, just like one of the girls and I was so relaxed in her hands. I was delighted with the look she gave me and I felt gorgeous all day. Would do it all again in a heart beat.

  • "She made me feel like a million dollars."
This testimonial was entered by Chloe-Eleanor MUA on 22 January 2020

I met Chloe-eleanor at a wedding we where working together, I have worked with many MUAs in the past and her work just stood out! She is an exceptional talent and one of the most friendly, bright and kind persons I have met. On the morning of my wedding she made me feel totally at ease, she made me feel like a million dollars! My mum hadn't had her makeup professionally done and was worried that she wouldn't look good, but Chloe made her feel amazing and my entire bridal party just looked fantastic!

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I book my makeup artist?

My brides are amazing, and are very often super organised, booking me up to 2 years in advance! I would say if you have you heart booked on a particular artist, to book them sooner rather than later. If your date is very far in advance, you could always book in an occasion makeup session, just to get a gage of the style your artist does and get a feel for them as a person before securing them for your wedding date. But I would say the more notice the better.

What does a trial consist of?

Your wedding trial, is the time normally when my brides start to feel that everything is coming together. It's a chance for me to get to know you, and your wedding plans to create your bespoke look. I'll ask lots of questions, for me to be able to piece together your wedding day look but also I love to find out all about you, and your story. I recommend to have the trial at least 2-3 months before your wedding date. This can be in the comfort of your own home or in my studio, whatever is best for you. We will go over lots of looks you love, and play around with colours and techniques, to get to your final look for yourself and the bridal party if you wish. I will run through all of the logistics for the day, and find out all the final details as well as advise you on your skincare regime running up to your big day.

Do my bridesmaids have to have a trial?

Not at all. I always request for my brides to have a trial, and at your trial we will discuss the styling for your bride tribe, and how you envision them to look. Some brides like to have their bridesmaids looking the same, some are happy for each to choose their own look. Whatever you desire, we can do on the day :).

Do you have a website?

Yes I do! Please take a look at for my price-list, what to expect on your wedding day and more about what I do.

Where can I see your most recent work?

Working full time as a makeup artist, social media is definitely the best way to see what I am up to :). Please look at my socials for the most recent up to date pictures of my work and life.

Can you bring a second person along? And who will it be?

The great thing about working in this industry is meeting first hand, some of the most amazingly talented suppliers. I have a team of fantastic makeup artists who, when I can't make a wedding due to already being booked, or when I just need a second pair of hands to help out with a large party, I can call on. They are all fantastic and I have personally trained them myself to work in the same style and professionalism that I pride myself on.

Tips for booking your makeup artist.

Your makeup artist will be with you on the most amazing, scary, nerve wrecking, personal and beautiful part of your wedding day. The person you choose, should feel like one of the girls, but also be a professional and experienced guide almost on your morning. The person you choose should enhance the experience of getting 'bride ready' in every way and make you feel like the only bride in the world. My top tips for finding YOUR artist: - Look for recent work from your artist, social media is a great way to see up to date work. - Look at the overall style of work by your artist. Is it natural, glam, heavy or a bit of everything. Think about most importantly you want from your look, but also how the rest of your bridal party could look. - Recommendations! Hearing others thoughts on an artist is a great way to find first hand how they work and what type of service and experience they give to their brides. - CHECK your artist is qualified and insured. - Check out your other suppliers recommendations and who's work looks amazing with theirs (especially photographers). If your going for a fine art, light and airy type of photography for example, heavy glitter eyes just won't compliment the style. TOP TIP - if you have an engagement shoot, its great to arrange your trial for this day to get a feel of how your pictures are going to look !
