We booked Audio Guest book after seeing it on Hitched. After reading about it and having a look on the website, it seemed like a lovely addition to our wedding party. They have amazing customer service and communication skills. Our phone package was delivered on time, setting it up was super easy and comes with all the needed signs, so no need to print anything off yourself. The neon sign is great as it catches the eye of your guests. The phone and sign are battery operated, so no need to worry about plugging it into a socket and can be placed anywhere. Easy to return the phone package after the event. We are so happy with this service and strongly recommend it!!! Thank you!!!

We found Send a Love note through Hitched after tik tok convinced us to get a telephone guestbook. The tik tok videos all tell you to buy a telephone guestbook from SHEIN or Temu but when we looked at the costs and Send a Love note was really competitive and meant we didn’t have the stress of sorting out the recordings. We also got additional things with the package like a light up sign and instructions for people. Booking was simple and the whole process is guided from sending your answer phone message to be uploaded to packing it up and sending away. We loved listening to the messages our guests left us and will look forward to listening to them in the years to come. I would strongly recommend using Send a Love note, it is a simple and cost effective process for a modern guest book!

We booked Send A Love Note to provide an audio guestbook for our wedding. Delivery was scheduled to arrive three days before our big day (on the Wednesday). It did not arrive on time, so we had no choice but to redirect the delivery to a nearby post office, as we had numerous other wedding-related commitments to attend to.

By Thursday, the phone still hadn’t arrived, so we immediately informed the company. By Friday evening, it still hadn’t shown up. I requested that a replacement unit be made available for collection that night, as we were running out of time and wanted to ensure everything was working before the wedding day.

Shockingly, we were told this was not possible because their partner was “at a concert” and had “childcare duties.” They had already been made aware of the delivery issues earlier in the week, so the logical and professional thing to do would have been to prepare a replacement that morning in case the original failed to arrive.

Instead, we had to arrange to collect the replacement on the morning of our wedding, meaning the phone didn’t even arrive at the venue until after our ceremony. We didn’t see it until our reception, at which point guests told us it wasn’t working. Upon inspection, it turned out that no instructions had been included, and the venue staff had understandably not set it up correctly. The result? No messages were recorded.

We contacted Send A Love Note the very next day, only to be blamed for the entire situation. Apparently, because we redirected delivery to a post office, it was our fault we didn’t receive the phone in time. Anyone familiar with basic consumer law will know it is the supplier’s responsibility to ensure goods and services are delivered on time and are fit for purpose.

Even worse, they suggested we should have contacted them on our wedding day. As anyone who has ever attended a wedding will know, the bride and groom do not have spare time to troubleshoot supplier issues between the ceremony and the reception. That is what instructions are for. That is what planning ahead is for. That is what good service is for.

To add insult to injury, we also had to arrange a last-minute courier at our own expense to pick up the replacement phone, which they have refused to reimburse.

The entire experience was deeply disappointing and frankly unprofessional. No accountability, no apology, and absolutely no understanding of how important stress-free reliability is in the days leading up to a wedding.

If you are considering using Send A Love Note, prepare yourself for last-minute panic, blame-shifting, and poor communication. If you want peace of mind and an actual working guestbook, go with someone else.

This was the best decision we made! So many special memories we will have forever!

James and Steph were amazing, making the set up and pack away super easy so we didn’t have anything extra to worry about on the day. The guests absolutely loved leaving their messages (sometimes multiple!) and my husband and I have had the most hilarious time listening to them all back. You can definitely hear how everyone loosens up a bit as the evening goes on!

We found “send a love note” a week before our wedding after being let down last minute by another supplier. We were quite stressed at the time as an audio guestbook is something we really had our hearts set on. We found these guys and the only negative I have is that we did not find them sooner and book them in the first place. From start to finish they were polite, helpful and extremely organised and professional. Everyone loved the ease of the audio book as well on the day which has been great, especially with my 91 year old grandad! The phone was delivered to me 3 days before (as promised) packaged well, easy instructions were included to help our venue set the phone up and then a collection was arranged a few days later. We only had the phone picked up 3 days ago and we already have the audio notes ready to listen to. I would recommend this supplier over and over and would love to use them again for any future celebrations. Steph is also so lovely and such a pleasure to deal with. I never knew this kind of thing existed until I see them host at my friends wedding and it was so fun.
