Carrington Suite

The recently Refurbished  inspiring Carrington Suite is fully air-conditioned and also offers the convenience of a private bar, permanent dance floor and large French doors which open out onto the floral courtyard; perfect for pre-reception drinks and photographs.
The Carrington suite can accommodate 130 guests for a sit down meal and up to 200 guests for an evening buffet.

Whiting Suite
The Whiting Suite is an annexe room to the Carrington Suite and can be offered at no extra charge as a children’s area during your wedding breakfast and a separate buffet area for your evening reception, subject to availability.

Pillars Restaurant
The delightful Pillars Restaurant is linked to the hotel’s public lounge bar with a permanent dance floor and fabulous period features. The conservatory doors open out onto our floral courtyard creating a relaxed atmosphere. The Pillars Restaurant conservatory can be used as a children’s area during your wedding breakfast and a separate buffet area for your evening reception.

The Pillars Restaurant can accommodate up to 90 guests for a sit down meal and up to 130 guests for an evening buffet.

Amazing venue

We got married here in august 2014 and had an amazing day. Everything went to plan and all the staff were fantastic and couldn't of done anymore for us!! We had the ceremony and evening reception here and their attention to detail was perfect, we would definitely recommend this venue.

Perfect wedding venue!

We can not recommend this venue highly enough. From the moment we went to look around as a possible venue to our wedding day the staff were very kind, helpful and welcoming. Verity dealt with every query/question we had straight away. Craig and Sadhana were also great as was the other staff.The Food was lovely and the dj played all the songs we asked for. A truely amazing day thanks to Holiday inn :)

The hotel staff went the extra mile, from our first enquiry to the day after our wedding. Each of the staff pulled out all the stops to give us a fantastic day. We had sampled a wedding when we attended a Wedding here a few years ago, but we didn't really know just much the Hotel and its staff did, all the little behind the scenes things, until our own Wedding day. Sadhana was fantastic, as was Craig. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Even the bar staff seemed more like friends enjoying the party with us in the evening! A fantastic day!

My husband and I were married here on 15th May 2010, and What a beautiful day it was, staff were incredible, food and drink was delicious, we also hired the resident DJ who was great and had everyone up dancing.Our wedding planner Laura was fantastic nothing was to much trouble, we were made to feel very relaxed and our day was just perfect.

Everything was organised so well and we felt very special as if we were the most important people in the world! A fab service. Would highly recommend! I felt as if I didnt have to worry about any arrangemnets as it was under control. It was one less thing to worry about. It was so wonderful and everything went according to plan. The staff were very attentive. Couldnt of asked for a better service!

The package was explained to us in detail and we viewed the hotel and felt it fulfilled our requirements and our budget. The planning was good and easy. The food was great and nice and hot! DJ was good and everyone was dancing. Good standard of hotel rooms. All the guests commented on how excellent the wedding was!

Generally everything was absoulutly exceptional. The venue is a fantastic spot for a wedding and we were amazed by the service from the staff including Felicity, Sadhana, the bar staff, catering staff and reception. Felicity was incredibly helpful in every respect and despite being bumbarded by trivial questions, nothing was an issue. It generally made the stress or organising the wedding, while we had a baby on the way, almost none! Big big help in every way. It really was the perfect day, the room was set out exacully as we hoped, Sadhana was brilliant to have around and everyone was so helpful!

We had our whole day at the venue and everything from start to finish was top class. The Pillars restaurant is one of the most understated locations we''d ever seen, the whole feeling of the day was just brilliant. Can''t rave enough about Felicity''s wedding planning abilities, as people have said before, no questions were too much, and Sadhana on the day was so helpful, and everyone from the bar managers and staff to the receptionist were superb. Food was lovely, everything fantastic value for money, and you wouldn''t be dissapointed to get married here.

Expectations Fulfilled!

Holiday Inn fullfilled our expectations in everyway. This includes planning, organisation, information and requirements. Everyone was extremly helpful and talked to us through every stage of the planning and organisation. I would recommend this venue to everyone. When I arrived I knew I could relax as all my meetings prior to the wedding gave me reasurrance. The staff were freindly and professional and knew what they were doing.
