I cannot recommend this place enough. Throughout our entire wedding planning process. The staff handled every request and question with professionalism and care. No question was too silly. We had several meetings in person on the build up the wedding so we all knew eachother. We had a menu tasting which was fantastic. Everybody made us feel at ease and we are so glad we chose here to get married. Even now, 6 months after our wedding people are still telling us stories about how nice everybody was. Both our parents couldn’t sing the staff’s praises enough for making our day so special. The setting is just lovely too. We got married in the Lovett suite which meant we had our ceremony, wedding breakfast and reception in the same room. The staff turned the room around in such good timing and had everything laid out as we wanted. Nothing was too big of a job for them, they really made sure me and my husband just got to focus on our day and not worry that anything would go wrong. It really was the most special day. I cannot sing my praises enough and I wish I could do the day a million times over. THANKYOU! -

So happy. What a fantastic day from start to finish. The staff were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make our day special. The customer service was fantastic. The food was really good. I would definitely recommend to other people -

Me and my wife had our wedding at the Holiday Inn Milton Keynes East on 1st June 2024 in the Carrington Suite.
The venue was great with a plenty of places to take photos such as outside the front entrance and in the courtyard area. The Carrington Suite was very spacious for our 90 daytime guests and 150 guests in total for the evening. The Suite had a bar and separate room for evening buffet.
The food was delicious with big portion sizes. We were able to have a taster evening before the wedding to make our choices and the hotel was very happy to change things to our liking.
The room my wife stayed in was a Suite which had a separate living room to allow her and her bridesmaids to get ready on the morning of the wedding. We were told of a double booking issue on arrival the night before but this was resolved.
The staff on the day and in the planning were fantastic. We had some guests who dropped out after payment but the hotel we're happy to add the cost of those guests to our room to use on food and drink which was very accommodating. The wedding coordinator on the day was great helping us through the day. The food and Beverages Manager was amazing and very hard working, apologies for not remembering anyone's names.
Overall, it was a fantastic day for us and our guests. We only noticed a few things which could be improved:
Our wedding was in June and when guests were booking rooms they were coming up very expensive. After speaking to the hotel it was because June and July are blocked out until the British F1 Grand Prix date is confirmed. We were not told this when placing a deposit. It could of prevented us getting slightly stressed out over it.
In the Carrington Suite, the music was played from a sound bar for the wedding ceremony and meal, maybe better to have sound system with speakers around the room.
Also, a microphone for the speeches would be ideal as I am not the loudest speaker.
We would definitely recommend the Holiday Inn MK East for anyone's wedding!

From our initial viewing through to booking, planning and after our wedding day, staff responded to all our queries quickly.
We were able to pick food and drink to suit us instead of the traditional 3 course wedding breakfast, which made the day feel more special for us.
On the day Jess and Charlotte were on hand to help us and our guests.
So happy we chose to hold our wedding reception here, and would recommend to others! -

From the beginning, our first meeting, we both walked away know that was what we wanted, the attention to our personal preference was was second to none. We have a very open conversation around budget and what we could do for this. We both got to design our own menu and even got an evening to to try the dishes. The support in the morning to help settle my nerves was amazing with them even opening the restaurant a little earlier so myself and bridal party could get a coffee. We had the most magical day, and all our guests where very complimentary of our reception.

Our day was absolutely perfect. The team accommodated every small request we had. Guests are still complimenting the food six months later. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. We went with the Lovett Suite which we felt was more classic and attractive. Photographs outside the venue look amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect. Jess and Millie made sure everything went smoothly and Sasha, who was new, even helped to sew me into my dress when the zip got stuck. It was great value and we lowered costs even more by providing our own wine and champagne. Can't recommend this venue enough. -
