Video Occasions is a West Midlands based videography company that specialises in producing evocative and emotional wedding films. This accomplished service has been delighting newlyweds with their cinematic keepsakes since 1985. Owner and lead filmmaker Steve Lunn takes pride in playing such a key role in his clients' weddings. With your vision as his key inspiration, Steve will work diligently to produce a movie that allows you to revisit your big day time after time.
Services Offered
Video Occasions offers a wedding package that features services designed to enhance your videography experience. These include whole-day coverage with professional audio, the production of DVDs, Blu-rays and USB digital copies, and evening reception coverage as an optional extra. We have had the pleasure to serve couples throughout the West Midlands and beyond offering:
Couples picture slide show
A selection of images from the couple are used to create a slide show as a opening sequence
along with images of the venue(s)
Bridal Preparations (if at marriage venue)
Capturing the build up and excitement before the ceremony
Groom and guest arrival at venue
The Groom as he welcomes guests to the wedding venue
Marriage ceremony
All the marriage ceremony recorded as the couple exchange rings and vows
Recording of venue photo-call
As your photographer takes formal and informal photographs we capture the reactions and
atmosphere of it all enhanced by your choice of background music
Entrance into the Wedding Breakfast
The wedding guests are seated and the newly married couple welcomed into the wedding breakfast
Speeches
The formal speeches traditionally featuring Brides father, Groom and Best Man
First dance(s)
The first dance as a married couple, a father/daughter dance option and guests
encouraged to join on a following song
Guest messages
Between courses of the wedding breakfast guests are ‘volunteered’ to leave small messages
Highlights Show-reel
The Video concludes with a highlights of the day clip with selected music
Your choice of featured music
The couples own music choices are featured in the video
Highlights available on youtube
Part of the highlights clip will be published to Youtube and the couple sent a link to share

On the day itself, he was everywhere without ever being intrusive. Somehow, he managed to capture every laugh, every tear, and all the little moments we didn’t even realize were happening. Steve was also very good value for money, he captured every moment of our special day and the way he put it together in our teaser & full video conveyed every ounce of happiness and emotion that we felt. He also worked really well alongside our Photographer.

Steve is super friendly and approachable and listened to our needs on the day whilst capturing key moments. He worked with our photographer who he had never met before outstandingly well like they were an established team! I thought I would feel under pressure photographers videographers I hate the lime light haha. I don’t no how I can explain this but it’s like we didnt even notice he was there but he captured everything and I mean everything. The video was nothing short of perfect, the whole service was perfect. The cost was so reasonable for such an amazing service he could and should charge more for such a service. If you’re considering a videographer do it it’s the best thing I did. Have a sit down with Steve see for yourself. Thank you Steve you helped our dreams come true and now we get to watch it over and over again.
