We needed to find a videographer for our wedding at very short notice after we were let down and Maple Media were recommended to us by a member of our family who had hired them for their wedding. John was very responsive and patient as I, Paula, a flustered bride to be, explained what we needed our videographer to do for us and it was a bit off spec! Despite all of the hurdles, John and his colleague Gavin, smashed it for us!
We met John prior to our big day to go through the finer details. John had already been awake for hours before we met because he came into Edinburgh City Centre early to do some drone shots for our video.
What an incredible wedding day it was. Everything went perfectly. John and Gavin covered everything from bridal prep, to meeting the groom, the best man and family at the pub, then onto the registry office, our walk down the Royal Mile with the bagpiper and our evening event and evening photos as the sun went down and speeches, first dance and so on.
If you need a videographer for your big day you 100 per cent should hire Maple Media Productions. They will not let you down. They will go above and beyond. They will deliver at a reasonable cost, on schedule and the work is so professionally done.
The videos they have created for us have brought us (the bride & groom) and our family and friends to tears. They have captured the special moments in the most incredible way.

We had maple media for our wedding at the walled garden, we are so happy with how the full wedding film and short film turned out. We met with John before our wedding and was very helpful and captured all the moments we wanted on the day. We received our wedding teaser film and full film very quickly after our wedding. We chose Maple Media to do our videography for our wedding and what a great choice we made! Great correspondence with John in the lead up to the wedding and on the day Gavin was fantastic. He was so professional yet friendly and really made my partner and I feel at ease. He captured our day so beautifully. Having decided we wanted a videographer for our wedding, we looked into many different companies. We didn't have a crazy budget for this as it was decided a bit last minute.
We were so happy we decided to go with John for our wedding. He explained perfectly how the day would unfold and just left us to it. You wouldnt even have known he was there most of the time. He captured everything perfectly, the ceremony, speeches and some dancing too. Watching the video back makes me so happy we went down this route because there is so much we didn't really absorb properly or even see on the day and it makes for a wonderful watch with friends and family. Just remember to have a box of tissues handy when you do! Everyone who has watched the video with us has thoroughly enjoyed it also. The music throughout the video, was placed perfectly too, the right song at the right moment.
