We had the absolute pleasure of having James as the videographer for our wedding in November 2025. When we approached him to see if he was available and willing to be one of our suppliers, he was so enthusiastic especially about our venue, already thinking of creative ideas for what to shoot. It was really refreshing to see someone so passionate about what they do, but also working hard to ensure our own vision was realised.

On the day, he was such a calming presence and helped direct us on what sort of shots we could do, working really well with our photographer who he’d never met before. He understood the sometimes-challenging family dynamics but kept cool and handled everything with grace and humour. It felt like having a really experienced mate there to help us get the best out of the day – it wasn’t awkward at all! He found great angles and artistic shots that really showed the essence of our wedding. Considering neither of us or our guests were necessarily confident or experienced in front of a camera, nothing felt or looked forced, everything was natural which was definitely down to the shooting and direction of James.

In summary, James is great! He completely understood what we were after, was super reasonably priced and the result was amazing, absolutely zero edits required – we would 100% recommend him.

We initially weren’t going to have a video for our wedding, but after seeing James work and speaking with him, we couldn’t say no!

An absolute professional. Found expert spots for clips, was always ready to record and captured every key moment.

Used lapel microphones for speeches for clarity and always seemed to have the equipment for the job - he even used a drone for scenic shots!

A week after our wedding, he had a first edit for the video which needed no changes at all. It was so perfect and he even went above and beyond providing additional edits.

Communication was speedy and clear, the price was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to film our day.

If you are considering having a wedding video, do not skip over James!

James is very good at what he does, the video we recieved from James summed our amazing day up perfectly! Not only was it amazing, it was received very quickly, I think within 3 days after the wedding which was amazing as we got to watch it on our honeymoon! He works really well with other people at the weddings and and is particularly good at working around the photographer and still getting the perfect moments caught on video! Overall experience was great and I would recommend to anyone!

I have just spent a little time on a trip down memory lane reliving mine and my husbands wedding day. What an absolutely magical thing it is to have this beautiful video capturing the feelings and the spectacle of our wonderful day.

James worked closely with me in planning the video. Gave me ideas, listened to my own and then worked again on more ideas. Looking again at the video now, he surprised me with many clever and beautiful tweaks I would never have thought of. I remember James on the day (in his dapper suit!) but he managed to blend in and never felt obtrusive.

We honestly can’t say enough good things about James. From start to finish, he was absolutely outstanding. He arrived on time, was dressed professionally, and immediately put us at ease with his calm, friendly and fun presence. He worked tirelessly all day, blending into the background while somehow capturing every single magical moment.

What really blew us away was the speed and quality of the finished product- he got the video to us while we were still on our honeymoon! And it was absolutely incredible. We both cried! He captured the emotions, the laughter, the little details, the music of the day, everything we asked for and more.

Even now, we still watch it regularly and LOVE showing it to friends and family (we actually show it more than the photos!) It tells the story of our day in a way that still gives us goosebumps.
