I agree with the previous one star ratings from other people. I don’t normally complain but I feel that I have to be honest of my experience with this service. I saw her work and thought it looked amazing and what we needed for our wedding in June . We had our initial consultation and my now husband said from the start, he would like the videos to be in landscape so that we can show our family and friends on big screen. We were told that she could do it but would prefer it to be portrait. We said that we would like it in landscape. We spoke about the drone and what we want to capture. On the day, she was late and I received a text to say running late. I was already stressed so by passed it. We then had to call my husband as we couldn’t find her and she was missing vital parts to the day. My photographer found her after we cal ready started to find other alternatives to videographers. She was found vaping at the side of the venue.
On the day, she was helpful helping us out during the day getting ready.
Not once on the day did we get told that there was going to be,no drone footage. We also were too busy to notice that she was filming in portrait.
We were then told that we would receive the footage within 24-72 hours. I was then chasing her up for weeks on Instagram, text, rang multiple times, emailed…. Nothing!!. I got multiple reasons, as to why I did not receive the footage. I then received the footage and realised it was in portrait mode. This has caused a lot of stress, as we specifically asked for landscape. We then got told that before the wedding, we needed to confirm it with her even though through the pre meeting, that’s all we talked about. We then got told that we needed to say it on the day. We were very busy and stressed to notice. I have received a £75 goodwill gesture for the missing drone footage. We were told was due to the weather, at the start of the day the weather was fine. I then chased that goodwill gesture for weeks. We have missed parts of the speech’s and I continue to chase this up eight weeks later!!! I am now being ignored and have been told another reason why it has not been sent. I want to be honest with other people considering it, as if I knew this would be the experience I would have gone with someone else. I also would have raised it further if it was an official company. The videos that we have received have been zoomed in as well and do not have the whole environment. For example: me walking down the aisle, you can’t see anyone’s reactions. Had this been shot in landscape this would have been captured and what we asked for.

I wanted to share our experience with Claudia.

Claudia left us feeling un-assured that she would be providing her content creating services to us due to very limited contact and great difficulty getting in touch with her when we need this most.

We had had brief contact early this year regarding food at our initiation.

We then emailed on the 9th and 15th May with our wedding only a month away at this point, we had no response.

I then found a mobile number and text Claudia on the 19th May, granted this was late in the evening around 8pm and she responded within a minute. I stated we wanted reassurance she could still complete our wedding as we had not heard anything and had had no response to our emails. She did provide re-assurance of her attendance and services on this date and stated she was behind on admin hoping to catch up the next day. I understood this and awaited contact…….I have still not had responses to those direct emails.

I then text again on multiple occasions; on the 27th May, 29th May and the 30th May, all 3 of these were not read until the date we cancelled Claudia’s services (3rd June) and they were all read minutes after we received her email response to our cancellation.

We also attempted calling Claudia on either 30th or 31st May leaving a voicemail which we had no response too either.

We appreciated that this may be a busy time of year for suppliers and that when we finally had contact she stated she had just been away, however this contact was WAY less than we anticipated and did not make us feel assured. All other suppliers had been in touch promptly and were ready to go with their services and understanding what we wanted from our day.

At this point we only had 13 days until our wedding day!

I then tried a further point of contact instagram on 31st May, stating we were waiting a response to our emails, she responded within 20-25 minutes stating she was away and would check her emails. Claudia did then respond offering us a pre-wedding appointment for the 9th June, however she did not check when we could do, we requested an alternative due to work commitments which we accepted promptly via email. She stated she could offer us an alternative appointment the evening of the 2nd June and would be catching up on admin from 2nd June. However no time was offered for the date, only the date of the 2nd June. As stated this was accepted promptly!

The 2nd of June came, no time set to meet still and no further communication. So I messaged again on instagram as this contact had worked the last time, this message again was ignored and not read. We waited all day to hear when the meeting was which never happened.

Due to the limited contact prior to this, our inability to attend the meeting she set for the 9th June (6 days before our wedding!) we were incredibly concerned that we may not hear from her again, and wondered would she even show up for our wedding?

At this point our trust was gone and we were so frustrated!

We then took the decision on the 2nd June in the evening to email stating if we did not hear by 12pm the next day we would be cancelling. We heard from Claudia at 1:05pm, she declined to return our deposit as she stated

“My response times can vary during busy periods and this is something that is outlined within my terms and conditions and on my website, as I prefer to be transparent about how I operate from the outset. Whilst I appreciate that my communication style may not align with every client's expectations, I do not believe this constitutes a breach of contract, particularly given that attendance and delivery of services had already been confirmed.

As you have chosen to cancel the booking, I will remove your wedding date from my calendar with immediate effect.

In relation to your request for the return of your booking fee, my terms and conditions state that booking fees are non refundable in the event of client cancellation. As I have not cancelled the booking and have remained willing and able to provide the agreed services, the booking fee will not be refunded”

“Open communication – I’m always available if you’d like to reach out. I generally respond to emails and messages once or twice a week so replies may take a little time, but you’ll always receive my full attention when it matters. I’ll also be in touch within 4 weeks of your wedding or event to confirm all the final details.”

As well as

“Patience & trust – my focus is always on creating the best possible experience for you. Please know that while communication may be minimal in the run-up (unless you message me of course), everything is taken care of behind the scenes, and you will receive my full attention on your day.”

While it is stated that her contact may be minimal “unless you message me of course” this remained minimal to basically no communication what so ever! It was us chasing her asking questions and left us with no actual re-assurance.

This service is not for a small event or even one which can be repeated, you took our £100 deposit and created unnecessary stress leading up to our big day. Thank god we could book an amazing content creator with less than 2 weeks to go before our big day.

While I understand that life events can happen that are out of all of our control, work should not be taken on if it is not able to be fulfilled. All we wanted was some good clear communication, if we had received this we would have been understanding and empathetic but this just did not occur consistently enough, we had to chase to get any kind of response and even then barely received anything. This was not the case for any of our other suppliers!

Words of reassurance mean nothing when actions do not show reliability or offer trust!

Claudia in the end your failing proved the best mistake you could have made for us, and I’m glad you weren’t part of our day now.

We still feel you owe us our deposit, yes while we cancelled this was due to your lack of communication, your actions not ours!

We do not recommend Claudia at all from our experience and suggest if you do book her you check your terms closely!

This is not a review I ever expected to write.

We chose Claudia because we loved the content she shared online and felt confident she would capture our wedding in a way that reflected the quality shown across her portfolio. Sadly, our experience did not match those expectations.

Following the wedding, we experienced delays in receiving our content and struggled to obtain updates without repeatedly chasing. The excitement of receiving our wedding memories quickly turned into frustration and disappointment.

When the edited content was eventually delivered, we did not feel it reflected the quality that had been advertised. One reel was delivered without music, another required us to make changes ourselves, and overall we were left feeling that the content had been rushed rather than carefully produced.

Perhaps most disappointing was the disagreement that followed regarding what was included within the package we had purchased. We believed we had booked a service based on what had been advertised and represented before booking, only to later be told that the deliverables we expected were not guaranteed.

Our wedding day was one of the most important days of our lives, and it is heartbreaking that the memories associated with receiving our content have been overshadowed by complaints, disputes and ongoing attempts to reach a resolution.

I genuinely hope no other couple has the experience we have had. I would strongly encourage anyone considering booking to ensure that every deliverable, turnaround time and expectation is clearly documented in writing before making a commitment.

Claudia was absolutely incredible having her as both our wedding content creator and videographer was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment she arrived, she brought such a calm, friendly energy that instantly made us feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera.

She captured every special moment so naturally, from the emotional little details to the big, joyful moments we never want to forget. What really stood out was how effortless she made everything feel, she blended in perfectly, yet somehow managed to be everywhere at once, catching moments we didn’t even realise were happening.

Watching our video back was so emotional (to which i still cry 1 month after the wedding) she told our story beautifully, and it truly felt like reliving the day all over again. On top of her talent, Claudia is such a lovely person to be around professional, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about what she does. She honestly felt more like a friend than a supplier, and by the end of the day, it felt like we’d known her for years.

Also, a word of advice never mess around when it comes to cats, because Claudia is the ultimate cat lady! Her warmth, humour, and genuine personality just shine through in everything she does. We’re so grateful to her for giving us memories we’ll treasure forever. You could really tell that she LOVES what she does.

Claudia was so wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. From the video calls during the planning stages, to the on the day support and pep talks! She was just wonderful and made us feel so at ease too. She felt like an old friend and the pictures and videos speak for themselves.

Claudia was everything we wanted and more in a content creator! My only mistake is not booking her all day, she caught all our special moments and created the best reel literally in less than 24 hours! Claudia was my biggest hype girl on the day, full of compliments and reassurance in my nervy moments and was a lovely addition to have around in my bridal party. Claudia was absolutely brilliant and absolutely lovely! We booked last minute content for our wedding the week before, she made a pre-wedding appointment with us to go through what we wanted from her for the day. The day was captured so so beautifully and so much better than I imagined. I couldn’t recommend Claudia enough!!

Claudia was the most amazing addition to our sisters wedding ! She was incredible in communicating with us and always captured everything our bride wanted ! We had her for our sister’s english and indian wedding and the quality of her work exceeded expectations both times. She worked tirelessly over 4 (yes 4!) days and maintained professionalism but was always a friendly face at every event aswell. Couldn’t recommend her reels and photos enough. She made not only the bride and groom look like royalty but the whole family too ! Thank you so much Claudia you have been an absolute joy to have at our functions. I can not recommend Claudia anymore! She was absolutely amazing on our wedding day and the footage she captured was just beautiful!!! I was initially unsure on having a content creator but I would have SO many regrets if we didn’t have Claudia. She is the addition EVERYONE needs to their wedding day!

We weren’t planning to have any video at our wedding as we figured photography would be enough (and it was already costing enough), but I’m so glad we ended up stretching the budget and booking Claudia as our content creator. We had no idea what we were doing in front of the camera, but she made everything feel super easy and natural. She fit right in with our guests and made everyone feel so comfortable.

Claudia was friendly, professional, and really good at what she does. Receiving the videos and some edited photos back the next day was so nice to see. I even ended up posting her pics instead of our photographer’s sneak peeks because they captured the essence of the day so perfectly.

If you’re considering a content creator, I couldn’t recommend Claudia more. We’re so thankful for the beautiful memories she helped us keep forever.

We were so lucky that Claudia had last-minute availability for our wedding – I had come across some of the amazing reels she’d created for other couples and was obsessed. From the moment she arrived, she was so lovely, warm, and professional – such a joy to have around on the day.

She worked seamlessly alongside our photographers and was so respectful of everyone’s space while still capturing everything so perfectly. Claudia even stayed beyond the time we had agreed, which we were so grateful for.

The reels were turned around so quickly and completely exceeded our expectations – they were everything we could have wished for and more. She also shared a huge amount of amazing behind-the-scenes content via Dropbox, which we now have to treasure forever.

I can't recommend Claudia enough, I planned a surprise wedding at our 20th anniversary party, Claudia was amazing from start to finish. She was always there and got every shot we wanted but not overpowering either. I wasnt aware of this service before, but the video Claudia put together has had me, my family, and friends in tears ever since. We will most definitely meet again as it's the way forward. She was professional, friendly, and blended into the day perfectly — never intrusive, but always right there when it mattered. The video reels exceeded all our expectations; they were beautifully edited and really tell the story of our day in the most heartfelt way. We’ll treasure them forever. It was also great to be able to have the footage the next day to go through and remember bits of the day that just flew by. We hired Claudia and it was the best decision we made. We received so much footage back we couldn't believe our eyes - there wasn't a moment missed. The stuff we didn't see on the actual day we were able to rewatch and see it from our guests eyes. We are so grateful to Claudia for capturing our day!
