From accommodating bespoke requests to crafting the perfect flow for your celebration, I ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned and seamlessly delivered. On the day itself, I’ll be there behind the scenes, making sure you and your guests are wonderfully looked after, glasses topped up, plates perfectly presented, and every moment running effortlessly.

Hi, I’m Megan, your Host Manager, and I’ll be here to ensure your arrival and stay with us are as seamless, comfortable, and as stress-free as possible.

From the moment you and your guests check in, my priority is to create a warm and welcoming experience, making sure every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. Whether it’s coordinating guest arrivals, assisting with special requests, or simply being on hand to help throughout your stay, I’m here to ensure everyone feels relaxed, supported, and completely at ease.

Hi, I’m Claire, your Operations Manager. I lead the dedicated team who will be with you throughout your special day, ensuring every carefully planned detail comes beautifully to life.

Working closely with Ines during the planning process, my role is to seamlessly translate your vision into reality. From your final details appointment; where you’ll meet either myself or one of my experienced team leaders; to the last dance of the evening, I’ll be there coordinating every element with care and precision.
