The Location House is a newly restored private family home, opening its doors only a handful of times each year for exclusive hire weddings. With ornate plasterwork ceilings, grand marble fireplaces and 17 acres of secluded gardens, it offers a refined yet relaxed setting for couples seeking privacy, flexibility and the time to truly enjoy their celebration. Peacefully set near Knowle, Solihull - and just five minutes from the M42, the house feels wonderfully secluded while remaining easy for guests to reach.

Not for everyone

The Location House is not a traditional, all-inclusive wedding venue. It is best suited to couples who value exclusive use over scale and the freedom of dry hire to create something deeply personal. It will appeal to those drawn to understated luxury, thoughtful details and a relaxed country house wedding

One day Exclusive Hire - Saturday (April to September)

For couples who are keen to get off to their honeymoon quickly we offer a 1 day hire - exclusive access is from 7am to midnight on the day of your wedding and suppliers have access on Sunday from 7am to midday to fully vacate. On the day of your wedding a dressing room is provided for you and your nearest and dearest.

Two-Day Exclusive Hire (Sat-Sun, April to September)

Your wedding begins early on Saturday morning, with exclusive access from 7am. While your suppliers quietly prepare the house, you can enjoy a calm, unhurried morning in your private dressing room with your closest people.

After the celebrations, stay the night in the bridal suite and extend the experience with a leisurely garden brunch on Sunday, before your suppliers discreetly pack down and restore the house.

Three-Day Exclusive Hire (Fri–Sun, May to September)

Perfect for couples who want time, flexibility and a full wedding weekend.

• Day One: Set-up and styling at your own pace, followed by an intimate rehearsal dinner with family and friends

• Day Two: Your wedding day

• Day Three: A relaxed post-wedding brunch while suppliers pack down - leaving you free to savour your first moments as newlyweds

Ceremonies

From 2027, The Location House will be licensed for civil ceremonies, allowing you to marry on site. Choose from the romantic pastel Drawing Room, the garden chapel or the main lawn - each offering a distinctly beautiful backdrop for your vows.
