Would highly recommend the Lakehouse as a wedding venue. From start to finish, Natalie and the team were amazing. They were flexible, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the day ran smoothly and we had the best day possible. On the day, they took all the stress off us and we were able to enjoy the day which ran perfectly. The venue has stunning views and we were fortunate to have an amazing sunset. The guests all loved the outdoor space overlooking the marina lake. The food was great and the bar service and staff were brilliant. Highly recommend.

We had the most magical wedding at The Lakehouse on New Year’s Day and we can't recommend it highly enough! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, especially with the stunning scenery of our local lake, which provided the perfect backdrop for our special day—even in winter.

The staff were incredible, especially Natalie and Leonie, who went above and beyond to ensure that we felt special and well taken care of throughout the day. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made all the difference in making us feel at ease and ensuring the day ran smoothly.

The food was outstanding, and our guests couldn't stop raving about it! The bar staff were also amazing—so friendly and accommodating, making sure everyone had a wonderful experience. Even the young girl helping to tidy at the end of the evening was so friendly and helpful.

Overall, The Lakehouse was incredibly accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our day was truly perfect, and we are so grateful to the entire team for making it unforgettable! We look forward to celebrating many anniversaries at this beautiful venue. If you are considering having your wedding here - do it!

We would highly recommend the Lake house as a wedding venue or any other event venue for that matter, Natalie and the team were brilliant from the get go and all the staff at the Lake House are so professional, kind, caring and on it! We had a great day and night the venue was perfect for us in every way, size, budget, vibe and look. The food was great and a lot of our guests also commented on this too, we had Tapas. The location is great and the views are gorgeous.
We have already booked for a future birthday party event later this year and would highly recommend that the venue be considered for anyone looking for a location for any event especially a wedding!

The whole day was perfect, even the night before when I stayed over with my sister and went to the Christmas night they hosted, the little details they did like the wedding balloons on the table, just make you feel everyone really cares, are excited and we felt well looked after.
A massive thank you to all the staff at the Lake House who are amazing, nothing is ever too much to ask for, they are all so helpful and enthusiastic. Our guests have commented on how lovely all the staff were, and what a gorgeous venue it was, with a few guests saying they would get married here in the future too! A special mention to Natalie, who was there for us from the beginning when we viewed the venue. She made me feel so relaxed about everything and I knew we were in safe hands, communication was always timely and Natalie was always there to ask questions, give advice etc. What an amazing day and I can't thank you all enough!

We had a lovely day in this beautiful venue. It's small and intimate and was perfect for us. We had 65 guests and the restaurant was still open to the public but we didn't notice this at all, it didn't affect the day whatsoever.
We booked all the bedrooms for our guests, they were clean comfortable and spacious and breakfast was delicious.
Staff on the day were fantastic and really made it the perfect day for us.
Views over the lake were beautiful, food was delicious. Not really anything we can fault.
The only thing was that our candles weren't lit before we sat down to eat, I set up room myself so potentially my fault for not leaving clear instructions but just a reminder to check the room is how you want it beforehand.
Overall a lovely day!

A perfect day, a gorgeous location and a wonderful team at the venue. I have literally nothing negative at all to say. My vegan diet was catered for, our guests were all so happy with everything and everyone commented that the dj was the best they had ever heard. All in all, it was my dream day come true.

Where do I even start, we originally had a venue booked for Liverpool city centre, however 6 months before our wedding day we found out our venue had been gone into administration and our wedding would not be going ahead. I was beside my self, I started frantically emailing venues all over Liverpool, it was a Friday morning I was certain I wouldn't hear from anyone until atleast Monday, and the first person to respond to me probably no longer than 30 mins later was the lovely Natalie from the lake house, and by that Sunday she had showed me around the venue and we were booked in, and honestly we never looked back. Natalie was so easy to talk to, she worked so well with our budget and the vibe we wanted for the day and I loved our meetings and chats. Our actual wedding day 30th August, honestly it just exceeded every single expectation I had, Nat and the team could not of done enough for us that day, everyone was happy, helpful and seemed genuinely enthusiastic to be apart of our day.
Everyone commented on how lovely the food was, attention to details was amazing, keeping my 18 month old fed and happy, members of the team on the floor playing petals with her, finding her suncream as it ended up being such a hot day, these little things while getting married with a small child took meant so much to me, I couldn’t recommended The Lake House any more if I tried, our day was a dream, we were blessed with the most incredible sunshine all day, we live not far and it’s somewhere we visit weekly and it really is such a special place even more so when the sun is shining, our guests all said it was their favourite wedding they’ve been to, it was so relaxed and ran perfectly all day (even though I was 30 mins late).
I really wish we could do it all again, Thank you so much Nat and team.

I had my wedding on the 17.8.24 and everything about the day was perfect Natalie and her team where amazing and and nothing was to much for them they accommodated to everything I ask for and more are day was perfect and i can’t not thank the lake house enough I would recommend and have done so already to my family and friends

Firstly, a massive thank you to all the staff at the Lake House! They made our whole wedding experience from start to finish an absolute dream! People commented on how ‘chill’ we both were on the run up to the wedding and on the actual day and we honestly believe it’s because we knew we were in safe hands. Not only is the venue stunning with views (and sunsets) to die for but the staff are so attentive, organised and genuinely care! We felt this from our very meeting with Natalie which led us to book it pretty much straight away, not even wanting to view any other venue… when you know you know!
We are local to the area and super proud to have the Lake House on our doorstep. I used to describe it as a hidden gem but I finally think it’s getting the praise and recognition it deserves thanks, again, to their amazing staff!

The venue and staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and assist us in our hastily organised wedding. They really helped make our wedding day special and unforgettable.

We had a venue already booked for out wedding however once we popped into the Lake House for a coffee we knew this is where it had to be! We met Natalie initially and then Wendy they made our planning and organising so much easier! The venue, the staff the food absolute Perfection! We couldn't have wished for anything better. Our wedding was every thing we had hoped for and more, it was beautiful we had fb every single guest said how much they loved our day and that was down to the amazing staff. Even when my wedding favours weren't delivered by my supplier Wendy dealt with this so I didn't have to stress or worry. If you are getting married I would highly recommend The Lake House! The hotel the views, service, wedding support is absolutely fantastic!

I went to go view the Lake house in September 2022. After speaking with Natalie the wedding planner I didnt want to go anywhere else. I booked our wedding for the year later September 2023. I had a lot of planning to do and Natalie was there every step of the way,
answering all my questions she really was amazing. The rooms are gorgeous very clean and modern they were also resoanably priced. On our big day the staff were so hard working and professional I honestly haven't got one negative thing to say about the lake house. The food was delicious and they catered for all of our guests with intolerances and allergies. If your looking to book a gorgeous venue with stunning surroundings I would 100% recommend the lake house. I'd like to thankyou so much for a day I will never forget. Mr and Mrs Spain xxxx
