Perfect natural location

We have the best experience at waterside country barn, the team has thought of everything and from the very first day we had complete confidence in them. The day itself felt effortless and we were both able to just relax and enjoy it. The team were really understanding of what we wanted and responded quickly to messages and questions. All of our suppliers said they were a joy to work with as well. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

More than a wedding venue!

Waterside gave us a beautiful canvas to do whatever we wanted, so the space truly became ours for the big day. We organised everything in 8 months which could have been overwhelming but there was so much support from Lauren and very good communication throughout. On the day Lauren, Georgia and the staff were excellent and made everything flow perfectly. All the guests felt relaxed and welcome instantly and the children (and our dog) had a fantastic time exploring. The added bonus of the accommodation meant we could extend our time over a few days with friends and family.

You can see why this venue is award winning!

We had the most perfect wedding day at waterside country barn. From the start of the process to our actual day, the team were amazing. Brilliant communication all of the way through. We felt fully guided and supported through it all whilst being able to achieve our dream day. In the week leading up to the wedding and on the day, Lauren took all of the coordination off our hands to make it stress free and to ensure we could fully enjoy the day/ experience. On the day the whole team were extremely attentive and everything seemingly ran smoothly. Their recommended catering was delicious. We couldn’t recommend Waterside Country Barn enough.

The best wedding venue!

We fell in love with Waterside County Barn from the minute we walked in. Georgia, Lauren and the team were all incredible, through the planning process and into the day. Nothing was too much trouble, they were so welcoming and accommodating to any requests we made.
On the day, the weather was unpredictable and they were brilliant in last minute changes and requests.
We couldn't have asked for a better venue - the accommodation was brilliant, food - everything! And all our guests loved it too!
The venue is very reasonably priced, especially compared to other similar venues in the area - extremely good value for money.

Fantastic day

Georgia and the rest of the team were fantastic in helping us plan our wedding. They were incredibly organised and well on top of everything, Georgia oversaw our entire day to make sure everything went ahead as planned and all our guests aswell as ourselves had an incredible time

The perfect venue.

This is such a beautiful place to have your special day. Surrounded by absolute beauty. This venue was perfect. The staff go above and beyond. Georgia and Lauren are amazing. They truly put everything in to making your day perfect. They were so friendly and professional from the first moment we met them. They put their whole hearts in to making your day personlised and perfect for you.

July 2025 WCB

Had our wedding here and it was the most amazing weekend of our lives. The venue and staff are wonderful and faultless. In the many months leading up to it we held various meetings for our special day to make sure everything was how we wanted it, the coordination of everything was so easy. The venue has brilliant packages that are definitely fulsome as you find at some venues when you are searching that many have ‘too many options’ that can be irritating such as not including linen for tables! The venue has 4 stunning & quaint huts for some of your closest to stay in with you over the weekend and the area is lush for views and calmness. When our big day happened it was a blur in any case but didn’t feel like a burden in any way as everything was handled so we could enjoy ourselves. At the end of the day, every wedding is diff based on personal preference, but the girls who run it and the venue itself made us feel special and the day couldn’t have been better.

Beautiful setting

My son got married here. The staff were amazing and so accommodating. The food was wonderful and we just couldn’t have asked for a more professional yet personal approach for the planning of the wedding. Thank you so much.

Daughters wedding

My daughter got married at Waterside Country Barn last month & the whole experience was wonderful. Staff, venue, food & wedding planners were excellent which made the day a truly memorable day.

Simply Stunning

The weekend of the the wedding will be a memory that lasts a lifetime.

Lauren was there every step of the way from first thing Friday morning, hauling hay bales into place, to Georgia sweeping up swan poo the morning of the wedding. They get stuck in with every task throughout the whole weekend.

Our wedding day was magical, which was only added to by the friendly nature and hard work of the bar and waiting staff.

The little touches meant the world to us, and Waterside Country Barn will always have a special place in our hearts.
