  Well what do I say everything was amazing from meeting Charlotte & arranging the venue & the food the room & all my guest said how lovely the food was. FANTASTIC.

  The most amazing day..

  Charlotte and the team at the village are absolutely amazing and could not do enough for us to make our day perfect. The staff were more than helpful and a pleasure to have them there with us. Thank you all so much! We will treasure our day ❤️

  We got married at The Village Hotel, Walsall 29th October 2021. We had the most amazing day! All the staff are so lovely and friendly! Charlotte always responded to any questions we had before the wedding very promptly, nothing was too much for her. We really appreciate all her efforts for out big day leading up to the day and during! They did everything we had asked them to do how we wanted the rom decorated etc. We would highly recommend friends and family to have their special day here. Thank you so much to the staff at The Village Hotel, Walsall who helped make our day so special. Mr&Mrs Murphy

  A perfect day!

  Kelly, I just want to start by thanking you for the support you shown through the build up to our big day. You were great!! Thank you for our card that you left in our room for us that was a kind and thoughtful thing to do. Our day was perfect, the room was amazing when we walked in, we were blown away it was everything and more than we ever imagined!! Your team were great from start to finish, the food was excellent and nothing was to much trouble for the staff that were working with us that night!! I would like to give extra thanks to Glynis (sorry if I got her name wrong). What a lovely lady to have as part of your team, so friendly and welcoming, she is a credit to the Village!! I also want to give extra thanks to the gentleman that looked after our needs for most of the night till he finished, I didn't get his name properly sorry ( he was the Indian man)!! You couldn't wish for a nicer person, looked after and delivered all our needed, friendly, polite and nothing was to much, again credit to the Village. Everything was great I can't fault anything Kelly, our wedding was perfect and it's thanks to yourself, your team and the Village Hotel for playing a massive part in our day. My Husband & I will be forever grateful for all that was done in making our special day one to remember and making the most amazing memories that will never be forgot. Thank you again.

  Fabulous wedding

  Deb was in tears from start to finish! Of happiness ??
  We had a fabulous time helping prep and then going through the day.
  All the guests heaped praise on all the staff who were friendly but still professional. The food was excellent (not a word I use much) the service even better. The photographer Dave made life easy, as did Ian the DJ ( he doesn't have a copy of our play list does he?).
  Special thanks to Jo, Kevin and last but by no means least hero of the day Glynis.
  All involved from the first call with you, down the process of building the day to getting the finances right for us, you were great and the whole experience was more than we could have hoped. Debs smile hasn't stopped and nor has Deb talking like an excited 10 year old.
  You guys made her day thereby making mine thank you so much.

  I would just like to praise the village hotel,Walsall for everything they done for us at our wedding.
  
  From the first meeting with Kelly we knew we had made the right decision on choosing the venue. Kelly made the process and planning easy for myself by taking all the hard work and stress off me.
  
  On the day everything was perfect. Glynis and her staff were accomodating to everything we asked as well as friendly and polite to our guests.
  The venue was decorated beautifully and the food was exquisite.
  
  The complimentary room was stunning.
  
  All of our guests were complimentary about every aspect of the day.
