  The most amazing venue!

  We had the most amazing wedding day back in April! The location and place is gorgeous - they have put so much work into the barns, bar, gardens and coutryards to make them all stunning. There is so much attention to detail and you really wouldn't need much decoration because it is already so beautiful.
  All the people are amazing, friendly, helpful and super efficient! We are so grateful for the communication and understanding when it came to postponing our wedding day due to covid and in the lead up.
  Finally the food was absolutely delicious, there are so many options to pick from and our guests (and us obviously!) loved it!
  The day ran so smoothly! We could not have picked a better venue and we absolutely recommend Upwaltham Barns!!

  Beautiful setting

  We were both so happy with our day. The venue looked gorgeous and all the staff were so attentive and caring. The day ran so smoothly from start to finish so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. All of our guest were so complimentary of the food too!
  There were lots of personal touches as it is a family run venue and we felt looked after the day of and the day following.

  Excellent Wedding Venue

  The perfect relaxed day

  We got married at Upwaltham last week and it truly was the perfect day. The owners and venue staff care so much about what they do and that really shines through. The day ran so seamlessly, and the team created the perfect relaxed day. You can make this venue so personal and I can't recommend it enough. Thank you to the whole Upwaltham team, we are still on a high from our special day!

  Upwaltham Barns is a spectacular venue

  Upwaltham Barns is a spectacular venue, we knew as soon as we walked in that we wanted to get married there. The staff are amazing so helpful, kind and understanding. They made sure our day went as smoothly as can be and was everything that we could have dreamt. Thank you for everything.

  Sunday 12th August 2018

  A wonderful venue which provides great food & stunning countryside surroundings. The majority of the staff were welcoming & attentive, particularly Nicola & Helen, who we are very appreciative of.
  
  However, not only did we as a couple have a few unprofessional encounters with senior members of the team with questionable conduct, another of our service providers were also on the receiving end of this unacceptable behaviour. Unfortunately, they seem to adopt the ‘Now we have their money ...’ approach, which tainted our experience slightly.
  
  Despite raising our concerns about this unprofessional conduct via email directly to Upwaltham (for which we received an acknowledgement receipt almost 3 weeks ago) & in a follow up customer satisfaction survey, we have received no response at all, which once again highlights the unprofessionalism we faced at this venue. Had we not had to face these issues or, had Upwaltham emailed an apology to us in response to our complaint, a much higher rating would have been awarded, which is a real shame.
  
  Although this element of the service was regrettable, we still had the most amazing time and are grateful that we had our wedding at such a beautiful venue; we are so thankful for those members of the team who worked tirelessly to ensure that it was the most special day for us, our family & friends.

  A day we will cherish forever

  Chris and I got married at Upwaltham Barns on the 7th of July. We had the most wonderful day in the glorious sunshine. Throughout the 18 months of planning, everyone at Upwaltham was absolutely amazing. Despite the vast amount of weddings, they hold every year, we really were made to feel like we mattered, and everything felt so individual. The pride Nicola and Tim and their team have for the venue is clear throughout the beautiful barns and gardens, every detail is perfect.
  Thank you for a day we will cherish forever.

  A truly beautiful venue

  I fell in love with Upwaltham Barns about 0.5 seconds after we had walked through the entrance and we married there on the 26th May. A truly beautiful venue only surpassed by the amazing team that work behind the scenes, everything and everyone works so well together, and it honestly feels more like a family than a business. All our guests have said how perfect the day was, how amazing the food was and how polite, friendly and efficient the staff were. Thank you so much to all the staff at Upwaltham Barns for giving us an amazing day, that was honestly more perfect than I could ever have imagined.

I got married at Upwaltham on Friday and it was simply the most amazing day. From the minute you view Upwaltham you feel like family. Every member of the Upwaltham team goes above and beyond to ensure you have an incredible day. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble. Thank you everyone at Upwaltham!
