We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make our day truly unforgettable.
Paige, our wedding coordinator on the day, was an absolute star—everything ran so smoothly thanks to her. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and were able to just enjoy every moment. Fern was fantastic too, helping us set up the day before and guiding us through the rehearsal with calm confidence.
All the team and bar staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, creating such a welcoming atmosphere for us and our guests. The venue is simply stunning! It had everything we needed all in one place—beautiful, practical, and perfect for a big celebration.
Communication in the lead-up was great, and the team was always accommodating and responsive. We’re so grateful for the care and effort that went into making our big day so special.

A Dream Wedding Come True
From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew this venue was the one. Every single detail was breathtaking — from the stunning scenery and elegant spaces to the warm, welcoming atmosphere that made our wedding day feel truly magical.
The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and provided the perfect backdrop for both our ceremony and reception. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything was and how seamlessly the day flowed from start to finish.
What truly sets this venue apart, though, is the incredible team behind it. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. Every question was answered, every detail was handled with care, and we felt completely supported throughout the entire planning process. On the big day, everything ran flawlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy every moment.
If you’re looking for a wedding venue that combines beauty, organization, and exceptional service, look no further. This venue exceeded all our expectations and gave us memories we’ll cherish for a lifetime. We couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to say “I do.”

I knew this was the place from the minute I saw it. Luckily husband agreed! Booked April 2024. We've attended different events there, we've been able to show family. Planning meeting in the summer, responsive to emails. The friendliest team ever.
Our day-of team? 10/10. Everything was perfect. No hitches. They factored in time to let us relax and have breathers as a couple. I feel so so lucky and supported. Accomodation also literally incredible and housed both of our families and us (Laundry Cottage, Farmhouse, Woodhill grange).
Set up day before = no stress day of. Take down day after = no stress day of. -

I don’t even know where to being with this venue and the team they have working there! We had our wedding here in September 2024 and we couldn’t have wished for a better day! The venue itself is just absolutely stunning and the team are incredible! Nothing is ever too much to ask and everything ran so smoothly! I would highly recommend Thirsk Lodge Barns to anyone! Our dream wedding
Thirsk Lodge Barns was the perfect venue for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The team went above and beyond to create the most amazing day for us. Despite the detailed instructions we provided, they executed every single aspect flawlessly, and not a single detail was forgotten.
From the very first conversation to the wedding day itself, we felt incredibly valued and important. The team made us feel as though we were the only couple getting married there, even though we knew they had other weddings going on. That personal attention meant the world to us.

Letty and the team were so welcoming and the venue was the perfect blend of countryside charm and modern sophistication. The vibe was so relaxed, yet with all the beautiful aesthetics you'd want for your wedding. Amazing venue, all the staff were an amazing and so helpful when we were planning our wedding. The venue is clean, well kept and stunning interior and exterior design!
