  Truly magical

  Mihaela and Elise were great from start to finish, we had a customised day from getting Halal food and mocktail drinks. They really personalised the experience and made the event so great. The food was absolutely amazing on our taster and on our day. There was plenty of food and would really recommend the evening Buffett there was so much and still leftovers, really worth the money.
  
  We stayed on Valentine’s Day just a few months before the wedding and they both added a little special touch of putting some heart soap, petals and a cute hand written note. It really is the little cute gestures that helped make it so special.
  
  Elise was on hand the whole time to make sure everything went smoothly. The morning of the wedding was so nice with the cute bridal party breakfast brought to our room whilst we got ready. All of the staff we encountered couldn’t do enough for you and was a real credit to the hotel. A massive shout out to Mo who made sure we had everything we needed all morning from teas, juice, minioas and anything else really. And a massive shout out to Debra our master of ceremonies for making sure everyone was in the right place at the right time even when sometimes me and my groom was here there and everywhere.
  The room we stayed in for the night before and the night of was amazing, really gave us our bridal feeling and made me feel special 🥰
  
  There is alot more I could say but too much amazing things to put into one review. I would really recommend this hotel and staff to plan an amazing day which needs to be perfect. Top notch facilities, views, staff and atmosphere.

  Our April wedding

  The team at the Welcombe could not do enough for us. Elise, who is the recently appointed wedding coordinator, is absolutely fantastic she ensured that all our requirements and desires were fulfilled on our wedding day! The food was amazing, the running of the day was so smooth. They were so accommodating in terms of our guests that had additional needs etc. We truely had the best day ever! Also the bridal suite is to die for!! The grounds are absolutely stunning and so picturesque! Highly recommend the Welcombe Hotel as a wedding venue.

  Wonderful Venue

  We stayed at The Welcombe for four nights for our wedding and could not have had a better experience from start to finish.
  The wedding team helped us plan everything to perfection and the team who coordinated it all on the day really went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect wedding. All of the staff looked after us and our families like VIPs for our entire stay.
  The hotel is a beautiful building inside and out and the gardens and surrounding countryside are really picturesque. The rooms are lovely, especially the feature rooms and suites which have antique furniture and really lavish decor.
  The spa is one of the best I've been to in the UK and abroad - there is a main pool, indoor and outdoor spa pools, a sauna, steam room, laconium and tepidarium plus ice fountain, warm and cold rainforest showers and foot spas. We had some spa treatments during our stay which were excellent. The food in the restaurant and at the wedding was also really delicious.
  Nothing was too much trouble - the hotel team even let us plug in our electric car via one of the office sockets.
  Overall we were blown away by the dedication and friendliness of all the staff as well as the beauty of the gorgeous house and grounds.

  A Massive Thankyou

  We just wanted to say a massive thank you for helping us organise everything for Saturday. It was an absolutely fantastic day. The team on the day were just brilliant and did an amazing job of ensuring everything ran smoothly and really looking after us all weekend. We're already looking forward to coming back for our first anniversary and reliving all of the wonderful memories of the day.

  Fantastic service

  I was a photographer for a Wedding last Friday and just had to post a review about the venue and Staff it was a fantastic day from start to finish Sean Mills was the Wedding Contact and was truly professional and customer service is paramount he obviously loves his job and nothing was to much trouble and made my job so much easier and fun please do not lose him.
  The venue was fantastic and we even had a young man who came around with us making sure everything was as it should be.

  My Sons Wedding

  I can not recommend the The Welcombe highly enough , my son got married here on Saturday the 30 th the venue was glorious , and all of the staff were excellent and Shaun the assistant manager made certain the whole day ran very smoothly and his willingness to make the day run smoothly was fantastic. The Welcombe suite for the breakfast was decorated as requested all the tables were perfect. The room I stayed in was spotless, the bed very comfatable .

  My Sisters Wedding

  Wow! What a venue! We celebrated my sister's wedding here. The hotel and its staff were amazing from start to finish. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. Sean Mills especially was an absolute delight. He was so attentive, clearly excellent at his job and really went that extra mile with everything he did, making us all feel so welcome. He is most definitely a huge asset to this amazing hotel. We really had the best time, the wedding went smoothly from start to finish. The wedding breakfast was delicious, piping hot despite the number of guests, as was all the food over the weekend. The drinks were flowing, hats off to the waiters/waitress's and bar staff for being on hand at every moment with a top up!
  
  We also arranged a surprise hen weekend here in the apartments and spa attached to the hotel. The apartments were amazing and again this was so well put together. We we treated like royalty lol Sean again was incredible, along with Mr Butler in the spa who was a delight too and really made us feel welcome and comfortable! Another asset to this beautiful hotel.
  
  I couldn't recommend this hotel enough, it's clean, comfortable, the staff so accomodating and has the most incredible views!
  
  Hoping to return soon for a relaxing spa weekend.
  
  Thanks so much to all the staff for giving me sister and my now brother-in-law the best wedding ever!
