Our May wedding at The Swan was the best day! Charlotte was our coordinator for all the prior planning and on the day, she was an absolute gem throughout the whole process and so knowledgeable, every meeting felt like a coffee catch up with a friend! As a wedding coordinator myself, I was so happy with the run of the day, everything felt so relaxed and in hand which we are really grateful for. A special thanks to Natalia and Maria who were such amazing help on the day, the team are so friendly and what a stunning location to have our special day! We can’t wait to come back again in the future! -

The team at The Swan, made everything so easy, from planning stages to the big day. Charlotte was on hand to help us out with any questions we had during the process. The package they offered was amazing value for money and there is no lack in quality. We had a few complicated allergies and they were able to accommodate this with no concerns. We had the lovely Natalia helping us on the day and I cannot rate her high enough, she made our day run so smoothly. The setting in Bibury is wonderful and made for some great photography opportunities. -

We have been visiting the Swan Hotel for the last 13 years and always said that if we were to get married it would be here. On the 15th June 2025 we did just that and had the most amazing day. The weather was kind and we got married in the gardens which was so beautiful. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them, and Charlotte and the team worked so hard to make our day so special.

We had our wedding here, all the staff were amazing, Charlotte the Wedding Coordinator was so helpful at organising everything for us. We ended up turning up much earlier than expected and they managed to accommodate our outside drinks & canapés earlier than planned. The food was wonderful too, we had a lot of allergies and they dealt with them so well. The rooms have a lot of character and my guests really enjoyed staying there. -

We had our wedding here in March and what a magical day it was. We loved the location and to be able to find a wedding venue in one of our favourite places we love visiting, was just a dream. From our first visit of The Swan, Molly made us feel welcome and confident that she would help make our day as special as can be. She was so friendly, polite and knowledgeable we just knew we could trust her. The whole process of planning was made so smooth and enjoyable. Molly and the staff here excelled our expectations and did a wonderful job. Our bridal suite was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. In fact all of our guests rooms were great! The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. We couldn’t fault a single thing. Our guests and I had the most amazing day. All the staff here were so incredibly helpful and kind. We will be back for a visit soon! -

We cannot thank Molly and the team enough for making our day perfect, I can honestly say nothing went wrong and the day exceeded our expectations of our perfect wedding. The venue was stunning, food was INCREDIBLE, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the location and how well everything ran. We feel so so lucky to have had such a beautiful venue and amazing suppliers to bring our dream day to life. Thank you!! -

Molly and the team were sensational!!
You cannot beat the Swan Hotel for your wedding! From start to finish Molly the wedding planner looked after us and was an amazing support throughout! All of the staff at The Swan are professional and genuinely lovely people. The setting was absolutely perfect and we had no rain which is a bonus. The food and drinks were lovely with service on the day faultless. Everything was taken care for us on the day including decorating the venue, supplier set up and looking after all of our guests. We didn't want it to end or leave The Swan! Perfect Day! -

Everything about The Swan Hotel was perfect. Molly's support throughout, the food, the rooms, we can't speak highly enough of it all. We want to do it all again!
