Dream wedding

We got married here in April 2023 and it was honestly the best day of our lives! The moment we stepped into the venue to view it, we knew it was the one for us. The cosy, whimsical, rustic yet modern vibes were everything we dreamed off to create our intimate woodland wonderland wedding! All the glass and windows really allow for natural light and make the whole place feel like the outside has come inside (with the additions of open fires) making the venue amazing for any time of year. The staff were absolutely incredible and honestly could not have done more for us. They put our minds at ease and took control of absolutely everything and the whole day went by so so smoothly and perfectly. The guests are still talking about the beautiful hidden gem of a venue and the wonderful staff who work there. A special shout out to Megan (our wedding coordinator for the day) who was literally a star - you helped us so much with always the biggest smile. Thank you all so much for helping us have the most incredible day of our lives!

Our Incredible Wedding

We got married on 30.05.25, had the most incredible wedding day. Our Coordinator Megan & wider Oak Tree team did an amazing job, which we are very greatful for! Guests loved the venue!! Faultless.

Amazing venue!

We had our wedding at The Oak Tree on 24.5.25. We couldn't have asked for more from the venue and the team. They were incredibly responsive and helpful during the planning process and then were amazing on the day itself. Felt like nothing was too much trouble and we could rely on the staff throughout the day! All of our guests commented that the venue itself was stunning and that they enjoyed their day!! Couldn't recommend The Oak Tree enough!

A venue of dreams

We got married at The Oak Tree three days ago, and we are still on cloud nine. All of the staff were absolutely fantastic—so attentive and professional—which meant my husband and I could completely relax and enjoy the day. Our friends and family have been full of compliments about the beautiful venue and the outstanding service from the staff.

Outstanding from Start to Finish – A Truly Magical Venue

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue than The Oak Tree of Peover. From the moment we first visited, we felt completely at ease—the building and grounds are absolutely beautiful and so well maintained, and the whole place has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

The planning process was seamless, and the team were fantastic every step of the way. Chloe was wonderful during our initial meeting, and Tracy, our coordinator for our final big meeting and on the day, was truly amazing—organised, warm, and so much fun! She made sure everything ran smoothly and really helped us relax and enjoy every moment.

The entire team went above and beyond for us and our guests. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our day as special as possible. We honestly can’t thank them enough for helping to bring our vision to life and making our wedding day unforgettable.

Fantastic venue!

Would highly recommend!! The venue was beautiful and the staff were really friendly and couldn’t do more for us! They weren’t pushy and understood our situation and saw our vision too. They made our dreams come true and I am thankful for that. We had so many compliments on how stunning the venue was. 100/10

The best venue!

We had such a wonderful experience with the Oak Tree of Peover. From start to finish, they were attentive and professional. Their communication was clear with good organisation. On the day, the place was spotless and looked stunning. Everything ran seamlessly and Tracy and Megan told us what was happening and directed our guests towards the next activity of the evening. The bar staff were super lovely, and helped us during a music blip. Everyone went above and beyond mine and my husband’s expectations. Can’t thank enough for a wonderful experience.

The wonderful Oak Tree

We got married on 08MAR2024 and the day was fantastic from start to finish. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially our wedding coordinator, Megan. The day ran very smoothly thanks to all the staff at the oak tree. They are quick to respond via email or phone with any queries, even last minute things a few days before the big day itself. We could not have asked for a better venue, we feel it was value for money, in a lovely location and looked stunning. Many of our guests had travelled from far away to celebrate with us and all commented on how beautiful the venue was. To anyone considering the oak tree as their wedding venue, I would say, go for it! Its not something you would ever regret!

Lovely venue but staff left something to be desired

Our wedding here was very intimate, so we had a small guest list and acknowledge that less staff would be needed for our wedding. What we didn't anticipate was to have only two staff members for the evening who was often out of sight (sitting behind the bar on the floor talking) and picking at the decor that we brought (one staff member was taking flowers from the garlands we brought and pulling petals out of it when I came into the bar). I felt let down by the venue. Our wedding coordinator Tracy left in the afternoon (which she had informed us about in our final wedding meeting) but I thought that we would have been left in good hands. The staff failed to use our designated playlists that we provided on a spare phone which had clearly labelled playlists for each part of the day. Guests often heard repeated songs or no music whatsoever when neither of the staff members would move the music onto the next playlist. Towards the end of the night, they ended up taking our phone off and using their own music. Our wedding breakfast was half in silence, even though I provided a playlist to play, which made it slightly awkward with it being such an intimate wedding. It felt like we were purposefully given a bad experience because we had a smaller guest list. I wouldn't recommend this venue to those who are looking for somewhere with a smaller wedding as I don't think the staff are super attentive.
