It’s been 2 months since our big day, and we’re still not over how unbelievably perfect it was!💗
There are no words to express how grateful we are to The Hundred House, we had so many ideas and questions, and the answers were simple - YES! Can we have karaoke? Yes! Can we have a bookish theme? Yes! Can we hang floating candles in the barn? Sounds cool, do it! What about a crisp wall? Photobooth? Live illustrator? And bookshelf style seating chart? Sounds great, go for it!!
We had so much DIY and were able to set up the day before, with staff on hand to help with whatever we asked! We were able to switch our bridal prep rooms the night before to make sure the bridal party didn’t melt to death on the hottest day of the year!
I have never met such a supportive and wonderful team, from the initial planning pros, Gem and Jo, answering all of our questions and supporting every single one of our ideas. Our on the day superstar, Kerry who was so helpful and handled any issues with ease and many without our knowledge! Our friends and family are still talking about the amazing food and service by the bar staff (our wonderful barman Mike!), the fantastic DJ, the beautiful gardens and Pegasus!!
We will never forget our day, or the incredible hard-work that the HH team did to support us. You made the many months of planning worth it, and delivered our wedding vision so perfectly! The bookish wedding of our dreams!💗📖

We couldn’t be more happier with how our wedding day was planned. From start to finish, everything ran seamlessly and right on schedule. The team’s attentiveness to detail ensured that we never had to worry about a thing and every element was handled with care and professionalism. The day felt effortless and stress-free which allowed us to truly be present and enjoy every moment. We are so very grateful for their dedication and would always highly recommend them to anyone getting married (also I'm so pleased we opted for the bride prep carriage it was a huge help!)

The perfect wedding venue
We got married here on 2nd Sept 2025. Where do I start with the Hundred House? To put it simply, it is an absolutely wonderful venue that is perfect in pretty much every way.
From the moment we found them we knew they were right for us. The venue is absolutely stunning and is the perfect backdrop for some lovely photos of the day, especially in the gardens.
When organising the day, they were extremely responsive and accommodating, and because of their many years of experience they were really able to understand our ideas for the day and help translate them into reality. There were absolutely no hidden costs and they are obscenely good value for money.
On the day itself, everything ran like clockwork - I can't think of a single thing, however small, that didn't run perfectly. Despite the military precision, everything felt calm, comfortable and relaxed, and our guests appreciated that a lot. The venue was decorated beautifully, and the hotel itself is a lovely and cosy place to get ready. We had the best day of our lives and many of our guests commented on how wonderful the venue was and how smooth things went. The food was absolutely exceptional, and there was plenty of it!
What really sets Hundred House apart are the staff. They moved heaven and earth to make the day great, and they were all kind, supportive and just generally lovely people. They even managed to ensure that our family dog was well looked after, and made sure that when my father had to step out mid-meal to look after the him, his dessert was delivered to his room without any issues whatsoever. Many of the staff have been there for years and have so much experience and it really shows.
Words cannot describe how thankful we are to the Hunded House and its staff, and I would recommend them in an instant. They have won tonnes of awards, and they deserve every single one of them, and many more. -

The first and only wedding venue we viewed! As soon as we saw it we just knew we wanted to get married here, from the stunning barn to the beautiful gardens and food to die for!
The whole team were just incredible from start to finish, always on hand to answer any questions, made us feel so special and made our whole day the best! We’ve had so many amazing comments from guests and can honestly say everyone enjoyed every minute!

I have had to take my time writing this review because I want to get across just how incredible this venue and the team is. Every single person who attended commented on either how amazing the food was or how thoughtful the staff were, or both! The team made the day run so smoothly I can't quite believe it. From the beautiful gardens, to the sweet donkey; from the fantastic fairylight-lit barn to the delicious food, I couldn't have wished for a better day - it was absolutely perfect. We had a number of guests telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and I agree! It wasn't just the big things that were perfect, it was the small, kind gestures of all the staff members, like saving me some pizza from the pizza buffet and taking it up to the bridal suite because they noticed I hadn't had any by the end of the night. Half our guestlist were vegetarian or had some dietary requirements and we were blown away by how easily the team made swaps in our package to accommodate this and still have every single dish be a masterpiece. I honestly believe that unless you request something illegal, this venue will do everything they can to make it happen. Thank you Hundred House, from the bottom of my heart. You were the best decision I made about my wedding (apart from my choice of groom!) and if given the chance to do my wedding day all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. -

Amazing!! The whole experience was fantastic!!
I knew as soon as I saw it that this was going to be our wedding venue and evey single part was PERFECT!! It is so pretty and the staff were wonderful every step of the way!! Our wedding coordinator made everything run so smoothly and I couldn't have asked for anything more amazing!! Thank you Hundred house for our amazing experience!! -

Wedding Feb 2025
We chose Hundred house as our wedding venue 22/2/2025 and wow, we are so glad we did! From start to finish the wedding planning was so organised, they accommodated all the decor ideas and Gemma made the whole process easy and stress free. On the day, Kerry was on hand with every detail and the sheer dedication and commitment from the whole team at Hundred House was exceptional. We booked the Wedding in October 2024 as there were offers on and I’m so glad we took the plunge and booked it. The food was exceptional, and I really mean it- unbelievably good. The commitment of the team to ensure we had a great day was amazing. Thank you, Hundred House. -

My son and daughter in law had their wedding at this venue Jan 25.
The wedding was stunning thanks to all the staff at hundred house.
Such professionalism, kindness and outstanding service made the day go so smoothly. Nothing was too much for them.
The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful.
I would not hesitate to recommend this venue to anyone looking for a venue for a smallish wedding. -

The best day had by all!
Such a lovely venue! The packages include so much, the food was exquisite (we paid the extra for three choices per course, definitely recommended!), the staff couldn’t do enough for us, the gardens were beautiful in August. Seriously worth the visit for a look. And has won numerous awards for best barn wedding venue! -

We had a fabulous wedding day at the Hundred House Hotel. We were looking for a venue which was a bit of us. And they really did pull through. The wedding team at the Hundred House were so approachable, friendly and nothing was ever too much. Every question and query was answered quickly and efficiently.
One of the reasons we loved the venue so much is because its a family business and you can honestly tell they care and will do everything in their power to make your day perfect.
We have some beautiful photos which we will hold onto forever. The venue inside and out is truly stunning. The food was delicious, and actually hot! We have been to many weddings where the food is either cold or dry but they excelled massively.
On the day we had Kerry and she was absolutely brilliant. Very calming nature, attentive and great communicator. She made sure the day run smoothly from start to finish. Gemma was our port of call throughout and was very attentive and we were shown around initially by Jo who is so lovely and very accommodating.
If you're looking for a venue, which is quirky, intimate and food which is locally sourced, and prepared to a excellent standard then this place is for you.
