We couldn’t have asked for a better venue than The Barn at Upcote for our wedding! From the moment we started planning, the team were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our day ran smoothly, and their support was so appreciated. The location is absolutely stunning, with the beautiful countryside providing the perfect backdrop for our special day. All our guests had a wonderful time, and we received so many compliments on the venue. We highly recommend The Barn at Upcote to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue! -

A perfect venue for a perfect day!
We booked The Barn at Upcote blindly from Thailand for our wedding venue and we are incredibly glad we trusted our guts on this!
From start to finish, the team were so lovely and couldn't help enough theough the planning process. They executed our vision flawlessly and made sure that even though we didn't have a wedding planner, nothing went wrong! We worked with them to have a plan A and B depending on the weather and when Storm Amy whipped around us on our wedding day, it wasn't even an issue.
We were sad to miss out on experiencing the full offerings of the stunning grounds, but honestly this didn't take away from our wedding day and the experience we had. The venue was perfect for our day party of around 75 guests and evening of around 90 guests. The venue was intimate and felt like more than enough space for our guests, whilst also looking amazingly full and busy when we were all raving away on the dancefloor.
A special shout out to the lady behind the bar who sheltered a newborn baby and her Mother from the intense noise from the Dhol players! But the whole team were honestly amazing and made the whole experience stress-free. We would highly recommend The Barn at Upcote to anybody thinking of holding their event here! -

We loved celebrating our special day at the Barn at Upcote - the team is an absolute joy to work with, from the planning meetings all the way through the team on the day. We will genuinely miss talking to them, and couldn't have asked for a better day! No request was ever too much, and everything was managed perfectly - I couldn't recommend the venue enough! -

We always knew we would need to get married on a weekday to have our dream wedding within budget. Upcote delivered on every level and matched our vibe perfectly!! It's a dreamy Cotswold barn surrounded by fields which makes it very private. We had the best day! We looked at a lot of venues but it was the team that sealed the deal. All the girls put us at ease from booking upto the day and helped us pull everything together. No question to small or too big. They have been very responsive & the check-in meetings we had were lovely & helped keep us on track. We got so many compliments on the day from family & friends, the space was perfect for our smaller wedding size of 50 people, it felt spacious and cosy all at the same time!
We wanted a colourful wedding day, and the decor came together like we hoped, so joyful. Upcote was the perfect backdrop and looked stunning in the photos. The secret garden was lovely for our couple's photos.

We just got married at The Barn at Upcote and couldn't have wished for a better wedding venue experience. The staff are so friendly, professional and organised, both before and during the big day. They helped make our day super special and run very smoothly. The Barn is beautiful and hardly needs any decoration to make it wedding-ready. Our guests had nothing but good things to say about the venue and we would highly recommend to any couple. -

Beautiful venue with such a lovely team of staff. They were all amazing and helped every step of the way. We had a small ceremony of 30 people so if your looking for a venue that suits that size the barn is perfect. Genuinely couldn't have been happier! -

Our wedding day was flawless, thanks to Sophie’s help planning the entire day from every single detail in advance through to running the operation on the day. The most gorgeous Cotswold barn, in an intimate and hidden setting. Perfect for a midsized wedding with close friends and family.
The honeymoon suite was a little lackluster. The toilet was broken upon arrival the day before when we set up and we notified the staff then. However, whilst getting ready with 4 x bridesmaids, MOB and myself with a makeup artist in the suite on the day of the wedding, the staff decided that was the best time to spend 2 hours trying to fix the toilet seat issue. We were unable to use the bathroom during this time and felt an inconvenience when we did try. The room also came with very basic amenities and a cold croissant left out overnight for a morning breakfast. Also, no one came into the room to just spruce it up between us getting ready and retiring for the evening. We feel this would’ve been a fair expectation given the cost of the venue and personalised & quality service we had up until that point.
Overall, it was a magical day and we had an absolute ball which we will cherish forever. -

The Barn at Upcote was the first and only venue me and my partner viewed for our wedding and we absolutely hit the jackpot.
The venue is absolutely stunning - intimate, rural + a gorgeous blank canvas that we didn’t need much decor. It rained on my wedding day and even in the rain, the venue just shone!
The team are so friendly, warm and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were absolutely perfect at responding and adjusting to our needs throughout the process.
I want to attend a future wedding at the Barn at Upcote as my guests said it was so great. They have a good list of recommended suppliers too who were all wonderful.
Even though it’s fairly close to Cheltenham, you really feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere. I DIYed my wedding but the team reassured me and delivered on the promise that everything would be set up with no hassle.
I couldn’t recommend them more!
