Couldn't be happier we had our wedding here on 4th March 2023. Wonderful service from Bliss and Hannah who took incredible care of us on the day, guiding us through and answering all questions and requests with a smile. 'Evening' Hannah was outstanding throughout the meal and reception, so receptive and went over-and-above to ensure everything ran smoothly. We also have to praise the bar staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful.
Even on a slightly overcast day the views were spectacular, and guests even caught glimpse of some dolphins in the bay whilst waiting for the ceremony to start. The buffet was fantastic, would definitely recommend if you want a relaxed vibe and loads of food. The team also massively helped us out at short notice in hosting a meal the night before the wedding, when another restaurant let us down. Worth noting we had to hire in a fair bit of décor, but the team were very receptive in helping us organise this. Looking forward to coming back to visit!

We chose The Harbour Hotel for the location for our elopement wedding as it’s in our favourite part of the UK and what a location it has in St.Ives
Kelsie and her team meticulously planned everything for our big day and also arranged for the sun to shine for our beach photos.
Now if that isn’t dedication I don’t know what is!!
The hotel itself is a fantastic place in a great location
The spa and the massage we had as part of our package was great
And the food in the hotel was really good too
We actually couldn’t fault anything from start to finish
We stayed for 3 nights and every single member of staff we had contact with had time for us and were all so friendly
We would both highly recommend The Harbour Hotel St Ives not only for a wedding venue but also as a great hotel
We shall definitely be returning every leap year to celebrate our leap year wedding anniversary

Amazing! We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights at the end of September for our wedding, and it was perfect from start to finish. The wedding team Bliss, Kelsie and Hannah were incredibly helpful all the way through and made the day run so smoothly. The food was absolutely delicious with many guests saying it was the best wedding meal they’d ever had!. The location speaks for itself and made the best back drop to our special day…we cannot recommend this hotel more highly, the personalised Mr and Mrs mugs were also a lovely touch. 5* staff and stunning hotel
The staff were amazing, always smiling and helpful. Could not do enough for us from the minute we met Bliss, the wedding organiser and the team, too the last day we checked out with the lads helping us with our car, so helpful and friendly. We got married at st ives harbour on the 27th May 2023. The whole planning process with the hotel was fab. They were so quick to respond to emails and very helpful.
The hotel and grounds are gorgeous too. The bridal suite was amazing.
We got a very cute personalised mug set as a gift from the hotel but my only bit of constructive recommendation would be to check with the bride and groom if their names are changing and what they are changing too as I kept my maiden name and double barrelled it with my partners. Amazing wedding venue
We celebrated our wedding here on 11 March 2023 and we are honestly so happy with our choice. We have heard from many other couples that something usually always goes wrong on your wedding day - not for us. The whole day went perfectly and there wasn't a single issue (apart from the weather, but that's Cornwall for you). The team are really lovely and do look after you - when the ceremony had to be indoors due to the weather, the team could tell I was a bit upset, as I hadn't ordered chair covers for the ceremony room as well - the hotel dealt with this swiftly and without charge. Our guests also commented on how nice the food was and how quick the service was. Would highly recommend and can't wait to return to this beautiful place.St Ives Harbour Hotel & Spa's reply:

The best wedding we could have dreamt of
We have returned home after a fabulous week of celebrating our wedding, and we can’t thank the events team at the St Ives Harbour Hotel enough, in particular Kelsie & Bliss for all of their hard work in helping to create the best wedding day we could ever have hoped for, it exceeded our expectations in every way.
Our guests had an absolutely brilliant day, they were blown away with the location, views and service just as we were, we have received so many positive comments. The great service and friendliness from all the staff we encountered throughout the hotel was so refreshing. The food and drink was even better than we expected, it was delicious, to get everyone’s meals out so efficiently during the wedding breakfast was really impressive.
The gift left in our room was a really lovely and unexpected touch. Lots of friends and family stayed in the hotel and all of the rooms were beautiful, the suite we stayed in with sea views was absolutely gorgeous and we are already arranging to book for our 1st anniversary. The hotel had parking for everyone, was exceptionally clean with beautiful decor which was even more magical with tasteful Christmas decorations. I’d recommended anyone staying to make full use of the spa and the restaurant.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel, and I’d encourage anyone wanting to get married in Cornwall to do so at the Harbour Hotel.
