Perfect Venue, Professional Staff

Couldn't be happier we had our wedding here on 4th March 2023. Wonderful service from Bliss and Hannah who took incredible care of us on the day, guiding us through and answering all questions and requests with a smile. 'Evening' Hannah was outstanding throughout the meal and reception, so receptive and went over-and-above to ensure everything ran smoothly. We also have to praise the bar staff, who were extremely friendly and helpful.

Even on a slightly overcast day the views were spectacular, and guests even caught glimpse of some dolphins in the bay whilst waiting for the ceremony to start. The buffet was fantastic, would definitely recommend if you want a relaxed vibe and loads of food. The team also massively helped us out at short notice in hosting a meal the night before the wedding, when another restaurant let us down. Worth noting we had to hire in a fair bit of décor, but the team were very receptive in helping us organise this. Looking forward to coming back to visit!

How can we ever thank you all enough?
Your all really were amazing on our wedding day 05.05.2024

Everything felt and was perfect, We both felt completely stress free and reassured that everything would be okay.

Frances, you were truly amazing, nothing seemed to be a bother, even when we needed to change things a few times due to family being unwell! And you always made it so easy and never made us feel as if it was to much! You were so professional and we are so thankful for everything you did on the day and running upto our special day!

The catering staff were also absolutely amazing, the food was all cooked and presented to perfection.

All the staff were absolutely amazing and myself and Charlie both felt, that they couldn't possibly do anymore to ensure our day ran smoothly. You all honesty went above and beyond what a great team you have! We honesty had the best most magical day and everyone who joined us for our special day really enjoyed it and said how much of a picturesque setting it was and how amazing you all were! So thank you 😊

Amazing wedding service

We have stayed here a number of times now and just got back from a weekend where we spent our wedding day there! What an amazing day! The sun was shining, the service was outstanding and the wedding went without a hitch! All the staff in the hotel are friendly and accommodating and I couldn’t recommend the wedding planning service more! We fell in love with st Ives on our first stay at this hotel and will be back to celebrate our anniversary for years to come!

Leap Year Elopement Package 2024

We chose The Harbour Hotel for the location for our elopement wedding as it’s in our favourite part of the UK and what a location it has in St.Ives
Kelsie and her team meticulously planned everything for our big day and also arranged for the sun to shine for our beach photos.
Now if that isn’t dedication I don’t know what is!!
The hotel itself is a fantastic place in a great location
The spa and the massage we had as part of our package was great
And the food in the hotel was really good too
We actually couldn’t fault anything from start to finish
We stayed for 3 nights and every single member of staff we had contact with had time for us and were all so friendly
We would both highly recommend The Harbour Hotel St Ives not only for a wedding venue but also as a great hotel
We shall definitely be returning every leap year to celebrate our leap year wedding anniversary

Our dream wedding because of this hotel

My husband and I were so lucky to find this gem in St Ives when we live in the south east.

90 guests travelled to the wedding, many visiting Cornwall for the first time, and many staying at the hotel for ease. Everyone said it was the best wedding they’d ever attended and that it was like being abroad! We were so lucky with a glorious and dry November wedding day but also I have seen the venue in a storm when we visited in feb 2022 and it is equally stunning.

We cannot thank the incredible staff enough - especially Kelsie, who was exceptional at every moment of the day and in the many months leading up to the wedding.

Do not hesitate to go for this venue - luxury luxury luxury (at affordable prices during the off peak months)!

Perfect wedding venue

Amazing! We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights at the end of September for our wedding, and it was perfect from start to finish. The wedding team Bliss, Kelsie and Hannah were incredibly helpful all the way through and made the day run so smoothly. The food was absolutely delicious with many guests saying it was the best wedding meal they’d ever had!. The location speaks for itself and made the best back drop to our special day…we cannot recommend this hotel more highly, the personalised Mr and Mrs mugs were also a lovely touch. Thank you ❤️

Fantastic service - we had a really fantastic day.

We got married at st ives harbour on the 27th May 2023. The whole planning process with the hotel was fab. They were so quick to respond to emails and very helpful.
The hotel and grounds are gorgeous too. The bridal suite was amazing.
We got a very cute personalised mug set as a gift from the hotel but my only bit of constructive recommendation would be to check with the bride and groom if their names are changing and what they are changing too as I kept my maiden name and double barrelled it with my partners. But only a very small thing to mention in the midst of a fantastic day/service.

5* staff and stunning hotel

The staff were amazing, always smiling and helpful. Could not do enough for us from the minute we met Bliss, the wedding organiser and the team, too the last day we checked out with the lads helping us with our car, so helpful and friendly. Stunning rooms and views. Just a beautiful place to hold a magical wedding, 5* perfect.
