We are delighted that we chose Pangdean for our wedding.
They are absolutely world-class in what they provide. We had zero stress on our most special day because they take care of everything with precision and expertise. They thought of everything — even things you didn’t know you were supposed to think about.
These people know what they are doing.
Excellent communication. Nothing was too much trouble. We were confident that everything had been discussed and that the day would run smoothly.
The venue is beautiful. Plenty of space. We were particular struck by the facilities for children. There is enough space for them to play freely while their parents enjoy the day.
We got married outside in the garden and it was stunning.
All our guests came up to us to rave about the food. The food is outstanding. Our family and friends can be hard to please in this respect!
We thought they were generous to allows to provide our own booze right up until the first dance in the evening. We felt this saved us a lot that other venues would try and extract from you. A classy move.
The staff and service is world class. Utterly professional, kind, warm and genuine in wanting you to have the best day of your life.
Nikki was also lovely enough to drive us up to the downs for some photos together. These were some of our favourite photos from the day. It’s beautiful up there.
In conclusion, you can’t help but think that the staff get a genuine thrill out of seeing you enjoy your best day ever.

Pangdean were amazing. It's such a beautiful venue and they helped us create a tailored wedding to meet our needs. We were already legally married so went for the 'Soiree' package but didn't feel like this was any less of a day than had it included the legal ceremony. We had such an amazing day and Pangdean really helped with everything and made it so much easier. Staff are amazing. Venue is beautiful. Food is exceptional. Wow – I don't really know where to begin with this review. From start to finish, Pangdean Barn could not have been a better venue for me and my husband. I think it's easiest to break it down into categories:
The staff: From showing us around the venue, to answering the huge volume of emails we sent throughout the planning process, to making the day itself run seamlessly... this team knows exactly how to deliver an unbelievable wedding. We felt completely at ease, and even when the weather decided to absolutely HAMMER it down just before our ceremony, we never once felt stressed because we knew we were in the hands of true professionals.
The food: Our guests have not stopped talking about the food, and if we're honest, it was one of the biggest reasons we chose Pangdean Barn in the first place. There were plenty of canapés to go around, and we chose the sharing BBQ-style menu, which was absolutely delicious and such a huge hit with everyone. They were also incredibly accommodating with dietary requirements, bringing around separately labelled plates of canapés to guests with specific dietary needs so that everyone could enjoy them without having to ask. It was such a thoughtful touch and really showed the level of care and attention they put into every guest's experience.
The venue: Rain or shine, you are going to have an incredible day here. The venue is beautiful, full of character, and much bigger than it looks in photos. The acoustics are fantastic too, making it a brilliant space for speeches and the evening celebrations. So many of our guests have since told us it was one of the best weddings they've ever been to, and we know so much of that is down to the incredible team and the atmosphere Pangdean creates.
The little extras: One of the things we loved most was the no-corkage policy. Throughout the planning process, we were able to pick up bottles of our favourite wines whenever we found good deals and bring them to the venue. With guests like ours (who love a party!), this saved us a huge amount of money and meant we could serve exactly what we wanted.
We genuinely cannot recommend Pangdean Barn highly enough. Our only piece of feedback is that we're devastated we can't do it all over again!

We had a fantastic wedding day at Pangdean Barn. The venue was stunning with hills and beautiful flowers and trees in the backdrop for the photos, the garden games were a huge hit with all our guests - we have fantastic photos of kids big and small having great fun with the go-karts. But over and above that, the care with which all the staff looked after us and our guests throughout the day was exceptional. We have had dozens of messages from our family and friends to say what a wonderful day they had, all of whom mentioned the venue, the attentiveness and friendliness of the team, the quality of food and the professionalism with which the whole day was run. From our perspective, as the bride and groom, we were made to feel really special. We both felt really looked after as the team checked in on us both regularly. The technical support on the day was flawless and the contact and responsive answering our questions prior to the big day was exceptional. We were so impressed with everything. Literally the perfect venue - thank you. -

We can’t thank or recommend Pangdean enough as a wedding venue! From the moment we visited we were made to feel welcome and special and we knew this would be the venue for us. On the lead up to the wedding Pangdean let us visit so many times to work through ideas, discuss plans and just to show family our venue and every time we were given a wonderful friendly welcome. Although we had plans to use the outside space for our ceremony and drinks, the weather had other plans but no one would have known we were on our plan b! Inside the barn is truly breathtaking and our ceremony felt magical. Nicky personally greeted me (the bride) at the door of my transport with an umbrella to ensure I arrived dry and made me so calm and supported. The whole day was seamless and beautiful from the decor, to the service and food and the amazing staff. Our wedding was on the larger size and with everything unexpectedly indoors it could have been a difficult task and Pangdean ensured it ran beautifully. The food is absolutely incredible and we have had many guests reach out to pass on their amazement at it all including the 10/10 bread, canapés (everyone is still talking about the arancini!) and overall wonderful service and treatment from Pangdean. Our wedding felt so ‘us’ and so much of that is down to this amazing venue. We are so so grateful to such a wonderful venue and to the amazing people that work there - thank you!Pangdean Old Barn's reply:

Best Day of our lives ✨
The team at Pangdean barn are nothing short of fantastic. From the initial planning meetings with crumbly shortbread biscuits & cups of tea we knew we would feel at home here & it was going to be the most perfect venue to get married in and my gosh we were right, the day was absolutely gorgeous and everyone wouldn't stop raving about the food & the service! They really do go above and beyond to ensure you have the best day and we can honestly say it was the best day of our lives ! lovely venue, beautiful team, delicious food, incredible service ❤️❤️✨

From the moment we walked into Pangdean Barn we knew it was where we wanted to get married.
We love how the place is family run but done very professionally as well. We would like to say a huge thank you for everything that you done for us, you made the day extra special for us.All of our family and friends have said how lovely the staff at Pangdean were, nothing was too much trouble. What a fantastic place and team
Pangdean was the perfect place for us and the team were absolutely fantastic to work with in planning our day. The venue and the different spaces are beautiful, but what really stands out is the willingness to work together and be creative to make a vision become a reality. We had quite specific (if changing) food requests, wanted a pétanque terrain, and had grand ideas for designing the barn with endless foliage and candles. All of these things were received not as a problem but as something to work together to bring to life, and to help execute as well as possible. the food was really fantastic. The team were genuinely really a joy to work with and we could not recommend Pangdean more.
