We genuinely can’t even begin to explain how amazing everyone at Norwood was.
From the very first time we went for our initial viewing, every single person was fantastic. We were given the time and space to walk around at our own pace, with absolutely no pressure or obligation, which immediately made us feel so comfortable. And once we decided that Norwood was the place for us, the experience somehow just got better.
I think most people would probably expect that once you’ve been “sold” something, paid your deposit and signed the contract, the venue simply gives you what you’ve paid for. But Norwood is so much more than that.
Whenever we visited for the Black Book supplier events, afternoon tea for Mother’s Day, or just popped in, we were always treated so amazingly. It genuinely felt like we were part of the Norwood family rather than just another couple who had booked their wedding there. I honestly can’t put into words how incredible the customer service is.
As every bride knows, there are moments during wedding planning where you have a bit of a meltdown 😂. Whenever that happened, Rich was always there, happy to help, answer my questions and put my mind at ease. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Then came the actual wedding day, and Olivia had promised me that she would take care of setting everything up so that I could just relax and enjoy the day. I trusted her, but I don’t think I could have imagined just how much effort she and the whole team would put in. The venue looked absolutely incredible, even better than we could have imagined, and it meant that we could genuinely enjoy every second without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes.
And then in the evening, Katie and the team kept everything going, making sure the vibes were right and everyone was having the best time. If there were any problems or things that went wrong, I genuinely have no idea what they were, because they certainly never reached us!
From the first viewing, right through to the end of our wedding day, everyone at Norwood went above and beyond. They didn’t just provide us with a beautiful venue, they made us feel looked after, supported and genuinely cared about.
If you want a stress-free wedding where the staff start to feel like family, choose Norwood. Honestly, do yourself the favour. You won’t regret it. ❤️ -

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue. Rich and the whole Norwood Park team were incredibly helpful from our very first visit, through booking and planning, right up to the day itself and the morning after. Every question we had was answered quickly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The venue is beautiful and the team made the whole weekend feel special. What a venue!
We simply do not have the words to emphasise how amazing the Norwood venue and team are!
The venue truly is a one of a kind. The balance between beautifully kept outdoor areas, renovated Georgian interiors, and open, modern spaces, is unmatched. We had our ceremony in the bandstand, which had such a perfectly intimate and private feel. The gardens are maintained beautifully, so with our late May wedding meant we were surrounded by such beautiful colours.
The food! Oh the food! We have had comments for the last 2months about how amazing the food was.
The Norwood team are really something else! Nothing was too much for anyone we dealt with along the planning or the wedding itself. Liv and Katie were our coordinators on the day, and even with the 32degree heat, they were amazing. If there were any issues on the day, neither of us noticed as the team dealt with everything seamlessly. We were completely looked after every step of the way. Everything was laid out perfectly throughout our planning journey, with all of our questions answered with no judgement (even when they were obvious or silly). We can not emphasise enough, what a professional, friendly and clearly very passionate team this is.
Thank you for making our day so so beautiful Norwood, and for battling through the first heatwave of the year for us. We are still so I'm awe of the day, and are so grateful for the memories for life you helped us make.

December Wedding - Norwood Park
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue. From start to finish, the team were so helpful and supportive throughout the entire planning process, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. On the day itself, the staff were amazing — friendly, organised and made everything run so smoothly, which meant we could just relax and enjoy every moment. The most amazing day
Can not fault our wedding at Norwood absoloutly amazing the most amazing staff who made the whole process smooth sailing a big thank you to Olivia who has the patience of a saint and did a truley amazing job and made it stress free ! We want to do the whole day Again,

We want to say a huge thank you to Norwood park, Rich and the team for helping create our perfect wedding day! From start to finish the team were fantastic with great communication, regular emails and answering all of our questions in the run up to the big day. The team at Norwood park is friendly and helpful and made it as stress free as possible for us. The venue and grounds are gorgeous and is the perfect back drop for any wedding day. The bridal ‘getting ready’ room is beautiful and the most amazing space to spend the morning of your wedding. Rich and his team ran the day perfectly, making sure we were all on time and directing the guests to where they needed to be throughout the day. The team liaised with all of our vendors to ensure the venue was set up exactly how we envisioned it to be, and it was perfect! We would recommend Norwood park to anybody looking for a wedding venue. Our dream wedding!
From the first time we set eyes on Norwood Park we had no doubt in our minds that it would be our wedding venue. The grounds and buildings were truly amazing and it is quite apparent how much care and attention goes into the upkeep of the venue.
From our first meeting Rich was fantastic and guided us every step of the way right up to the big day.
On our wedding day, Olivia and Katie were incredible. They were such a calming presence. They were supportive and helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly, right down to fluffing the bride’s train and keeping us hydrated!
All of the staff were wonderful and the food was delicious. So many guests commented that it was the best meal they had ever had at a wedding!
We couldn’t recommend Norwood Park enough. It was more than we could have ever dreamed of.Norwood Park Country House's reply:
