We had the most wonderful experience celebrating our wedding at New Place Hotel. From start to finish, Jacinta and her team were professional, welcoming, and incredibly well organised, making the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds and elegant spaces that created the perfect backdrop for our special day. The kitchen and bar staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly, and we felt so well looked after throughout. Our guests also commented on how lovely the venue was, and how convenient it was to stay on site to enjoy the wedding in its fullness. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married and would highly recommend New Place Hotel to any couple looking for a truly special wedding venue. -

We recently were married at The New Place Hotel. It was our dream venue and we have fallen in love with the place. We had the perfect day and Poppy was the most fantastic wedding planner. Nothing was too much trouble and no question every too silly. Her communication was superb and she helped us achieve our magical day. The staff and also Brooke who was our host for the day were wonderful and I would not hesitate to recommend this venue to anyone. -

New Place was always going to be the venue I chose for the wedding. Could not fault it at all! Jacinta was very professional and efficient organising everything with us as I know was difficult not being very organised really at all. She was either a phone call or email away and always answering any queries to us.
Freddie was an absolute legend, she was there whenever you needed something, always wanting to help and she could always tell if something had annoyed me (nothing to do with the venue) she was always there to calm me down and make me relax and chill out. Freddie & Jacinta is an absolute credit to New Place! The other staff that helped Nick, Joe, Callum & Finn (I think) and I can’t remember the two team members that helped us the day before too we’re all brilliant! The food was absolutely amazing, the chefs did a fantastic job! Cannot forget the housekeeping & reception team, they were all friendly efficient & very accommodating to anything we needed.
A big massive thank you to you all for making our day the best day it could be and one day we will never forget!! -

Thank you, New Place, for helping organise an amazing wedding. Katie and Jacinta were very helpful and always on hand leading up to the wedding.
The grounds are stunning. All the staff were very helpful. Freddie, you are a superhero. Your team, especially Joe and Bella, went above and beyond, making us and all our guests feel comfortable and helped make our day even more memorable. Much love Mr and Mrs Dibble. -

We got married here in Oct ,Beautiful venue. Rooms to get married in, reception hall , guest rooms ect all within the hotel. No problems all the way through our planning, Rebecca and her team were brilliant on the day , all staff were friendly and helpful, Service was spot on . Hotel room was clean and very well decorated . Food was excellent, Wide variety at breakfast . -

We loved our day and Rebecca made it so easy! The venue was beautiful and our guests loved it all. Good value for money with our guests being able to stay overnight and use the spa. -

We had the most incredible day, we were the first to ever use the new dressing room and bridal suite and the whole experience was just absolutely incredible!! I wish we could do it all again! The team were the brilliant and Jacinta was amazing from start to finish! Being a wedding planner myself I can’t fault anything at all it’s a perfect venue!

My Husband and I can can not thank New place Hotel enough for helping us plan and run our perfect day. It was truly amazing and I just want to do it again. Our wedding planner was great with her communication, our MC was great on the day, she looked after every need all through the day and made sure we were happy every step of the way. It was a magical day in the most beautiful of surroundings. I would recommend new place again and again for anyones wedding day. Can’t wait to return in a year for our first anniversary. -
