We had the best experience having our wedding at the Kimpton Fitzroy. Not only is the venue one of the most stunning in central London, but the service and food is incredible.
However we’d like to extend most of our thanks to the amazing event team at the Kimpton, in particular Lucy White, the venues wedding coordinator. We were so pleased with the level of attentiveness and organisation of our wedding leading up to the day. All my wishes and desires were considered and the whole lead up was stress free and enjoyable.

We got married at the Kimpton in December of 2025, we got lucky and managed to lock in a date within a year of getting engaged. We knew from the minute we walked into the hotel lobby that we wanted to get married there. The hotel is made for weddings and the ballroom and palm court speak for themselves, even before any flowers have even entered the room.
Lucy, the wedding coordinator and events manager was outstanding, from every site visit and zoom call. She along with our wedding planner, Ann made the day run so seem less and it truly was the best day of our lives.
We are beyond grateful to everyone in the Kimpton team for bringing our visions to life and hosting such a perfect winter wedding.

We had a perfect experience at Kimpton Fitzroy for our September 2025 wedding.
Everything from the initial booking, menu tasting, planning meetings up until the big day was a joy and made the whole planning process really enjoyable.
It’s expensive but amazing value in my opinion for such a luxury central London venue, with incredible service to match.
Lucy was amazing as well and we loved working with her - thank you so much! -

We had the most incredible wedding at the Kimpton and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, Lucy was absolutely amazing — nothing was too much trouble and she made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free.
The venue itself is stunning, and so many of our guests commented on every aspect of the day, from the setting to the atmosphere and attention to detail. It was truly beautiful and everything I could have hoped for.
As a very fussy eater, I was particularly grateful for how accommodating the team were with the food — they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy, which meant so much to me.

We had the pleasure of working with Lucy as our venue coordinator at the Kimpton, and we truly can't thank her—and the entire team—enough. From start to finish, they helped make our wedding unforgettable.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. One of the biggest draws for us was being able to host both the ceremony and reception under one roof, and the Kimpton offered the perfect setting for that. Each space—from the elegant ballroom to the lush Palm Court—brought its own unique atmosphere, allowing us to create a beautifully flowing day with distinct moods throughout.
What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the Kimpton staff. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine helpfulness went above and beyond. We felt so supported and cared for, and that made all the difference. Our day was truly special, and much of that is thanks to Lucy and the wonderful team behind her. -

From the first meeting, we knew this was the place. The building is obviously stunning, but the real magic? The team. Planning an international wedding could’ve been a stress spiral, but they handled every detail with such warmth and precision that we basically floated through the entire experience. Already plotting our return!
