We had the most amazing wedding day at Hobbit Hill. Hobbit hill were able to accommodate the date we wanted and were clear and upfront about budgeting for this with it being peak season and bank holiday weekend.
All of the lovely staff have been so accommodating before and throughout our big day. Allowing us last minute to book the ceremony room for additional space when we saw it could be rainy. Luckily we didn’t have too much rain!
We can’t thank you enough for making this day so special for us.

We had the most incredible experience at Hobbit Hill and truly couldn’t have asked for anything more. The amazing staff were so helpful, friendly, and attentive from start to finish — nothing was ever too much of an ask, and they made us feel completely supported throughout the entire journey.
The venue itself is breathtaking. The views, the atmosphere, and the overall setting created the perfect backdrop for our day. The accommodation was fantastic, especially The Shire — the getting‑ready area there is spacious, beautifully designed, and made the morning feel relaxed, fun, and stress‑free.
Everything ran so smoothly, and that’s entirely down to the incredible team who worked behind the scenes to make sure every detail was perfect. We genuinely cannot thank them enough. We had the best time, and we’ve come away with memories that will last a lifetime. -

Such an incredibly beautiful venue that kept us and our guests stunned from start to finish.
Our ceremony took place in the beautiful woodland setting, with astounding views over the Ribble valley, on the perfectly maintained grounds. We couldn't have asked for more.
The staff were fantastic and made sure that our day ran smoothly throughout, ensuring that we were looked after and we had everything we needed. All the suppliers recommended within their package were professional, friendly and the best around. They answered all of our questions in the build up and made us feel special throughout the process. A huge thank you for Laura and Jen who were amazing and really made it the perfect day for us. As well as the team working behind the scenes to maintain the venue, keeping it spotless and organised. -

Incredible venue - 10/10, no notes. It speaks for itself. Stunning views, the most gorgeous fairytale wood to get married in, all of the bi-fold doors, so many places for guests to sit and chat, or dance or play games etc. It was the most special day and Jen and the whole team have been incredible throughout - no question was too much, super reassuring and so responsive. We absolutely LOVED our day and all of the staff are so kind and welcoming. If you're even thinking about booking here, do it. Don't hesitate! You won't regret it! I wish we could do it all all over again. Thank you to the incredible team at Hobbit Hill! -

The staff at Hobbit Hill were accessible throughout our planning journey. Recommendations were made for suppliers which were useful and excellant. We used striped pig for catering and the food was exceptional.
The use of the shire and pods for guests added to the magic of the weekend .
We were very lucky with the weather and able to take advantage of the beautiful views and venue with the doors open throughout the wedding breakfast which created an al fresco environment, despite warm weather all guests were comfortable and able to use the outdoor space,
The staff on the day were very supportive and couldn't have been more helpful.
We did light the fire pit which was nice for guests to sit around at the end of the night and finished the day of perfectly x
You would not regret booking this venue for your special day x -

When we first viewed Hobbit Hill, we were in awe - we looked at one more venue but then thought "why are we wasting our time looking anywhere else" - this was purely based on the how the venue looked alone - but the amazing bonus is the team - nothing was too big or too small, and they always did everything with a smile on their face. Many of our guests commented how they always saw Jen running around after us, making sure we always had a drink in our hand.
I was feeling anxious a few months before the wedding, but after a meeting with Jen, all those worries went away - she is definitely the person you need around on your wedding day! Her and her team's experience definitely shines through, and we could not have be more grateful to them that they made our day so perfect for us.

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our wedding. From the very first visit, we knew this venue was something special, but the reality of our day exceeded every expectation.
The setting itself is absolutely stunning, with every detail creating a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere for both us and our guests. Whether it was the ceremony space, the reception area, or the surrounding grounds, everything felt thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained.
What truly sets this venue apart, though, is the team behind it. Every member of staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day unforgettable. They handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment without worry. No request felt too big or too small, and their experience and calm approach made the whole day run effortlessly.
Our guests are still talking about how incredible the venue was — from the ambiance to the organisation to the overall experience. It created exactly the kind of atmosphere we had hoped for: warm, joyful, and unforgettable.
If you are looking for a wedding venue that combines beauty, organisation, and a truly dedicated team, we cannot recommend this place highly enough. It played a huge part in making our wedding day the best day of our lives.
