We owe everything to the lovely Andrew and John for the care and effort they both put into our wedding day. It ran so smoothly and the advice and confidence they had about the day put our mind at ease. John set up the rooms for us just as I pictured. Andrew was a godsend and kept checking throughout the day on us. In fact all staff were fabulous and need recognition.
A special mention to our coordinator Evie, who without the wedding would have gone into disarray. She was super organised and nothing was ever too much trouble, even with my millions of questions she had answers and solutions to them all.
We definitely need to give a special mention to the kitchen. My word it was mouth watering! The portions were perfect, the flavour immaculate and the presentation was gorgeous. All of our guests commented on the food and were all so impressed, as were we!
You can rest easy knowing the staff will go out of their way to make your day so special. The venue is stunning and the view is unreal.
Grand Villa Heights is a beautiful place to get married and an unforgettable experience with the team in place. You won’t be disappointed!

Our wedding day was truly the most special day of our lives! The best wedding venue we have ever been to and our guests loved it. The views are stunning, the chapel is amazing, the food was great, the outdoor drinks area & the wedding room are all perfect. The bridal lodge for the night before was beautiful too!
Special shout out to staff Lizzie and Peter. We are ready to do it all over again and it’s only been 9 days since we got married.
Just to note that prior to the wedding other staff were very difficult to get hold of, but once Lizzie took over as wedding coordinator then she always got back to us straight away. Also some of the bedrooms that haven’t been renovated yet are very dated. The bar also didn’t reopen for hotel guests after the wedding ended at midnight, as they said they didn’t have the staff. -

The Kings wedding
Our wedding at Grand Villa Heights was perfect in everyway.
From the minute we walked in to the venue we fell in love.
The planning process was explained fully and very easily communicated and Lizzie was very attentive and quick to always help and respond.
Going through the final details with Lizzie was a breeze as she helped advise and give ideas.
The whole team of staff at grand villa heights were truly exceptional and we would like to thank you all for making our day so special.

We had our wedding in July and it was the best day ever. The scenery and venue is incredible it feels like you are on holiday not in the uk. Evie our wedding coordinator was great and all of the staff were amazing on the day they could not do more for us. -

The venue, the view, the staff, the mist, just sensational. We had a truly magical day from start to finish. It exceeded all our expectations so we can’t thank the team at Grand Villa Heights enough.
You will be in such great hands and well looked after.
We want to do it all over again 🤣, we’ll certainly be back for our anniversaries.

From our initial enquiry the team at Grand Villa Heights could not do enough for us, they looked after everything! Even the small details. Our day was the best day of our lives. Our guests were thrilled, the views from the chapel, games on the lawn, champagne reception all of it was spectacular..we had the BBQ extravaganza and it was amazing, then churros and dips later. The staff were excellent, I have to give a massive shout out for our beautiful wedding coordinator Evie, WOW , she was by our side from the start and on our special day to make sure everything went smoothly. The coordination by the master of ceremonies was second to none. He was friendly and witty, he made sure we had a few minutes every now and again to take in the day, it's those special extra touches that make the difference. Thank you to Jackie in the accomodation team who went above and beyond to make sure every guest had the most beautiful rooms. Thank you to you all for the most incredible day that we will always treasure. See you on our first anniversary if not before. Much love from Mr and Mrs Winterburn, Jill and Phil xx -

We would like to thank all staff who helped our day run smoothly.
The guests had an absolute ball and I didn’t want the day to end.
Special mention to Evie who remained calm during my moments of panic and nothing was too much trouble. You really looked after us - thank you!

Our wedding at grand villa heights was everything we had hoped for and so much more. From the very beginning of our planning, Evie our wedding coordinator was brilliant. She was always so quick to respond to and questions we had and made the whole planning process feel so much less stressful.
On the day itself, Andy, our wedding manager was absolutely outstanding. From the evening before our wedding right through until the end of the day nothing was ever too much trouble. He kept everything running seamlessly, made sure we always knew what was happening next and allowed us to completely relax and enjoy the day. He truly when above and beyond and we can’t thank him enough.
Andrew, our master of ceremonies was also fantastic. He kept our guests informed and on track throughout the day, ensuring everything flowed perfectly with a friendly and professional approach.
The venue itself is simply breathtaking the views are incredible and the decor throughout the hotel created the most beautiful setting for a wedding. We couldnt have asked for a more perfect back drop for our special day.
During the early stages of planning we did have a few issues regarding room allocations and pricing. However these were dealt with quickly, professionally and smoothly. And once resolved everything else was faultless.
Thank you to everyone at grand villa heights for making our wedding so special. It truly was the best day of our lives, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the venue to any couple looking for an unforgettable wedding experience. -

Wow… where do we even begin? 🤍✨
Grand Villa Heights is simply something else. We had the best day of our lives, and every single one of our guests has told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and the best venue they’ve ever experienced. Everyone was absolutely blown away, and so many people have said that no other venue compares.
From the moment we booked, the whole team was incredible. Evie was amazing throughout the planning process, helping us create the perfect day and always being there to answer any questions. The handover to John, our Wedding Manager, the night before was seamless, and from that moment on we knew we were in the best hands.
John, Steve our Master of Ceremonies, and every single member of staff worked tirelessly to make sure everything ran perfectly. We were genuinely treated like royalty from start to finish.
On the morning of the wedding, my now husband was feeling stressed and nervous (I had absolutely no idea while I was getting ready upstairs!), but he hasn’t stopped talking about how incredible John was. He went above and beyond to keep him calm and make sure everything was taken care of. Knowing someone was looking after him meant so much.
Steve was absolutely fantastic too, keeping everyone entertained, making sure guests knew where they needed to be, and ensuring the whole day flowed effortlessly.
What really stood out were all the little touches. We were served our food and drinks first during the wedding breakfast, we received our canapés and drinks first during the reception, John arranged drinks to be brought to my bridal suite while I was getting ready, and after the ceremony we were given five precious minutes alone together before the confetti shot. Those few quiet moments are memories we’ll treasure forever.
Even one of the newer bar staff members kindly helped carry my dress so I could have more photographs without it getting dirty. He told me how much he already loved working there, and it really reflected the incredible atmosphere the whole team creates.
The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, but it’s the people who truly make it special. Their attention to detail, professionalism, warmth and genuine care made our wedding day even better than we could ever have imagined.
From the very first time we visited Grand Villa Heights, we knew there wasn’t going to be another venue for us. If you’re even slightly considering getting married here… just do it. You won’t regret it. It will be the best decision you make. 🤍
