We owe everything to the lovely Andrew and John for the care and effort they both put into our wedding day. It ran so smoothly and the advice and confidence they had about the day put our mind at ease. John set up the rooms for us just as I pictured. Andrew was a godsend and kept checking throughout the day on us. In fact all staff were fabulous and need recognition.
A special mention to our coordinator Evie, who without the wedding would have gone into disarray. She was super organised and nothing was ever too much trouble, even with my millions of questions she had answers and solutions to them all.
We definitely need to give a special mention to the kitchen. My word it was mouth watering! The portions were perfect, the flavour immaculate and the presentation was gorgeous. All of our guests commented on the food and were all so impressed, as were we!
You can rest easy knowing the staff will go out of their way to make your day so special. The venue is stunning and the view is unreal.
Grand Villa Heights is a beautiful place to get married and an unforgettable experience with the team in place. You won’t be disappointed!

When we booked our wedding it was run by Raven Hall. When apartment group took over there was a few issues but the new team sorted it out. Big thanks to our wedding coordinator Evie who was
on hand to sort things out, Also a big thank you to Donna at Apartment group head office who helped sort a few things out for us.
We stayed over the night before the final meeting with Evie, once the plans were finalised we were a lot happy.
The day before the wedding we stayed over, the bride stayed in the night before villa while groom stayed in the main hotel. The bride had charcuterie boards in the villa and groom had a meal in the restaurant in a private part of the restaurant.
The final meeting was complete and the day started. Stephen the master of ceremonies made sure the day run on time and no hiccups. Stephen was friendly and approachable and did such an amazing job.
Andy is another name to thank he did great with the whole day, keeping the bride calm, from the amazing food service.
Another thank you to all the bar staff, kitchen staff and waiter staff who did an amazing job with great food, great drinks and very friendly on the day.
The honeymoon suite is beautiful, we didn’t spend much time in there but the bed was comfy the bathroom is beautiful.
Overall if you are looking for a venue with amazing views, staff who friendly and make your day that little special then book Grand Villa Heights. You will not be disappointed. This place will hold special memories forever and we will be coming back for special times

Grand Villa Heights is such an amazing venue with incredible views! From booking the venue to the wedding day, the whole process was really easy thanks to Evie (wedding co-ordinator) and our wedding day was amazing with the master of ceremonies (Andrew) and the wedding planners helping the whole day go smoothly. All the staff are really friendly and would do anything to help out on the day. We would definitely recommend getting married here at this incredible venue and thank you to the whole team for everything! -

We recently had our wedding at Grand Villa Heights and it exceeded every expectation we had. The absolute stunning views speak for themselves and provided the most beautiful backdrop for our special day. From the moment we booked, the communication was excellent throughout, giving us complete confidence that everything was in hand.
A huge thank you to our wedding coordinator, Evie, who was amazing from start to finish. She was always helpful, organised, responsive, and made the entire planning process feel effortless.
On the day itself, our MOC, Andrew, couldn't do enough for us. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we could simply relax and enjoy every moment. His willingness to help with anything we needed was truly exceptional.
The food was incredible and received so many compliments from our guests. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.
We honestly couldn't have asked for a better venue or team to help create such a perfect day. Thank you to everyone involved for making our wedding so memorable. We would highly recommend Grand Villa Heights to anyone looking for a beautiful setting, outstanding food, and exceptional service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ -

We had the most amazing short lead wedding for an amazing price. I went into it thinking it might be too good to be true, but I am so glad we risked it. They were very accommodating, managed to squeeze in the date I wanted booking only 4 months in advance. They were very laid back in organisation, and it did make me worry, but it was just my bridezilla side coming out. Everything on the day was so special and the odd hiccup was sorted out promptly. Can’t wait to go back to stay again. (I won’t add honeymoon suite pictures because it’s a nice surprise 😉) -

Incredible
We celebrated our wedding here on 14th February. We had the most amazing experience at this beautiful location. The staff were incredible from beginning to end. They were all, without exception, so easy to work with, hard working, reliable and friendly. They went out of their way to make everything perfect!
We will definitely visit this wonderful spot again.
