We got married in the Abbey Suite at the DoubleTree by Hilton Chester, and it was everything we’d hoped for and more.
From our very first visit, we knew this was the one, we looked at so many venues, but nothing else compared. Sarah was incredible throughout the planning process, patiently answering our endless emails and never once making us feel like a hassle.
On the day itself, Georgina and her team were flawless. Everything ran like clockwork and the venue looked perfect, which took so much pressure off after years of planning and dreaming about this day. A special thank you also to Max, who helped set up the night before.
We can’t thank the whole team enough, you played a huge part in making our wedding day so special.

We booked our evening do at The doubletree Hilton in Chester and it was the best decision we made. From the amazing staff, the wonderful food, the fabulous interior and gorgeous surroundings it made our day feel so special. The staff couldn’t have done more for us, from the beginning of planning to the actual event, taking everything we said on board and delivering on every single thing. The package we chose was evening do which was from 7-1am and that included a dj and a buffet style evening meal which was perfect for us. They gave us recommendations for vendors and we were more than made up with the lighting for our event. Our guests had a wonderful time at the venue and we have had nothing but good reviews from them all. I couldn’t recommend this place enough if you want an elegant, luxurious wedding venue -

We cannot recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Chester highly enough as a wedding venue. From the moment we started planning, the entire team was absolutely incredible. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel completely at ease throughout the whole process.
The venue itself is stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. Every detail was beautifully executed, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. We trusted them completely, and that allowed us to relax and truly enjoy every moment.
The team created a real fairytale wedding for us, exceeding all of our expectations. Thanks to their hard work, dedication, and support, we had the most magical day and truly the best day of our lives.
Thank you to everyone at DoubleTree by Hilton Chester for making our dream wedding a reality. We will cherish those memories forever. ❤️👰🤵✨ -

What an amazing wedding!!!
My partner and I got married at the DoubleTree by Hilton Chester Hotel in the Abbey Suite on 24th July, and the entire day was absolutely amazing from start to finish.
Everything went exactly to plan. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. The food was outstanding—if anything, it was even better than at our tasting session. They had clearly listened to and acted on our feedback, which we really appreciated.
Our event manager, Sarah, was fantastic. She was incredibly thorough during our planning meetings, listened carefully to everything we wanted, and made sure every detail was covered. The Abbey Suite was set up beautifully and looked exactly how we had envisioned it.
We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our wedding. We would highly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Chester Hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful venue, exceptional service, and great value for money. The wedding package was very reasonably priced for everything that was included, and it truly exceeded our expectations. -

Out standing venue
Every member was polite, friendly and professional but with personality too, they helped everyone feel relaxed an nothing was too much trouble. Even joining in dancing whilst clearing the night away.
Please pass on our thanks to everyone who worked on Tuesday they made the day and night perfect. Also to your cooks as the food was outstanding, every guest has messaged to say how perfect the food was and what a great day they had.
The venue was dressed beautifully and hotel facilities where five star

We had the most amazing day, We had a vision that was not your traditional styled wedding and the team brought that to reality for us. Everything from booking through to the day was seamless and we felt at ease with our wedding co-ordinator.
This was the highlight as it's such a stressful time and we just knew everything was under control. -

Me and my husband got married at the double tree last month and honestly it was absolutely amazing. Every single staff member went above and beyond for us. Our wedding coordinator Sarah was absolutely amazing and made sure our wedding was perfect. our toast master Georgina, wow she did not stop all day and made sure our wedding ran perfectly. The whole experience there was unreal. We stayed at the venue the night before the wedding and we we're able to do a private dining meal with all our loved ones and even then the staff went above and beyond for us. I would 1 million percent recommend this venue to anyone, best day ever! -

Perfection
From the first moment we sat down with Lucy, Double Tree couldn’t have done more for us. The venue is absolutely stunning and they provided great vegan alternatives for us. The events team made the planning and organising so much easier. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The little touches, such as meeting us at the end of the aisle with a drink and helping me when my dress was stuck just showed how tentative you all were. We couldn’t have picked a better place to get married. -
