The wedding team assigned to us with our Orchid Package at the Double tree Cheltenham were absolutely amazing! We started with Charlotte who was so warm and friendly and helped us with all of our enquiries and requests. We were sad to be passed on from Charlotte but then we met the team - Nora, Brandon, Chris and their team. In the build up, they were thorough and methodical and covered all aspects of the day minute by minute so that we could visualise clearly what was coming and they tweaked things regularly to fit in with our wishes and the way we wanted things done. Outstanding. Nora was the driving force in the preparations and on the day she even 'fluffed' my dress for me as I walked down the aisle!! (Above and beyond.)
I warmed to Brandon straight away who was an incredibly calming influence and a warm friendly face every single minute of the wedding day. Nothing was a problem for Brandon and he got everything sorted out and done calmly, quickly and efficiently - all with a fantastic smile on his face - a smile I won't forget. He looked after me (to the extend of finding my favourite lip gloss when I couldn't find it and delivering it to me where I was sitting!) and he also looked after our larger family and all the needs of our friends too. An amazing man with bucket loads of emotional intelligence and integrity - I cannot fault him, he worked tirelessly but made it look easy.
Chris and I are so grateful they were all there for us in the build up and on the day - they took all the stress out of the proceedings.

Couldn’t recommend more
Charlotte and Emily did an absolutely incredible job. They couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. No job was too big or too ridiculous. They even made sure the grass was cut and bought a lawnmower specially. The staff were fantastic. The day ran so smoothly and was the perfect venue. Highly highly recommend -

From viewing the venue to the wedding day it has been an amazing experience for the both of us. They tailored everything for us to make sure it was perfect. Even on the day of our wedding, we had some changes which staff members were able to do efficiently and effectively.
Overall best experience and lovely kind staff -

Charlotte was amazing and so highly organised! From the day we met she was friendly and welcoming and we decided that day we wanted our wedding here!
And every question I had she always knew the answer and nothing was a problem.
We had our ceremony and breakfast/ reception all in the function room downstairs where the doors lead outside to the small lake, it’s beautiful!
Paul was also incredible on the day, he was so fun and present so whenever someone had a question (including myself!) he made sure we were looked after.
We had the best day!

Great help for our wedding day!
Charlotte was so responsive and attentive throughout the whole wedding planning process and even on the day when we had been passed on to the events team. We found out we were expecting a baby a month before we got married and the team were so great at accommodating anything we needed to make the day smoother with a six week old! Definitely recommend Charlotte and the team ☺️ The venue also has amazing spots for photos which turned out beautifully. -

Outstanding day and night from 2 years ago when we booked wedding planner Charlotte was amazing and helped make our wedding perfect,
All the staff was great when bringing the food was on point so very polite to everyone, the venue staff who decorated the rooms done a very professional service,
The food was amazing the wine was beautiful the day could not of got any better it’s was all we dreamed off and more,
The bedroom was amazing.

We recently hosted our wedding party at the Hilton, and it was truly an unforgettable experience.
From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care.
A huge shoutout to Charlotte, our event coordinator, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect.
Her organization and calming presence made the planning process smooth and stress-free.
The Hilton staff on the day of the event were outstanding - friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient.
We opted for the finger buffet, which was delicious. Thank you to the chef & team!
Many compliments on the food and venue were received.
We would also like to say a massive thank you to Emily, who ensured the evening ran smoothly.
A number of guests stayed for the night & we all commented on how lovely the rooms were - especially the comfy beds!
A private breakfast area was available for us and our guests the next morning.
This was the perfect finish to the best weekend.
We couldn't have asked for a better venue or team to celebrate our special day with & highly recommend the Hilton for any special event!

We travelled from Australia to the UK to be married and we couldn't be happier with the DoubleTree by Hilton, Cheltenham as a venue. Charlotte was more than happy to answer all our questions and she was regularly in touch answering our emails immediately. Charlotte was happy to work around the time differences and we had several link ups to discuss all the major items. Her professionalism and super friendly personality made everything so easy to organise. The venue itself was presented just beautifully and the kitchen catered to all our needs. The grounds are also beautifully presented and for us, it was just perfect having everything at the one venue. -
