We had our wedding at Carbis Bay Hotel in October 2025, and booked the Ocean view venue. We can’t fault the service, attention to detail and attentiveness of Ria and her team. The day went exactly as planned and the views at Carbis really can’t be beaten by any other U.K. venue! We highly recommend this venue and we plan on returning to Carbis every year on our anniversary to reminisce. You won’t regret booking this place!! Meg & Josh -

We can not thank the staff at Carbis Bay & The Gannet enough. Our wedding day was everything we wanted and more and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Ourselves and our guests stayed the weekend at the Gannet and everything was incredible. The food on the day from the canapes to the fish & chips at night were the best I have had and nothing was too much for them. If you’re having a smaller wedding and want something intimate then The Gannet is definitely the place to choose. We can’t wait to come back for our anniversary -

Our Wedding Day
We wholeheartedly recommend the Carbis Bay Hotel, its incredible events team and overall staff! Nothing was too much trouble and every single guest on the day commented on how smoothly the day went and how everyone was so friendly. Sofia and the events team were absolutely fantastic during our initial stays, our engagement at the hotel and the wedding day itself. Nothing was too much trouble!! -

The very best of days!
We feel most privileged to have had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding on 10th September 2025 at the unbelievably beautiful Carbis Bay Hotel & Estate.
It was truly everything we had dreamed of and more!
From start to finish, every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine warmth.
The venue itself was absolutely stunning, creating the perfect atmosphere for our special day. The food was exceptional - beautifully presented and delicious. All staff went above and beyond to make us and our guests feel welcome and cared for. Their attention to detail and friendly professionalism made the day completely stress free.
The events team Ria, Sofia, Abi and Phoebe (and of course Nicole too) are such amazing people who we hold the greatest respect for. Despite how busy they are through the wedding season, they have the ability to make you and your wedding day feel so very special.
A special mention also to the wonderful hotel pianist Mark Clapp who we booked to play for our ceremony and wedding breakfast. His elegant music added such a magical touch. He even sourced and played a piece of music during our ceremony that was previously unknown to him for which we are so grateful.
Genuinely, everything exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting or a more dedicated team to make our wedding day so memorable.

On 5th September 2025 we were lucky enough to have our wedding at Carbis Bay Hotel on the beautiful beach in the sunshine, and we can honestly say it was everything we hoped for.
Throughout the entire process, Ria, Abi, Sofia and Phoebe from the events team made us feel completely at ease and supported, every detail was handled with professionalism and genuine care. A special thank you goes to them for working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly, with great attention to detail and a calm and friendly manner always. They made us and our little girl feel so special and we are forever grateful to everyone at Carbis Bay who was a part of our time there.
The setting is breathtaking, Carbis Bay is and always will be our special place and one of the most beautiful UK locations, with the views of the beach and sea giving us the most magical backdrop to our ceremony and photographs which also enabled us to have some quiet time to enjoy together throughout the day.
Our guests had nothing but praise for the venue, the food, and the atmosphere. The wedding breakfast was also delicious with everyone getting their choices without issue.
We couldn’t have asked for a better day. Carbis Bay Hotel gave us memories we’ll treasure forever and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special wedding venue.
Thank you again and we look forward to seeing you all again for our first anniversary next year!

Outstanding venue, unbelievable team!
The venue is unreal, everyone can see that but what made our 3 day wedding weekend at Carbis bay hotel beyond perfection was the team! They truly worked to give us all we dreamed of. They were exceptional at finding a way to say yes! We had a welcome bbq Friday, wedding sat, and brunch Sunday - The food was fantastic all weekend, all our guests commented on it.I was really picky about the menu and the team were so accommodating and made me feel like it was no bother! The entire weekend ran so smoothly and the wedding team were so kind! Even when we came up with a crazy plan to all jump into the sea at midnight, they worked to get 50 towels for us! It really was all the little things they did that made the weekend everything we dreamed of and more. It was worth every penny and they gave us memories that make our hearts so full! While they do a lot of weddings, they truly make you feel like yours is the only one!Carbis Bay Hotel's reply:
