We celebrated our wedding at Bowood Hotel on July 18th and the day couldn’t have been more perfect. Our outdoor ceremony was absolutely beautiful — the grounds made the most stunning backdrop, and everything felt magical from start to finish. Catherine and her team were exceptional; their organisation, warmth, and attention to detail made the whole day run seamlessly. They made us feel completely supported and allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment. The service was seamless, the food was exceptional, catering for all dietary needs
We’re so grateful to Bowood for giving us such an unforgettable wedding day. We couldn’t recommend the venue more highly! -

We got married in October and had the most amazing day!
All the staff worked so hard to ensure our day went exactly how we wanted it to be, from planning meetings before hand, arranging drop off items we had made and the day itself.
The planning was great and stress free due to their great communication and support. Our meal and wine tasting were fantastic and we it was hard to choose what to have with amazing choices! They catered for food allergies and vegetarians without any issues. Our day was everything we dreamt of and all the staff were amazing from setting the room which looked amazing, to ensuring our day ran smoothly they were kind and welcoming and our guests complimented them all afterwards. The grounds for the photos are beautiful and they can advise on the most stunning areas to have
photos taken. We used the seasonal package which included so many extras which lots of other venues charge extra for.
We can't recommend Bowood enough, and can't imagine choosing anywhere else to get married! They are truly amazing! -

Bowood Hotel and Spa
Bowood went above and beyond to make our amazing day happen. It looked like it was going to rain so it was decided that we'd have the service inside. Just over an hour before the ceremony the sun came out and I asked for the service to be outside, Bowood were amazing and went straight downstairs and moved everything outside for us. -

"Mark and I wanted to send a massive thank you to you, Ella, in helping us plan our wedding; nothing was too much trouble, everything had the can do attitude and you were just great to work with.
Despite the original plan to be outside, it never made any difference to the fantastic day we had inside. The décor and room set up looked fantastic and exceeded my expectations, nothing was too much trouble for your team, everyone was calm, but with giving me the guarantee it was all in control.
Extra special thanks go to Rebecca, the lady who was leading the whole event, she is a woman who gets things done and shows real calm, positive leadership and you could see her team were all on board. She checked-in with me to ensure timings of things, she also reminded me that we were due to give a speech, but it was subtle and she got things moving along – fantastic!
My guests have commented on the food, the wine and generally what a fabulous place Bowood is to stay and have a wedding, I sincerely couldn’t of asked for a more amazing day, in fact it was without doubt the best day of my life, smooth sailing from start to finish, so a MASSIVE thank you to everyone involved." -
