  Absolutely perfect, in every way

  Audleys Wood Hotel was the first and only wedding venue we looked at, from the moment we entered for a wedding showcase we were both sold, we fell in love with the beautiful venue and friendly and welcoming staff, we knew this was the perfect place for us to get married.
  The whole planning process was made so much easier having Charlotte and her team guide us through each step and answering any question no matter how big or small! All of our requests were catered for and there is literally nothing more we could have wished for on the day, all of our dreams came true!
  We were able to add our own decor to the ceremony room and pavilion such as using our own flower arch, providing packets of tissues for the guests, making our own centrepieces and having a welcome table with a guest book, photos etc etc. Being able to include decor in keeping with our theming made the day even more special.
  All of the guests have commented on how welcoming, friendly and accommodating all the staff were, nothing felt like too much bother and everyone was always on hand to make sure everything went to plan. There were so many little things on the day that Charlotte and the team did to make us feel special on our wedding day.
  The food was outstanding and we've had multiple comments from guests to say how much they enjoyed their meal. We were made to feel so welcome when we came for our menu tasting and Head Chef Leon gave us so much time to talk through our preferences with regards to food and made me so happy that I could have chocolate brownie as a pudding option despite it being on the summer menu!!
  The day ran perfectly to time and that was all thanks to the Toast Master. I really don't envy him trying to keep everyone to time and he did it with such kindness and patience! He took away all of the worries I had on the day and I really was just able to truly switch off from the planning and stress and enjoy the day.
  Audleys Wood gave us the perfect wedding without us having to break the bank, we loved every minute and I am so sad it's now all over!

  Couldn’t have asked for more from this amazing venue

  We had our wedding at Audleys Wood last week and we could not be more grateful we chose this venue. Audleys Wood was the first venues we looked at and loved it right away but felt we should see some others but everything we looked at, we compared to Audleys Wood.
  
  From day one, Charlotte was amazing: she was so helpful and informative - none of my little questions were too much. I never felt any weddings before ours took priority over ours and they were so flexible with some of our requests such as having our dog there and having beer pong in the evening.
  
  On the day, the staff had planned for all weather contingencies and the day went seamlessly - at least from our point of view as the bride and groom, if it wasn’t, we certainly didn’t know!
  
  The food is honestly amazing - the trial was lush and we got so many compliments on the day, especially from vegan guests who loved having separate canapés. There were so many great options for all categories of the wedding breakfast and the evening food.
  
  The accommodation itself was ideal as well. The Jane Austen suite for me the night before was great and surprisingly slept well even with all the nerves and adrenaline. It was a lovely space to get ready in the morning - one thing I would say is a railing for the dresses would have been helpful but the doorframes worked, I was just worried I would damage the beautiful room! The honeymoon suite was also stunning and we had room service the following morning which was a nice option.
  
  I cannot recommend this venue enough!

  Our wedding at Audleys Wood

  We booked our wedding for March 2024 back in October 2022 at Audleys Wood. We just had that feeling as soon as we had driven up the driveway! Considering it’s in Basingstoke you wouldn’t think it at all in the grounds/ hotel. All the people at Audleys were great considering how many questions I asked in the process! Charlotte was great as was our toastmaster on the day David. We had lots of changes which were accommodated well and the day went about as smoothly as it could have considering the horrendous weather! The bridal suit and honeymoon suit included in our package made everything easier and considering I ran out of time on the day to pack things up everything was moved between rooms. The reception room looked great and the food was lovely. Thank you to everyone at Audleys for making our special day! Jess and Ollie

  A lovely venue and one we would definitely recommend

  Well what can I say…. Apart from a very big thank you to Charlotte for all her help and support before the big day. She was always on hand to answer any questions however big or small and for accommodating all our decision changes! The day proceeded without a hitch and Michael was amazing, nothing was to small for him and he made sure everything ran smoothly, not only was he professional in his role but he has a lovely presence about him which made the bridal party feel relaxed. He is a credit to Audleys and our deepest thanks on making our day run smoothly with his lovely kind approach to us all. He made our day very special. I would also like to thank all the other members of staff whom once again were extremely welcoming and only too happy to help and serve. Thanks also go out to the housecleaning staff as the rooms were lovely. A huge well done to the chef, the food was incredibly good, I honestly didn’t expect it to be as good as it was and every single one of our guests remarked on how good the food was from our meat eaters, vegetarians and our celiac. We will definitely be dinning again. Audleys Wood is a lovely venue and one we would definitely recommend. We hope to be spending our anniversary’s with you all.

  Dream proposal

  It turned out to be far better than I ever expected and a major part of that was to do with how smoothly it all went and how friendly and how kind every staff member was. You have such a great team and was very impressed.

  The word epic has been used on several occasions!!

  Charlie and Lexi got married on 11th November, and everyone I have spoken to, including of course the bride and groom, have said what a fantastic day they enjoyed, and how special they felt. The word “epic” has been used on several occasions!! Every detail seemed to have been thought through, and each member of the team we met just presented us with smooth and effortless service. The bride was instrumental in making sure the day was planned down to the last buttonhole, but couldn’t have done it without the support and professionalism of the Audleys team. It was a pleasure being able to celebrate in style with my own family. A huge thank you to you all!

  We had an excellent experience with Audleys Wood Hotel. Throughout the planning stage, Charlotte our wedding coordinator was knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Emails were always answered very promptly and we were allowed to look round the venue several times with different family members. The pre-wedding meetings were extremely helpful for ironing out the details and Audleys were flexible to our requests to make our day personal.
  On the day all of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Everything ran like clockwork thanks to Charlotte's organisation and the lovely Audleys team. We had numerous compliments on the venue, food and staff from our guests, some of whom left their own reviews as they were so impressed. All in all we felt it was amazing value for a beautiful venue, great food and 5* service from a team who were dedicated to making our day special.

  Such a magical venue and amazing experience

  VIP treatment from start to finish!

  We fell in love with Audleys on one of their open days soon after we got engaged and just knew that it would be perfect for our wedding day.
  We had Zoe Miles as our wedding coordinator and she was brilliant throughout, always so quick to respond to emails and answer any silly questions we had throughout the planning. She would always put our minds at ease and meant that we really didn't have any stress with the planning.
  It rained the entire day for our wedding day in July, but the staff adapted everything without us having to even think about it. Everything was moved inside, the room was changed around really quickly so that we had somewhere to be and they even provided umbrellas and escorted people to the reception where needed.
  The food was an element we wanted our guests to love and remember of our day and Audleys did an exceptional job, every meal was delicious and came out quickly. We even had someone who had just discovered they had a gluten allergy earlier in the month, once he notified one of the waiters, they brought him out different bread and adapted his meal accordingly, a real five star service. The staff were always polite and welcoming.
  The building and grounds are stunning and even in the rain, made for wonderful pictures. The pavilion where we had our reception comfortably housed our 100 plus guests for the day and for an extra 50 on top of that for the evening.
  We would highly recommend Audleys Wood to anyone that was considering getting married there, we loved it!

  The Perfect Wedding

  I highly recommend Audleys Wood Hitel for your wedding. Our day was just perfect. The staff were kind and efficient. The food was lovely, especially the beef! The venue is stunning. We got married in the conservatory and all our guests commented on how lovely it is. I cannot fault anything about the place. Thank you for wonderful day. We always say it was perfect!
