It’s hard to put into words just how exceptional Arley Hall & Gardens were throughout our wedding journey. Their professionalism, warmth, and deep knowledge shone through in every interaction with both Ashley and Millie.
In the lead‑up to the day, Ashley was brilliant — consistently communicative, reassuring, and incredibly accommodating, especially given how far we were travelling. He made us feel important, understood, and genuinely valued as a couple. Every question was answered with care, and he ensured we always knew what to expect.
On the day itself, Millie led everything seamlessly. She had this almost magical ability to appear at exactly the right moment, like a fairy godmother guiding the day along. She instinctively knew when we needed a quiet moment together and ensured the entire celebration flowed effortlessly, without us ever needing to think about what came next.
The venue itself is breathtaking. The gardens are outstanding, and each location within Arley offers its own distinct atmosphere — from the classic, traditional chapel to the romantically dramatic hall, and finally the rustic, disco‑lit barn. Every guest found a corner they loved, and every backdrop felt like a new chapter in the day.
I truly cannot recommend Arley Hall & Gardens more. It is a venue of timeless beauty, impeccable organisation, and people who care deeply about creating a perfect wedding experience. -

Perfect Venue for our Autumnal Wedding
It is very difficult to put into words how brilliant a service Arley Hall provided for our October wedding but we will try!
Having looked at a few different wedding venues in the area, we came across Arley Hall by a chance conversation with a work colleague and after attending one of their wedding open days we never looked back. We were blown away by the character and beauty of the hall and its gardens and knew it was the perfect venue for us.
Ashley and Millie were superb coordinators throughout, always being available to answer queries and provide guidance and timelines which were really helpful in allowing us to work our way through the planning process. On the wedding day itself, both Ashley and Millie were on hand to ensure everything ran smoothly and gave us and our guests a perfect day that we will never forget.
Thank you to the team once again and we will be back to visit in the near future. -

Incredible venue and staff
My husband and I were recently married at Arley Hall, and the level of service we received was beyond exceptional. Ashley and Millie removed any stress whatsoever from the day, everything ran incredibly smoothly, and we were fully immersed in the enjoyment of the day.
Many of our guests came to us to praise the staff, and the beauty of the venue was breathtaking. It was so great to be able to have every aspect of our wedding in one venue, but different locations - the day felt different at different points, but our guests weren’t required to travel.
The food at this venue is provided by Barretts - and wow, was it fantastic. Myself and much of my family are vegetarian, and I was told by many family members it was the best wedding food they had ever received.
We cannot recommend this venue enough. There wasn’t a single aspect of our day that wasn’t absolutely perfect.

Shaunna Sent on 11/11/2024Wedding of our dreams, made into a reality
From start to finish, the whole Arley team made our ideas into a reality, the sun even made an appearance meaning we were able to have our ceremony in the beautiful herbaceous border. Arley Hall is a special place to my family and we feel incredibly lucky to able to start our marriage there.
During planning our day, the co-ordinators insight, guidance and suggestions made special moments even more amazing. I am forever grateful for the beautiful memories that bring a tear to my eye everything I see our photos. They thought of things I would never had and advised on the best plan to capture intimate moments perfectly.
Luckily, we had access to the venue the day before so we were able to hang our dresses up in the Bridal suite ready and also spent the afternoon setting up the Hall for our wedding breakfast. The morning felt so calm with a light breakfast and coffee served in the bridal suite, the co-ordinator in charge had everything in hand which made myself feel relaxed and able to enjoy the morning with my Mum and bridal party. Unfortunately the groom missed out on breakfast but I let him know how lovely it was! Every step of the way from Bridal prep, photos, the ceremony, drinks and the wedding breakfast, they were there, happy to assist, advise or just work their magic to make that particular moment just a little bit more wow.
During the evening reception, another co-ordinator oversaw our Reception in Olympia and thanks to them, I was a very happy (comfortable) bride dancing the night away in my pyjamas and fluffy slippers, after my dress was finished having its moment in the limelight. I did hear feedback from our guests that they were unaware the wedding cake had been served and our guest book seemed to be missing so the majority missed out but it didn't dampen our night, we were too busy dancing!
We did find the accommodation costs for our guests expensive and difficult to organise, with check out time of 10am. Many who required a place to stay chose to stay elsewhere instead as they deemed this too early after a drink and a dance. Even as the Bride and Groom, we had to check out at 10am which we felt was unfair as our reception ended at 12:30am so it felt very rushed to go back to Chapel House, wind down & try to sleep, then get ready out and check out by 10am. We understood there was another wedding the next day which the venue needed to prepare for and luckily we hadn't had much alcohol to drink so was safe to drive the next morning, but felt very rushed and tired!
We found all our decor and flowers ready to collect the next morning with parking available outside the door which made things easy and efficient to pack up and be on our way as a married couple.
We have visited Arley Hall a few times since our day. reliving the moments of the day and plan to carry on into the future, creating new memories.

We cannot fault the wedding events team at Arley. From initial enquiry to our wedding day, communication was thorough, prompt and attention to detail is what Arley do effortlessly.
Our two main event co-ordinators, Ashley and Millie shine at what they do - they are such lovely, warm reassuring people who really do go the extra mile for each and every wedding. They clearly love what they do! The Hall itself it a wonderful place to exchange your vows and the gardens provide the most stunning backdrop for photographs. -

An amazing venue with an amazing team!
Arley Hall is a gorgeous venue, and the team involved made our day run like clockwork. Nothing was too much trouble!
When we came across the venue online we expected there to be a catch or some hidden costs. The value for money is excellent.
The team are helpful, responsive and communicative. The in house caterers are also equally excellent. We genuinely had no complaints.
We had an amazing day, and I can’t imagine having gotten married anywhere else.

A wonderful venue with a fantastic team of staff
Arley Hall is just one of those venues that gives guests the absolute wow factor. There are so many different spaces that you get exclusive use of on the day. We were planning to have welcome drinks outside on the lawn, but typically it rained on the day. I was gutted but it honestly did not matter at all. The rooms inside are so stunning and offer more than enough space for guests to mingle and explore.
The staff were fantastic from start to finish and we had lots of guests comment to that effect. Everything went so smoothly. Big thank you to Millie and Ash in particular who oversaw the event for us so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
Their catering partner is Barretts and there isn't much to say here except that the food is amazing. There's so much choice, at lots of different price points. But the main thing is the quality (and size of the portions!), all our guests raved about it.
We had a truly fantastic day and if you're considering Arley Hall for your venue, I could not recommend it highly enough. I want to do it all over again! -

I cannot recommend the venue and staff enough. The day felt magical from start to end and special thank you to Ashley who took the stress out of every detail. The bridal prep area is spacious and the house is such a gorgeous place to get married. All of our guests comment on how special the place was. Wish we could do it all over again! -

Could not have been more perfect
Dear Ashley & Bridget
We just wanted to say thank you so much for the all of your help in making our wedding the best day of our lives. It was truly so special to have an intimate wedding with our closest friends and family.
You we’re amazing pre wedding and on the day and you really helped us feel at ease and relaxed both before and during. Thank you for all of your organisation and spot on attention to detail.
