Amazing Venue, Amazing Staff - Just Amazing

My wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue was lovely and perfect for our day. The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble in the run up to the wedding, on the wedding day and even communication after.

The pricing was the best around and included more than other places ee looked. The little details and touches made it all come together.

They were fab at recommending other vendors which were all amazing too.

Special mention to Damon who made the wedding day flow so smoothly and even giving reminders of little things to remember. Even down to coming helping us set up the evening before the wedding. He really is a credit to the hotel.

Ives Wedding

From the moment we saw The Holcombe Suite dressed at a wedding fayre, we knew it was the place for us to have our wedding reception. The room was absolutely stunning and suited our wedding of 50 guests. We booked on the day of the wedding fayre and went for the Winter Package. We were able to upgrade the food to the elite package also which was great! The food was amazing on the day! Sharon was really helpful and we had regular meetings with her to make sure everything was organised how we wanted. A special mention to Damon, who was the master of ceremonies on the day, he really did an amazing job and completely put us at ease so we could relax and enjoy our day! The room looked brilliant and they worked well alongside Atmosphere venue dressing to make the room look absolutely perfect! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Red Hall for a wedding reception! It’s a perfect venue!

Our Wedding

From the day we booked our Wedding until the day we got married we can honestly say the Red Hall Staff were amazing especially Sharon Danielle and especially Damo ! Nothing was too much trouble everything was perfect our wedding dressers were absolutely fantastic Atmosphere Wedding Dressers would highly recommend.The day went so fast wish we could do it all again xx

Mr & mrs richards wedding

We had our wedding at the Red Hall on Sunday 11th May 2025 it was a the most amazing day from start to finish. From us having early access to the Haydock room to the beautifully presented ceremony room with the blossom tree. To the prompt turn around to the wedding breakfast which seamlessly took place while we had our photos and canapés. The staff were very professional extremely hard working and nothing was too much trouble. Especially Damon who went the extra mile. Even to wearing a matching tie which we thought was a lovely touch. Everyone commented on the canapés and all of the food compliments to the chef and kitchen staff. Everyone made it a day to remember. We loved every single minute of our special day thank you all so much. And thank you to Sharon for organising it with us really appreciate it

Easter Saturday Wedding

We booked our wedding with only 5 weeks to arrange it and nothing was too much trouble for Sharon and her staff. From the point of viewing the venue right up to the actual wedding everything was just perfect. We had 100 daytime guests and 140 evening guests and no-one had a bad word to say about anything. If we wanted to change anything or confirm anything someone was always only an email or phone call away and we always received confirmation of any changes we made - we weren’t rushed into anything and never felt pressured into doing anything we didn’t want to. The room was set out perfectly for our ceremony and the turn around of the room for our wedding breakfast and again for our evening reception went smoothly. Damo the event organiser was amazing throughout the whole day - all in all I don’t think they could have done anything more than what they did do to make our day any better. Amazing venue with great staff

Mr & Mrs Baker Wedding

We had our wedding here and it was the most amazing day from start to finish they attended to every need and detail we asked for nothing was too much. The planning went all smoothly with regular meetings and updates throughout. Damen and Sharon ran the day who did a fantastic job we could not recommend this place any more its a fantastic place and location for a wedding.

Perfect wedding Day 27.10.24

We had our full wedding at The Red Hall Hotel, Ceremony, Reception & Evening Party. It was just the Perfect idyllic venue with a modern & imitate feel and lovely views especially for photos.
The staff at the hotel are very professional ,experienced and so helpful nothing is too much trouble.
Our full day was perfect, the food is absolutely amazing pipping hot & delicious, with amazing comments off all guests about how perfect the food tasted.
Our Extra Special thank yous to Damon, Tony, Danielle & Sharon.

Perfect NYE wedding

We chose Red Hall Hotel for our wedding on NYE 2023 and we are so pleased that we did. From the moment we booked our wedding both Becca and Sharon were always on hand to help with any questions or special requests and on the day itself warren and all the staff were amazing they worked there backsides off and our guests were so impressed by the quality of the food and service. My husbands grandma said it was the best wedding she had ever been to from start to finish which says it all for me.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us the perfect wedding day xxx

Amazing experience, food,supplier recommendations

Just wanted to take the time to again to pass on our thanks for our wedding on the 24th June.
Becca- from taking over from Helen your communication has been outstanding, you have answered every single question we had and took into consideration everything mentioned in our meetings to make the day run perfectly.
Warren & the other man on the day ( we didn't catch his name) was amazing, they took cake up to the bridal suite for us, made sure guests didn't ruin our introduction, took the time to show us the room without issue and even last minute added in an extra guest! Which was amazing.
Mary on reception was an absolute dream she was so attentive, took time with our son & page boy & flower girl. She was incredible.
The staff in Oscars the night before where myself and my mum had a meal it was just amazing. Food was piping hot, lovely & service we couldn't fault.
That's the same for the wedding breakfast, every single guest complimented the food and how good and warm it was, not one person had any issues which is unknown of within our families.

Every step of the way you all went above and beyond.

Mary one amazing dog friendly lady

My brother got married at this hotel this weekend. Wedding was lovely. We had to bring our 3 dogs as one has dementia. Mary behind reception very kindly dog sat her behind reception with her.
Without Mary’s help we couldn’t have stayed at the wedding very long.

Lovely venue!

I have attended here as a wedding photographer and was blown away by the quality of service provided by all members of staff! Its one of the venues of my list of places to recommend if anyone asks me!

Wedding 23/07/22

Our wedding breakfast and eve reception was held at the red hall . From start to finish the entire day and eve was run faultlessly. The staff was amazing especially Ian and Warren who ensured everyone was looked after. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was met perfectly The food was amazing ,and every one of our guests 75 in the day and 150 in the eve was in agreement that the food , venue , service , rooms and breakfast was amazing ……. Many thanks for making our day perfect ……. Can not recommend this venue , staff and service enough ……. Mr and Mrs Stockbridge

Family gathering from Ireland

We selected this venue for our family from Ireland who were attending a family funeral. We had been to the Red Hall on a number of occasions enjoying family birthdays and meals. The service and attention paid to detail was very well received by our family from Ireland from arrival they were made very welcoming ,the accommodation excellent and food was excellent only one issue is the cost of drinks very expensive, with the previous owners the cost of drinks was more inline with other establishments of the same standard in the area a reconsideration of drinks price would be to your advantage.

A Perfect Wedding Day

I got married here on 24/02/2022 and it was just perfection. Everything was immaculate, nothing was too much trouble. All our planning was put into place on the day. The Haydock suite is a fantastic room which enabled us all to get ready and have a fun time together. Rooms were spotless and food was amazing. Loved every minute of it, cant wait to go back!
