WOW! Where do I start. We initially planned to get married at a registry office and couldn’t decide on a venue, we came across The Red Hall Hotel when treating our mums to the Mother’s Day lunch and we fell in love! When we enquired the next day the wedding coordinator Sharon replied promptly and agreed to meet us that afternoon so we could look at the venue’ we were over the moon! The venue is beautiful. It was perfect t for us as not to far for guests to travel and the option to stay over was a massive plus with the whole wedding under the one roof. Straight away we cancelled our registrar and we booked our wedding for March and booked a twilight package. We didn’t want the tradition of a sit down meal so this was perfect for us! But we kept the traditions of speeches and sit down toast to make it feel a perfect mix!
From start to finish we had the best experience with Sharon and all of the team at red hall. The room was amazing our venue decorator Clare at atmosphere was fantastic she really took the time to listen to what we wanted and she went above and beyond to make the room spectacular. Highly recommended.
Sharon and Damon were fabulous Damon was the coordinator on the day and what I especially liked is he came over to us on the night myself and my sisters stayed over before the wedding - Damon and the restaurant staff knew who we were and came over going through the day with me and reassuring me all will be on time and how the day would look.
On the big day Damon and the staff couldn’t do enough for us he went above and beyond at every moment to ensure the day went smoothly. The hotel rooms were immaculate, all the guests commented on how beautiful the hotel was.
I just can’t say enough about this hotel other than please go and have a look around speak to Sharon who is the amazing co ordinator you won’t regret it. I would in a heart beat do it all over again and I’d pick the red hall hotel over and over! Fantastic venue, staff amazing! Attentive and just all go above and beyond to make your day so special. We will be going back for our 1st wedding anniversary and we even have our friends wanting to join us as they enjoyed our wedding so much they want to join us!!!! I’ll be forever thankful I enquired that day I went in as we have the memories that will last a lifetime thanks to the team at red hall hotel 🥰🩷🥂

We had our Twilight wedding at Red Hall. Everything was perfect. From the day we viewed the hotel, to appointments with Sharon, everything was taken care of, with suggestions we hadn't thought of. The Holcombe suite is a perfect size for any wedding. The Haydock suite is perfect for getting ready. All the staff were amazing and could not be more helpful. Very special mention to Damien, who suggested ideas for room decor as I did this myself, he was the best master of ceremonies. His attention to detail is fantastic, even down to the Warrington Wolves scarf as we are rugby fans! The bar staff, waiting staff were great and especially Grace too. Guest rooms were all cleaned and ready for the wedding party, and breakfast the following day was fantastic.
I would have my wedding all over again at Red Hall. Everything was fantastic, and even the price too as that is a big expense for a wedding. I would recommend Red Hall and the team to anybody getting married. -

My wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue was lovely and perfect for our day. The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble in the run up to the wedding, on the wedding day and even communication after.
The pricing was the best around and included more than other places ee looked. The little details and touches made it all come together.
They were fab at recommending other vendors which were all amazing too.
Special mention to Damon who made the wedding day flow so smoothly and even giving reminders of little things to remember. Even down to coming helping us set up the evening before the wedding. He really is a credit to the hotel. -

From the moment we saw The Holcombe Suite dressed at a wedding fayre, we knew it was the place for us to have our wedding reception. The room was absolutely stunning and suited our wedding of 50 guests. We booked on the day of the wedding fayre and went for the Winter Package. We were able to upgrade the food to the elite package also which was great! The food was amazing on the day! Sharon was really helpful and we had regular meetings with her to make sure everything was organised how we wanted. A special mention to Damon, who was the master of ceremonies on the day, he really did an amazing job and completely put us at ease so we could relax and enjoy our day! The room looked brilliant and they worked well alongside Atmosphere venue dressing to make the room look absolutely perfect! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Red Hall for a wedding reception! It’s a perfect venue! -

From the day we booked our Wedding until the day we got married we can honestly say the Red Hall Staff were amazing especially Sharon Danielle and especially Damo ! Nothing was too much trouble everything was perfect our wedding dressers were absolutely fantastic Atmosphere Wedding Dressers would highly recommend.The day went so fast wish we could do it all again xx -

We had our wedding at the Red Hall on Sunday 11th May 2025 it was a the most amazing day from start to finish. From us having early access to the Haydock room to the beautifully presented ceremony room with the blossom tree. To the prompt turn around to the wedding breakfast which seamlessly took place while we had our photos and canapés. The staff were very professional extremely hard working and nothing was too much trouble. Especially Damon who went the extra mile. Even to wearing a matching tie which we thought was a lovely touch. Everyone commented on the canapés and all of the food compliments to the chef and kitchen staff. Everyone made it a day to remember. We loved every single minute of our special day thank you all so much. And thank you to Sharon for organising it with us really appreciate it

We booked our wedding with only 5 weeks to arrange it and nothing was too much trouble for Sharon and her staff. From the point of viewing the venue right up to the actual wedding everything was just perfect. We had 100 daytime guests and 140 evening guests and no-one had a bad word to say about anything. If we wanted to change anything or confirm anything someone was always only an email or phone call away and we always received confirmation of any changes we made - we weren’t rushed into anything and never felt pressured into doing anything we didn’t want to. The room was set out perfectly for our ceremony and the turn around of the room for our wedding breakfast and again for our evening reception went smoothly. Damo the event organiser was amazing throughout the whole day - all in all I don’t think they could have done anything more than what they did do to make our day any better. Amazing venue with great staff -

We had our wedding here and it was the most amazing day from start to finish they attended to every need and detail we asked for nothing was too much. The planning went all smoothly with regular meetings and updates throughout. We had our full wedding at The Red Hall Hotel, Ceremony, Reception & Evening Party. It was just the Perfect idyllic venue with a modern & imitate feel and lovely views especially for photos.
The staff at the hotel are very professional ,experienced and so helpful nothing is too much trouble.
Our full day was perfect, the food is absolutely amazing pipping hot & delicious, with amazing comments off all guests about how perfect the food tasted.
Our Extra Special thank yous to Damon, Tony, Danielle & Sharon.

We chose Red Hall Hotel for our wedding on NYE 2023 and we are so pleased that we did. From the moment we booked our wedding both Becca and Sharon were always on hand to help with any questions or special requests and on the day itself warren and all the staff were amazing they worked there backsides off and our guests were so impressed by the quality of the food and service. My husbands grandma said it was the best wedding she had ever been to from start to finish which says it all for me.
