We had our wedding party at The Depot on Sept and honestly we could have not picked a more perfect venue! Shannon and the team were super helpful in the lead up helping us to make decisions and planning the day. On the day itself we did not have to worry about a thing- everything was organised so well and they seamlessly tided away tables to make way for the band etc! We had canapés, buffet for main meal and pizzas later in the night- all was delicious. The Depot is such a cool venue and felt very spacious for our 135 guests. Everyone commented how much they loved it there. Would highly reccomend to anyone wanting a fun London , wedding party! Thank you :-) Lauren & Jack

“I can't thank Leanne, Gary and the rest of the staff enough for making my special day so special. They opened early to allow us to set the room up how I wanted and always had a smile on their face. The food was amazing with fantastic comments from my guests on how tasty and filling everything was. No one went hungry, even the few fussy eaters I had. There was a fantastic choice in the menu which pleased everyone. The bar was always manned with extra staff during the busy period. Leanne and Gary checked in asking if everything was ok and I was surprises by how quickly the room was turned over to accommodate the evening guests and DJ. Decor was beautiful and pre wedding meetings always went smoothly. My photographer was impressed by how much natural light there was and the photos came out brilliantly. I highlight recommend the King Head for any function but especially weddings. They truly made everything special for me. Thank you again to all the staff.”

We had our wedding reception here in April 2025. The Little Bat team was great from the start. Due to some last minute venue switching, we only booked with them 3 months in advance, but that was no issue for them at all! The food was a selection of light bites and little meals, all of which were absolutely delicious. The venue was very accommodating for us to have a quiz host come in and use their setup. They also recommended an amazing DJ for us, and the DJ definitely made the night! Really recommend using DJ Limao as well! We hardly needed any decorations at all because the venue itself has so much cool character. The staff were responsive and experienced with weddings. We loved doing our tasting as well, so I recommend booking that with them! Everyone who came (a little over 60 people) told us it was the best night out they had in years. Highly recommend if you're looking for a cool little London venue.

We recently hosted our wedding reception at Bellanger and it exceeded our expectations! Natalie worked closely with us from start to finish, ensuring that even the smallest details were handled with care, allowing us to focus on enjoying our day. The private dining room provided the perfect backdrop for our reception, creating an intimate atmosphere for our guests. The food was exceptional – every dish was full of flavour and they even provided us with a wedding cake which was a delight. Our guests also commented on how delicious the food was and we were very impressed by how flexible the kitchen was in accommodating various dietary needs. Bellanger helped make our wedding day truly unforgettable. We highly recommend Bellanger for anyone looking for a venue that goes above and beyond. We couldn’t have chosen a better venue for our wedding than Victoria Stakes! From the moment we visited, we fell in love with its beautiful setting and atmosphere. On the wedding day, the entire Victoria Stakes team ensured everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy the day without worrying about a thing. The space looked stunning, and the service exceeded our expectations, making the day even more special. Our guests raved about everything, from the canapés to the main courses, and the drink selection was perfectly curated, with cocktails flowing all night (Jungle Bird was named the favourite cocktail by our guests). A special thanks goes to Shalimar, the event manager! From the moment we started working together, she made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. Her attention to detail, creativity, and ability to perfectly capture our vision were incredible. On the day, she handled every aspect with professionalism and a calm, reassuring presence, making sure our special day was exactly how we imagined it.

We had both our civil ceremony and wedding reception at Fredericks (May 2005) and it was the most FANTASTIC venue!! If you’re looking for a central London location, with a garden, this is the perfect place. We had an intimate civil ceremony in the private room for 50. Champagne was served at a mosaic tiled bar in the garden which was great! Photos were taken in the small garden which is very green. The dinner was held in the beautifully light conservatory. The whole venue is light, airy, modern and contemporary which is just what we were looking for. Best of all was the food and service/staff. SO many guests have said the food and wine was excellent, the best wedding menu they have ever had. In addition they all said the service/staff was exceptional, there was never a glass empty and the staff even used the guests names to address them which was a lovely touch. The staff took care of everything, we did not have to ask for anything, it was all pre-empted perfectly. Even our suppliers eg photographer, Video guy said that it’s the best wedding food they’ve had and they hae been to many venues. Fredericks is also excellent value for money, whilst it’s a central London location the prices were not inflated to reflect this. There is a small venue hire charge, no exclusivity charge and the wedding menu cost also includes canapés. Hannah, the wedding organiser is wonderful, she was very professional and helped out with all the minute detail a bride worries about. I would definitely recommend Fredericks, Excellent venue, wonderful staff and a Perfect Day! (also, if you do use Fredericks then you can also use suppliers they recommend. SGTM DJ services and Angel Flowers who have worked with Fredericks many times)

Thank you for an unforgettable experience! From the very beginning, we could feel that we were in excellent hands. Sophie was so helpful, patient and accommodating throughout the process. Everything was organised flawlessly - from the food, to the live music and logistics for the dancefloor. This really helped us relax and enjoy the day. We had so many positive comments from guests. It was a magical evening in a truly charming and beautiful restaurant. We will be going back for our first anniversary dinner!
