We held a wedding party at the Refinery and we would highly recommend this venue. They staff are so helpful, positive, and flexible and they all went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable day. Everything was beyond perfect, a special thanks to Tuesday and Aldo for being so enjoyable to work with. If you get to work with these guys you are onto a winner already.

We just got married at Lauderdale House last weekend and had a fantastic time! The stewarding team were attentive and handled all the details for us so we could just show up and enjoy the day. Using the lower gallery for our reception and getting lucky with a rainless day, guests were able to either enjoy the dance floor or sit outside in the gardens, allowing everyone to be comfortable and take in the atmosphere. Lauderdale’s in-house catering through Pink was lovely - we did a buffet and canapés and were able to easily cater to all dietary restrictions. The meal was presented beautifully and received lots of compliments. The space provides a perfect backdrop easily dressed up with minimal floristry, and the gardens were perfect for group and couple photos. Highly recommended for an intimate semi-formal wedding that has something for everyone!

We absolutely loved our wedding at Burgh House. It's a beautiful venue with an excellent layout for both the ceremony and reception, right in the heart of Hampstead. Francis, Sophie and the rest of the team were incredibly thorough and attentive, identifying details we had not initially considered. Communication was excellent throughout, and it was always easy to get in touch to discuss any last minute questions. We particularly appreciated the final meeting close to the day, which helped us feel completely prepared. Everything ran smoothly and we could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Burgh House to anyone looking for an elegant and well-managed London wedding venue.

We were very happy with our Wedding. The room was lovely but unintimidating, the food was enjoyed by all and the dance floor was full the whole night. It was exactly the way we wanted it.

We held our wedding reception at Pyra. We booked the entire venue, with the upstairs loft serving as a dance floor with bar and downstairs having tables and seating for guests.  Canapes were served upstairs and a buffet dinner was served downstairs.  We lucked out with great April weather, so guests were also able to enjoy Pyra’s patio and additional space on Lonsdale Road. We were very happy with our decision to have our reception at Pyra, and many of our guests commented on how lovely the space was, how nice the staff were, and how delicious the food was.   The venue: 
 The space is gorgeous with lots of natural light upstairs.  Guests arrived at 4pm but we had the venue for the entire day, and Pyra gave our florist access earlier to set up beautiful flower arrangements and candles - it looked stunning.  Pyra set up our welcome sign and card box too. The venue also accepted delivery of our cake on the morning of the wedding which was a huge help, set it up very nicely upstairs, and cut it for us after the formal “cake cutting” shots.  We were able to coordinate with Pyra ahead of time to arrange the space how we wanted, such as how many tables we wanted downstairs and the set-up of the loft upstairs.  They even had a microphone ready for us upstairs so we could say a few words to our guests before our cake cutting. Perfect! For the evening dancing, we were able to set the disco lighting to our colour scheme, which worked really well with candles and foliage (latter 2 provided by our florist).   The food:
 The buffet dinner was fantastic.  Pyra gave us multiple menu items to choose from and we were able to fix a nice menu that took into account guests’ dietary restrictions.  We initially booked the venue when it had a different chef and menu.  We came in a few months before our wedding to try the new menu – our dinner was delicious then and there was no dip in quality for the buffet-style served at our reception. Fionn worked with us how to plan best - because we wanted a relaxed style with a dance floor upstairs, we ended up feeding our 80 guests in two sittings downstairs, which worked perfectly. The upstairs space can seat 60 people, which didn’t work for how we planned our event, but does look really nice in photos. The late night food served around 10pm also went down very well.   The staff:
 The staff, including the bartenders and waiters, were hardworking, friendly and very nice to guests.  Enough staff were around that guests never had to wait long for drinks.  Members of staff cut our cake for us and also boxed up the late night food for guests to bring home.  Fionn, the day-of coordinator, was on-site for our entire reception and was very helpful, even helping coordinate our midnight bus arrival.   Responsiveness: Overall we were happy with the responsiveness of the venue.  It took a little while to nail down the final details of the food menu and drinks menu/bar tab but we were ultimately very happy with the result.  As the venue hosts more weddings/ larger-scale events we’d expect this will improve.
 Overall:
 We highly recommend Pyra for a wedding reception. We had 80 guests in total, which worked very well for the canapes/cocktail hour upstairs (4-6pm), sit-down buffet downstairs (6-8pm, split into two seatings) and dancing upstairs (8pm-midnight).  The upstairs loft was able to fit all 80 guests plus a four-piece band.  Lonsdale Road is also a charming street that provided great photo opportunities.  We looked into several other venues, and came away happy with Pyra's quote – we were able to book the venue, food (including canapes, dinner and late night food) and a generous bar tab for roughly the amount some other London venues were charging for just their space (no food or drink included). We and our guests had a fantastic time. Thanks so much to Fionn and the Pyra team :)

We had such a happy wedding with Harrison and this venue. Harrison was really flexible and answered any questions we had and made great suggestions when we needed seating arrangements, the schedule for the day, a florist, and more. The day was accessible to everyone and the food and drink were perfect. Thank you for making out wedding stress free and wonderful.

From the start, Never for Ever was the perfect place to hold our wedding. The planning and preparation was super easy - the events team are super helpful and clear. They provide really helpful guidance and support, which made me feel really relaxed up to the day itself. On the day was equally as impressive. The space itself is so lovely and well decorated, with plenty of options about where you can host your event (ie. the main space or the basement), meaning it's super versatile to what you want. We hosted a Ceilidh there, so tech set up etc. is no problem for bands/DJs. The staff are so friendly, caring and professional; they really made us and all our friends and family on the day feel relaxed and most importantly- we had so much fun! The food and drink is great and it is the perfect venue if you want a pub wedding in London. We have such positive memories about this day and couldn't praise this experience more.

It was a pleasure organising our wedding ceremony and reception with Searcys. The preparation was painless, Karolina was available for face to face meetings when needed where we got to sample the champagne and canapés beforehand. We were even advised to use the Nebuchadnezzar we ordered as a guestbook, which has made a stunning memento. The ceremony and reception were well run with the staff attentively topping up our guests. The ceremony was made extra special by Searcys accommodating a choir and flower arch we brought along to make it an event to remember. From start to finish we had amazing help from Karolina. From our first meeting where she explained the logistics, to the food tasting for the canapés and meeting the bar staff to discuss the drinks menu. The staff ran things smoothly all day, helping with the set up of the venue and were great to all our guests. It was an unforgettable day, enjoyed by all our friends and family.

I want to say thanks for a memorable day. We had a great time at our wedding and the staff were stars! You allowed Jonas and I to feel all was very well looked after hence we enjoyed it all! All of our friends enjoyed the experience and we could not be happier with it all.

We don’t quite know where to start! Friday was everything we wanted it to be, thanks to your wonderful support throughout the whole process. Thank you for everything you did to make it a day we will remember for the rest of our lives. We have been overwhelmed with such lovely responses from all our guests who were as enchanted by Lords as we were. Please pass on our very sincere thanks to everyone who looked after us so magnificently on the day, from the lovely warm welcome on the front gate, to the charming stewards in the Pavilion and particularly to all the waiting staff in Pelhams and on the Centurions Terrace. Without exception they were friendly, helpful, smiling and created the happy and relaxed atmosphere we wanted. Pelhams looked gorgeous, the view over the pitch was spectacular and when the heavens opened, it was very good to be inside. Thank you again, so much. You must hear this all the time but it really was everything we wanted it to be and you made it happen. for which we will always be so grateful.
