The Spaces

On the ground floor, guests are suspended on a glass floor, from which they can admire mosaics, capitals and artefacts from a first-century BC Roman Domus. Upstairs, guests can admire the frescoed vaulted ceilings from the Renaissance period. The Domus belonged to Roman senators and papal secretaries and was once the seat of a cardinal. Today, it houses La Locanda Del Cardinale, which is featured in all the major restaurant guides.

Al piano terra gli ospiti sono sospesi su un pavimento in vetro, dal quale si possono ammirare mosaici, capitelli e reperti di una Domus Romana del primo secolo avanti Cristo. Al piano superiore si possono apprezzare i soffitti a volta affrescati di epoca Rinascimentale. La Domus è appartenuta a Senatori Romani, Segretari Papali ed è stata sede Cardinalizia. Oggi, al suo interno, opera La Locanda Del Cardinale, presente in tutte le maggiori guide del settore.
