We fell in love with Hidden Oaks as soon as we viewed it. Mollie was amazing throughout the planning process guiding us through each step.
We began the weekend with Friday drinks in the barn for everyone staying at the amazing cottages on site.
The day itself was amazing and ran smoothly and so well organised by Mollie and the team who were on hand to help with everything.
The atmosphere was so fun and relaxed just as we had hoped.
The venue itself has amazing facilities with the separate outdoor and indoor ceremony areas which we were able to decide on the morning of the wedding. The spa on site is incredible which guests loved.
We couldn't have wished for a better day/weekend or more perfect venue. Thank you to the Hidden Oaks team.

Fabulous venue! We had our post wedding party here it was amazing. It’s great how it’s one big function room so guests stay together. Bi fold doors when sunny. Beautiful surroundings. Lodges, cottages and houses to rent. A gorgeous, clean spa also. Mollie & her team was brilliant. Couldn’t do enough for you. A truly hidden gem is hidden oaks. Thanks so much.

This is going to be a long review, but a short one would not do Hidden Oaks and their amazing team justice.
My now wife and I had booked our original venue 3 years ago for sentimental reasons. 3 months ago we found out that it had gone into administration and we could no longer get married there which, as you can imagine, caused a lot of panic. We had our wedding two days ago and we both agree that we are glad and grateful that it went into administration because otherwise we would not have discovered Hidden Oaks!
Since we first contacted Mollie and her team we have felt that our wedding was their priority. It is rare to meet people so passionate and caring about their work, this was something which numerous guests told us throughout our day. We had a very unconventional wedding day but nothing was too different or too much trouble for them- all of our requests were met with a smile and valuable insight into how we could make it into practise.
The venue also has incredible facilities. It possesses a stunning outside and inside ceremony area which got us some beautiful photos. The spa on site is incredible and was the perfect way for me to prepare on the morning of my wedding.
Something which Hidden Oaks offers which other venues don’t is the full use of the weekend for the wedding. It made it a lot easier for me and my wife to spend the Friday setting up and beginning the celebrations, have the Saturday for the actual wedding and reception, then the Sunday to rest and recuperate. Something which I hadn’t considered for the wedding but am so grateful for were the holiday cottages. Our old venue had standard hotel rooms which would have meant that our guests were kept seperate from each other. But Hidden Oaks offers spacious holiday cottages which feature kitchens, en suites and hot tubs. This meant that our friends and family could spend the wedding weekend in their social groups rather than on their own. It was a lovely and wholesome experience to be able to walk into a cottage and see our friends or family cooking together and socialising.
I have no doubt that Hidden Oaks, based on their staff, facilities and scenery, will become an incredibly desired venue. If you are lucky enough for them to have availability on your special day take full advantage and have the greatest wedding experience ever. We are extremely grateful that we got married at Hidden Oaks!!!
