The Heart of England Conference and Events Centre is a quirky wedding venue located in Warwickshire, England. This stunning property is nestled within 160 acres of natural countryside, with woodland and a lake, providing you with an abundance of scenic views for your special day.

You and up to 600 guests at this venue can enjoy various event rooms, attentive staff, and luxury accommodations, including hot tubs. We also specialise in large Asian weddings with up to 600 guests and look forward to hearing your plans and helping you create your dream day.

Facilities and Capacity

The numerous event spaces at the Heart of England Conference and Events Centre can accommodate celebrations of all sizes. From intimate occasions of 30 guests to grand events of up to 650, all your wedding needs can be catered to here. The centre is licensed to host civil ceremonies anywhere on site. You and your partner can choose from The Pine Suite, The Chestnut Suite, and The Birchley Suite, all coming fully dressed and accommodating between 70 and 260 guests. Your drinks reception can be held on the picturesque lawn, allowing guests to mingle and sip champagne in the open air. The beautiful lake view marquee is perfect for a seated wedding breakfast, blending the comfort of the indoors with the beauty of nature. The venue also offers gorgeous locations for wedding photography, such as the pier on the lake or the wooded areas. The 16th-century Old Hall House also has nine double bedrooms and a dedicated wedding suite for your convenience. Additional guests can enjoy a stay in the log cabin, glamping pods, shepherds’ huts, or cabins with onsite hot tubs.

Couples choosing to host their big day at the Heart of England Conference and Events Centre receive expert assistance from the venue’s wedding manager. The manager works with you to bring your envisioned occasion to life regardless of theme or style.

For Asian weddings, the team offers a dry hire package of the venue, including corkage, and can advise on tried and trusted vendors who frequent the centre. There are no restrictions on suppliers and access to a catering kitchen. The dedicated staff also arranges meetings and viewings with your suppliers of choice to eliminate as much stress as possible before the big day. We also have prayer and changing rooms available.

For English weddings, the venue’s in-house culinary team offers an array of delicious dishes and sumptuous event menus. From seated meals and tray-passed canapes to hog roasts and relaxed BBQs, this experienced team hopes to create the dining experience of your dreams. Make a grand entrance by arriving here via helicopter or horse, or take advantage of the complimentary onsite car parking for you and your loved ones.

WOW what a venue!!

WOW what a venue!! We booked our wedding of 70 day guests and 140 evening guests back in 2022. Having a black and white themed wedding, we were immediately impressed with the marquee and the birchley suite with its black drapes, twinkly fairy lights and black and white dancefloor as well as being impressed with the detail in decoration and the quirkiness of the venue. We were looking for a venue that matched our personalities and that was different to usual wedding venues and the Heart of England was exactly that. Honestly, we couldn’t have wished for a better day or venue.

The venue itself is set in 160 acres of grounds with its own lake and woods which made the perfect back drop for our wedding photos. It has ample car parking and the accommodation on site is clean and comfortable, our guests commented on the quirkiness of the Shepherd Huts and the Old Hall House and all loved how the marquee, birchley Suite and Accommodation was located together, making it easier to navigate, especially in high heels! The marquee and the birchley suite smell amazing too!!

Our drinks reception and wedding breakfast were held in the marquee and our evening party was held in the birchley Suite. We didn’t tell our guests about the birchley Suite, we wanted to keep it as a surprise as the room itself was very impressive. We loved that we had two rooms to use rather than being turfed out of a room, for it to be turned around for the evening celebration. Adam and I also loved making our Grand Entrance into the birchley suite via the staircase, great opportunity for all to catch a glimpse of us and take photos. Guests loved how our first dance was displayed on the large screens so all could see.

The venues DJ, Adrian kept the dance floor filled all night, weddings are a long day, and we couldn’t believe how many people were still on the dance floor at the end of the night. We only had a few song requests for Adrian, and then we left it to him, he didn’t disappoint, playing music from all eras to suit all ages…..what a party it was!!! many of our guests have asked us to hold an annual anniversary party at the HOE as it was such a great night!

Our Wedding Coordinator Nim, Operations Manager, Wayne and DJ, Adrian were both amazing in the run up to the wedding and on the day, going above and beyond to ensure our day went seamlessly, of which it did. The waiters, waitresses and bar staff were all incredibly polite congratulating us, with many of them telling us how much they enjoyed working our special day. Nim, Wayne, Adrian, Chef and all staff are a huge credit to the venue.

HOE organised breakfast for us the next day in the Pine Suite, private dining where we were all sat together to chat and relive the day/night before. Again, the quality of food served at breakfast was phenomenal and enjoyed by all.

I’d also like to mention our Menu Tasting experience that was held several months prior to the day, it was nothing short of extraordinary. The tasting menu was a journey through an array of flavours and textures that showcased the chef’s exceptional creativity and skill. Each dish was beautifully presented and thoughtfully composed.

I would recommend Heart of England in a heartbeat, the venue is stunning, the food is great quality and generous in portion size, the drinks were reasonably priced, and the service was phenomenal. The venue, accommodation and staff made our day a special one to remember, forever. Thank you, Heart of England.

3 days over all disappointed let down

Value of money for the package is good but I paid the venue r yrs to set up all 3 rooms so that I didn’t need to set up myself
To my horror the staff have never set up an English wedding even though I visited enough times with the wedding consultant from day one wedding was planned for 2 yrs and last visit with the events manager which to found out week before my wedding left

The company hired their bar manager to do my event on the night before when I arrived at my venue to stay over was horrified that this person hadn’t got any of my note I.e a 12 page spreadsheet and staff no looking at the boxes that came in to read on the fronts also to see what the items where and the room to go in
I spent my evening helping setting up with staff till 1.45 am then I was up at 5.15 to make sure my bridal party was up for the makeup artist and hairstylist to be there for 5.50am to start 6am due to the fact my Moh and 1 other bridesmaid could not stay over the night before was me and my two daughters as 1 bridesmaid and the other a flowergirl even though I paid this extra I don’t want to see all 3 rooms till I was married to see for the 1st time with my husband
The breakfast meal we where seated 1st then guest came In after when normal husband and wife come in after and are welcomed with claps etc

This didn’t go to plan at all then on the day was the hottest day of the year was not provided with any fans while getting ready not staff or events manager on site till 9.30 am
Hair and makeup arrived at 6am even photographer videographer had to be let in the venue by my bridesmaid
I had booked singing waiters as a surprise to all my guest and they sing normally near pudding or after and the events manager made the preform after the starter once we made our speeches while they pro formed then made staff still go out with the main course during it all so guest did not get involved due to they wanted to eat

Our grand entrance was told that was to be from the balcony and the letters need to be spaced right out so we could come stand in the middle this was not done
The evening I was handed over another person who I had never meet in the 2 yrs planning at the venue
The venue placed my guest book down one end of the room near good while the cards and gifts table was set up at the top end of the table so now my guest book is empty
Other signs I had done were not displayed then have been lost.
Sashes rings 200 never used and went missing following day for collection
Was late to my wedding 25 mins due to events manger not informing the register I was over the road
Never had breakfast till 11am due to wed at 1pm
Never played out my ceremony song the full length rushed my bridal party down the aisle
No one informed my husband that I was walking down the aisle till half way

Events manager kept calling my daughter 18 all morning for instructions when it was to be the maid of honour and best man number down which then break my daughter down to tears and snitch trying to fit in her dress when she was supposed to be enjoying the time with me in the morning.

There was other things that went on the list is more and I placed a complaint along with vendors complaint to the venue few days after my wedding do that I could collect my own decorations and then list the venue what was missing before I left on my honey 2 days later .

I have received email finally from the owner offering us a bottle and a 3 course meal
I have turned this down fur to the lack of communication lack of responsibility of the night before and the day plus next day which breakfast was cold and the staff had no clue wedding guest where staying over and then said we was told it be 9am when was arranged for 10am at the the lady 2 site visit plus anything was also followed up by emails of our visits.

Before my wedding that took place this year that had not done an English or civil partnership wedding before COVID and focusing on Asian weddings only because Asian weddings bring in their own time and they just hire the venue out.
I had wished now to had asked this question by never really looked into it as the venue suited our theme was a 15 min drive from our home
But looking back though the social platform is only based on one culture.

The venue dose not have a getting ready room for brides only the room you sleep in or in our case we had to use the landing.
Also the package is more than not what hitched are showing on site

We gi married and had our reception at the Heart of England conference centre. We can honestly say they venue and staff where amazing from start to finish. They venue couldn't do enough to help make our day so magical. The staff where so organized and everything flowed . The food was amazing from the canapes to the hog roast. We would highly recommend this venue for a wedding. It was just perfect. We cant thank the Heart of England staff enough. Absolutely superb 🍾🥂❤

I wish I could do it all over again :-)

My wedding day at The Heart Of England was so special to me and my husband, the sun was shining, we used the private garden area sipping our cocktails and greeting all our guests. The marquee looked stunning and the food was really good, they even made special adjustments for my fussy husband who actually got a bowl of pigs in blankets.. his favorite! The wedding coordinator was very helpful on the run up and the team on the day made sure the day was perfect for us. Everyone enjoyed the Birchley suite party in the evening and the DJ Adrian was great, he really got the party going and it felt like we were in a nightclub! The hog roast in the evening was really nice too. We really felt like the only people there, the ride in the golf buggy was a little treat too. I love woods so it was great to have photo's there. We stayed over in the honeymoon suite and had the whole house for family, lovely to have it to ourselves! Lots of friends have booked too following our big day. Thank you to everyone there.

Amazing !!

Wow! We just want to say thank you for your services at the weekend, and all your prep work in the lead up to the wedding. Everything we asked for was there and the marquee, Birchley and Guest rooms were spot on. The venue was amazing and all to plan. We were amazed and so were the guests, they can’t stop talking about it! We are really glad we booked this venue, and really appreciate the support from the team during the build up and throughout the day.
