We do not know where to begin. We genuinely cannot thank the team at Dodmoor House and our wedding coordinator, Kara enough for the most perfect wedding day on 16th November 2024. We had viewed many wedding venues prior to coming across Dodmoor House (quite a few in the Cotswolds) and none of them quite felt like Dodmoor House when we first visited.
The attention to detail and family feel you get is nothing short of amazing. Every single time we emailed or had any sort of worry, someone at Dodmoor was always there to get back to me. Their communication is genuinely perfect and the way in which the team communicates internally is something which we believe other venues lack. You genuinely feel like you are the only wedding the team is planning for!
One of the other amazing things about Dodmoor House is they let your wedding day be YOUR wedding day. Whether you want Caribbean food or your dog in attendance or a ferris wheel on their grounds you can do it! They really want you to have the most amazing day and that can be as unique as you want it! I also love that there is the option to stay in their Bridal Suite on the night of your wedding, it is a special touch and it is very special to wake up there the next morning (with the team serving you a delicious breakfast!). We had so many compliments from our guests saying how our magical/stunning the venue was and how attentive Dodmoor’s team were.
Kara, our wedding coordinator, thank you thank you thank you. You are the most organised, efficient and all round amazing human! You knew one of us struggled to let someone else take control/see out our vision but nothing was ever too much. Our entire day was perfect from start to finish. You do not even notice all what goes on in the background but I knew whatever the worry, Kara would have it covered in seconds!
We could genuinely go on forever about how excellent the venue and team are. There isn’t a single thing I could fault about our day or our entire wedding planning experience with Dodmoor House. So if you are thinking about visiting or booking Dodmoor House, DO IT! You definitely won’t regret it!
Thank you so much again, we are gutted it is all over and wish we could re-wind time to do it again! But I am sure we will be back for anniversaries!!Dodmoor House's reply:

The Best Day of our lives 🥰
The venue was absolutely outstanding and beautiful both day and night. It was exactly what we had hoped for. The process was easy especially if you were to pop to an open day and use any recommended suppliers as the know the venue and have relationships with them.
Chloe our coordinator was amazing she pretty much sorted everything out for the day and it ran smoothly.
The staff were attentive and was constantly filling drinks if you had their drink package.
It really felt like the most stress free process when we thought it would’ve pretty stressful.

We had our wedding here in May 2025 and we couldn't recommend this venue enough. There were so many reasons why we were happy with our desicion to get married here. Louise was amazing from the beggining right up to the morning after, she sat and talked through all our plans for the day and we felt so much more organised after, she was also a star on the day, I barely saw her which was a dream as the bride but she made sure everything went off without a hitch, all from behind the scenes. She made our dream outdoor cermony and drinks reception come true, even with looming rain predictions! She also made time in our day for us to host our own music quiz before the evening reception, which alot of our guests loved! She went the extra mile to give us the day we wanted and we couldnt have been happier. The venue is stunning and had such a variety of places to have photos. It was also very kid friendly, which we needed as we had 20+ child guests, louise and the staff were extremely accommodating. My only quibble about the venue is that it was too big! Even though that was a plus for us when planning as there were so many guests and kids, apparently noone could find me in the evening as there were so many areas for people to search and they must've kept missing me so I didnt get to say goodbye to some of our guests but it really didnt bother me as I was always with other guests. The honeymoon suite was amazing! And the breakfast they provided the next morning went down a treat! Overall the whole venue and wedding planning offering was incredible value for money, we looked at a few other places and couldn't find anywhere else doing what they did for the same price. If you want a stress-free day and a rustic barn/country house vibe to your wedding then do yourself a favour and go to an open day/evening!Dodmoor House's reply:

WOW. Dodmoor House = what a beautiful venue in stunning surroundings, and the most amazing team. They have made us feel so welcome from the first viewing day, to our wedding day itself. Shona (our co-ordinator), Joanna and Katie looked after us so brilliantly throughout the process and all our guests said how kind, polite, welcoming and warm they were on our wedding day. We just want to say a massive thank you to our incredible coordinator, Beth-Rai. You were absolutely amazing not only on the day itself, but throughout the entire build-up. No question was ever too small or silly, and we always felt completely reassured that we were in the safest hands.
Walking into Dodmoor House on the morning of our wedding and seeing our vision brought to life was such a special moment. Everything looked perfect, and the day ran so smoothly from start to finish. We truly cannot thank you enough for all the care, effort and attention to detail you put into making it happen.
One of the things we loved most about getting married at Dodmoor House was how much we were able to personalise every single moment. From the décor to the food, and even bringing in all of our own suppliers, we were able to create a day that felt completely and authentically us. That flexibility meant the world to us and made the whole experience even more special.
We received so many compliments from our guests about how fantastic the whole Dodmoor team were from making sure no one had an empty glass during the drinks reception and wedding breakfast, to bringing the ultimate party atmosphere in the evening. The energy was just incredible!
We had the most perfect day and feel so lucky to have been able to get married at Dodmoor House. A huge thank you again to Beth-Rai and the entire team for making everything run so seamlessly and for making sure our dog, Nova, was given plenty of love and attention too!

Perfect day!
Everything was amazing and the team at Dodmoor were fantastic, they managed the day seamlessly and made sure every single guest was well looked after.
