We do not know where to begin. We genuinely cannot thank the team at Dodmoor House and our wedding coordinator, Kara enough for the most perfect wedding day on 16th November 2024. We had viewed many wedding venues prior to coming across Dodmoor House (quite a few in the Cotswolds) and none of them quite felt like Dodmoor House when we first visited.
The attention to detail and family feel you get is nothing short of amazing. Every single time we emailed or had any sort of worry, someone at Dodmoor was always there to get back to me. Their communication is genuinely perfect and the way in which the team communicates internally is something which we believe other venues lack. You genuinely feel like you are the only wedding the team is planning for!
One of the other amazing things about Dodmoor House is they let your wedding day be YOUR wedding day. Whether you want Caribbean food or your dog in attendance or a ferris wheel on their grounds you can do it! They really want you to have the most amazing day and that can be as unique as you want it! I also love that there is the option to stay in their Bridal Suite on the night of your wedding, it is a special touch and it is very special to wake up there the next morning (with the team serving you a delicious breakfast!). We had so many compliments from our guests saying how our magical/stunning the venue was and how attentive Dodmoor’s team were.
Kara, our wedding coordinator, thank you thank you thank you. You are the most organised, efficient and all round amazing human! You knew one of us struggled to let someone else take control/see out our vision but nothing was ever too much. Our entire day was perfect from start to finish. You do not even notice all what goes on in the background but I knew whatever the worry, Kara would have it covered in seconds!
We could genuinely go on forever about how excellent the venue and team are. There isn’t a single thing I could fault about our day or our entire wedding planning experience with Dodmoor House. So if you are thinking about visiting or booking Dodmoor House, DO IT! You definitely won’t regret it!
Thank you so much again, we are gutted it is all over and wish we could re-wind time to do it again! But I am sure we will be back for anniversaries!!Dodmoor House's reply:

Dodmoor house was the 1st wedding venue we looked at & we knew straight away it was the venue for us. From the moment we 1st viewed the venue with Kara we received a 1st class service which ran all the way through our wedding planning process with Chloe right up to & on our special day. No question or ask was ever to much & the communication made us feel at ease throughout.
We couldn’t recommend Dodmoor & the rest of the team enough, you really are in the best hands having them with you through every step of your wedding & planning ❤️ -

When we came to visit Dodmoor we knew it was the venue we wanted to get married at, we could visualise our day from the moment we stepped into the courtyard. The team at Dodmoor made our day so much more special and a lot smoother, they were honestly absolutely fantastic. Eleanor, our wedding coordinator we would not have had the perfect day we imagined without her. From all of the big things to the finer details, to sorting out the timings for the day and some hiccups with guests that couldn’t be help she was unfazed and completely faultless. Our day was absolutely perfect and we cannot thank Eleanor and the team enough. Also the breakfast the day after is absolutely delicious! The picture of the venue is such a beautiful touch to be given to the couples following their day and the team will literally do everything for you. We could not recommend Dodmoor enough honestly to anyone who’s thinking of getting married, thank you all so very much ❤️Dodmoor House's reply:

Amazing wedding venue!
Don’t go anywhere else for your wedding, you will not be disappointed with Dodmoor House! Everything is so well organized and you can completely relax and let them do all the work and enjoy your special day! We loved everything from start to finish, Kara our wedding planner was so professional and had everything covered. Thoroughly recommend!Dodmoor House's reply:

Dodmoor house was the first venue we looked at and knew immediately it was the one for us. It has so much charm and character it truly is stunning without lots of added decoration. We loved how intimate the venue is, as we wanted all our guests to be close and mingle throughout the day and this was the perfect venue for it.
The service from initial enquiry to the morning after the wedding was excellent. The staff make you feel so at ease, they are extremely helpful and friendly, and you really get a professional service. They recommend brilliant suppliers, they coordinate with your suppliers, coordinate a timeline for your day. The coordinators on your day are amazing and make the whole day seamless. Lots of comments from the wedding guests at how the day flowed so well and was so put together. We also loved the drinks package they have on offer which is an incredible package and great value for money which also helps keep to a budget!
We could not recommend Dodmoor house enough.

Our Wedding Day 27.09.2025
The day went smoothly as possible… the entire planning and preparation was so smooth that it took away any stress and worries.
They litterally did all the hard work and communicating with each other, while we did our bit.
They all made sure that our day went as perfectly as it could so that we could sit back and enjoy our big day.
We used a few suppliers that Dodmoore recommended because they all seemed great and lovely, but also we fell in love with everything as well.
Such a lovely and beautiful venue and all members who helped on there day were a delight. We couldn’t be more happy and grateful that they put us first, made sure we were ok and put all of their hearts and souls into the place and day to make sure that everything went smoothly.Dodmoor House's reply:
